This Bronson house boasts 3 inviting bedrooms. The bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with a king bed (with a crib also), a queen bed, and a bunk bed (with an extra pull-out mattress underneath). The serene atmosphere of the property will make guests feel right at home. With amenities like a washing machine, AC, heating, iron, WiFi, and a hair dryer, your stay will be nothing short of terrific. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub and shower for your convenience. But the best room in the house (IMO) is the Sun Room! It has great views of the lake and when you open the windows and feel the breeze you will be able to sigh away all the stress of daily life. This home is minutes away from shopping, restaurants, Pokagon State Park, movie theaters, winery, and many other area attractions. It is also close to the Public Boat Access to launch your boat. There are 2 Jet Ski Floating Docks for use. A state park pass is included and 3 kayaks and a jon row boat are available for your enjoyment. (there are a couple life vest but suggest to bring your own)

Tracey was awesome with her communication regarding what is there, i.e. extra cots, how many refrigerators etc.... and for just about any question you may ask. I cannot comment on renting the pontoon etc...since we were golfing but a great place for reunions, families etc.... see you next year." - "We rented this property for a family vacation and appreciated its proximity to the beach. The home had plenty of space for seven adults and two kids, and the extra building with the hot tub, pool table, and table tennis was great to be able to use! We also appreciated that we could use the golf cart to get to and from the beach. The cottage is located on a large cove of the lake with less ski boat traffic making it easier to float or swim. Take your boat and access all the lakes on the Lake James chain including Jimmerson Lake, Lake James (1,039 acres), Snow Lake (421 acres), Big Otter Lake and Little Otter Lake.
The cottage is the perfect relaxing retreat for a family or avid fishermen who plan to spend most of their time outdoors and on the lake. Peace and quiet during the Fall and Spring is a fantastic time to visit and get away from the hustle and bustle! Take time to unwind! The cottage has a small but functional kitchen with stove, sink and refrigerator with a large round table that seats 8. Standard kitchen items included. Three bedrooms (2 with closet space) are charming with plenty of windows to let the breeze blow through. Two of the bedrooms offer lake views. Additional sleeping is available with a sofa sleeper bed. The single bathroom offers a remodeled feel with a shower only - no tub.
Spend your days on the lake: boating, swimming, and fishing then spend your evenings playing yard games in the adjacent shaded lot or relaxing with the sunset views from the deck. Plenty of private lakefront footage includes a seawall with sandy walk in access area. Water stays around knee high for 15 feet from seawall perfect for children and allows easy access for kayaks/canoe. Adjacent lot offers ample parking space as well as room to set up badminton, croquet, corn hole or toss a ball. In addition bring some firewood for the fire pit located on adjacent lots.
This excellent location on the lake is located within a 1/2 mile of a well maintained free conservation public boat access. In addition, the cottage is near Pokagon State Park, and Trine conservation area for hiking and biking, Tom's Donuts and several excellent local restaurants. If you prefer to fish, you can access through channels Big Otter Lake and Little Otter Lake which are non-ski lakes. Fishermen may find largemouth bass, brook trout, brown trout, bluegill, and flathead catfish as well as Northern Pike, Walleye, and Crappie throughout the chain of lakes.
Home Owners are sharing their 2 kayaks, canoe and rowboat. The cottage also comes with beach style chairs, lawn chairs and plenty of seating on the deck.
The cottage does have wifi. There is room on the pier so if guests choose, boats may be rented from The Corner Landing or guests may bring their own boat. Free lake boat access less than a mile away.

It is smallish, with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath, but the open living room and kitchen did not feel crowded with our visiting family of up to 12 at times. The deck is great, and 2 kayaks, a row boat and canoe kept us active, as well as a very large area on the hill for croquet, corn hole, a nice fire area and extra parking. Totally remodeled one level lake house, on Snow lake channel, sleeps 9 people 60 feet of sand beach, boat dock with layout area, fire pit by beach!Our family has so much fun here and would like to share it with yours. House sits on quiet caudel-sac. Kitchen, dining room, and living room are an open concept, so it is very nice for large families. Living room is 20 by 20 so people can sleep in there also. This home sits on the East bank of beautiful Snow Lake. The sunsets from your patio are jaw dropping. There is a large water front that will be perfect for boating or swimming and a new dock and swim area GREAT for wading, swimming and floating!

Our newly constructed home (2022) has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Designed to comfortably sleep 12 guests, our open concept kitchen comes complete with dishes, cookware, and spices. There are also two separate living rooms, each with its own Smart TV for entertainment.

Indoor activities include ping pong, foosball, and Pac-Man, while outdoor activities when seasonally available feature pickleball court, basketball hoop (BRING YOUR OWN BASKETBALL), cornhole, and Kanjam. You can gather around the lower back patio propane Fire Pit on cool evenings or light up the upper deck gas grill for barbecuing on sunny afternoons. All linens are provided except for beach towels.

The dock is available if you bring a boat. Boat rental is available at the Corner Landing nearby. You can conveniently navigate your rental boat directly from Corner Landing rental to our dock. Enjoy the seasonal boat rental services offered at Corner Landing (CornerLanding.net) and take advantage of the convenience of parking your boat at our private dock. The easement to the dock is about a 200 yard walk across a yard, with access to Snow Lake, part of the Chain of Lakes that includes Lake James, Jimmerson Lake, and Big Otter Lake. Please note there is not a swimmable shoreline near the private dock. However, there is a public access site at the end of our road where you can swim and also, and just three miles away, you can find Pokagon State Park, which offers a sandy beach area. Additionally, there are various enjoyable attractions such as movie theaters, winery tours, as well as boat launches, shopping centers, and restaurants in the area.

Carrie and Greg have thought of EVERYTHING! From a fully equipped kitchen to pickle ball court! You really only need to bring beach towels and sunscreen. We loved that the private boat dock was close, but we still had room for corn hole boards, running around, and outdoor bubbles for the littles. The location is great too. We were able to play golf, disc golf, visit a state park, and shop all within 10-15 minute drive. Carrie provided us with great information when we arrived about restaurants, swimming spots, sandbars, etc. Snow Lake is so calm and peaceful, but you could also travel on the chain of lakes for a different experience. Everyone left having a great experience!"

- "The property was great! Glen and Joann were pleasant and helpful and checked in to make sure everything was okay. We had 10 adults, a teenager, a child and 2 infants in the house. We really had a great time. We enjoyed the firepit twice. We set up corn hole in the front yard. We thoroughly enjoyed the boat. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for several large meals. The living room was large enough for all of us to be together. We really appreciated all the towels! We washed them a couple times, but there were plenty for all of us. The little perks of shampoo, conditioner & body wash along with dish detergent and laundry detergent were so very nice. It was a great place for all of us to get together from several states."

- "The entire property has been completely updated. The beds are comfortable for sleeping and the rooms have plenty of closet and storage space for clothes. The linens and towels there are also plenty available. The outdoor area which is directly on the lake is very nice and you can swim right off of the little beach and Dock area on the property. This is a peaceful, residential lake community. Please be respectful and keep noise levels down, especially in the evenings.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time.
If the total number of guests exceeds your reservation, additional fees will apply per person, per night.

🚗 Parking
There are 3 parking spots allotted to The Lookout. Please park only in designated areas—no parking on the grass.
Due to space limitations, make arrangements in advance to fit all vehicles. There is no on-site or overflow parking available.

👶 Children & Water Safety
Children must be actively supervised at all times, especially near the water. The lakefront area is not childproof, and guest safety is our highest priority.

🎆 No Fireworks
Fireworks of any kind are strictly prohibited—including sparklers, firecrackers, or other pyrotechnics. Violations will result in fines.

👤 Primary Guest Requirement
The person who booked the reservation must be present and staying at the property.
Bookings cannot be made on behalf of others if the primary guest is not in attendance.

- "We were in town for a memorial service and decided to rent a house vs get multiple hotel rooms. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures. It's right across the street from the lake. The hosts were very accommodating and let us sit on their dock area and let our kids use their lilypad to have fun in the lake. The house had everthing we needed. The basement has 2 sets of bunkbeds which was perfect for our 4 kids. The basement became a beloved hangout for them as they loved the basketball nets, Foosball and giant tv. They had tons of space. The first floor bedroom was great for my parents age 80. There are 3 large bedrooms upstairs plus another tv sitting room with large couch and another bed. So many places to sleep. The entire house is decorated beautifully. We rented the golf cart and really enjoyed the fresh air while touring around the lake. At night, we used the firepit and enjoyed looking at the stars which we don't get to see much of being from the Chicago area. I highly recommend this house and we were sad to leave. Our hosts really made sure we enjoyed our stay. Thanks so much! We will always have fond memories of our stay. "

We offer lake living for a fraction of other rentals in our area. Our home goes for $99 nightly for up to 4 people while a home across from our association beach goes for almost 400. Add another 24 percent for Steuben and Indiana State taxes and that is almost 500 a night. Our home is newly remodeled and features a large open living area with the kitchen flowing to the open dining room flowing to the living room. The large 55 inch Panasonic TV with DVD player is view-able throughout. There are two bedrooms down a short hallway with the bathroom and laundry room in between. The master bedroom is at the end of the hallway. Our huge lot is snuggled between two private roads and many trees where the main traffic is an occasional golf cart heading to a private playground and beach about two blocks away. Our lot features some tall trees all around with a wonderful private picnic area highlighted with a large open fire pit for cooking or just telling war stories around. There is plenty of area to throw a football or Frisbee. All is new with our remodel. All new drywall wall, new vinyl plank wood flooring, new elegant front door. new tub and shower and more. Brand new kitchen from Menards with custom cabinets. We are also adding a new window air-conditioning, washer, dryer, stove, microwave, and new light fixtures. The home is 1.1 miles from the area known as 4 corners with Mexican and 4 other family restaurants. One restaurant and private brewery is Mad Anthony's within 3/4 of a mile. There is the famous Toms donuts and a frozen yogurt shop where you can sit and watch many boats go by heading to and from Lake James from Jimmerson. There are also boat and dock rentals including pontoons Jet skis and ski boats. We have access to Lake Jimmerson that connects to Lake James, Snow lake, Big Otter, and Little Otter (see map). Pokagen state park is just a few miles away over looking Lake James. Unless you need more than 4 people come enjoy your stay here and use the $400 dollar daily savings to rent a boat or take in many events.

The Post Office is located on 11 acres surrounded by hundreds of acres of farm fields. There are 7 Total historic buildings on the property. We host events and weddings, but the post office remains blocked off for weddings, so your stay won't be disrupted. A short drive to many outdoor activities nearby. Clear lake has a public beach only 5 mins away and Pokagon State Park is a 15 min drive.

Unwind on our peaceful porch overlooking the Millpond on Lake George. Newly remodeled with original knotty pine, bamboo and heated tile floors. Deck and Pier: AMAZING lakeviews! Kayaks, pier, and deck area are included with your stay, but shared with the other cottage. The property has a private pier included with your stay and you can dock your boat there. Boat access is 5 minutes away. There is parking on our property for your trailer, and the public access ramp has 20-25 spaces also.

Hot tub: There is a hot tub on the property for guests of the larger home. If there are no guests staying there, the hot tub can be used by cottage guests, but must be requested 1 day prior to check in day.

We have not locked the thermostat, so feel free to adjust the cottage temperature to your liking. We thank you for returning it to the check-in settings before you leave.

When you arrive at the property , you will see three homes all available for rent on Airbnb. THIS is Slice of Heaven 3. It is on your far right when facing the house on the driveway. The door will say Three. The doorknob has a lockbox with the key. We will send you the entry code in a private message after you book your stay.

Other things to note
Your cottage includes the large lot to its right when facing the lake. The pier is shared with the middle cottage which could be rented. The deck is 150 feet and spans all 3 cottages. There is a hottub on the deck primarily for renters of the main house. But it is available to you if the main house is not rented. We will let you know if you can use it one day prior to your check-in.

Enjoy this areas premier lake at a fraction of the cost by staying just a short walk away from the lake. This cottage is not directly on the lake. From the moment you pull in the drive, you will begin to feel the stress of your day melt away. The public launch is just a 2-3 minute walk where our dock is located for your family to swim and fish from while being able to take in breathtaking views of the sunrise and sunset.
Just up the hill is the public beach area if you dont have a boat, along with an ice cream store that also serves some lake favorites.
Hopefully you will only experience sunshine during your stay at the lake, but if bad weather should arise, there is still plenty to do at this home. There is a pool table, darts, arcade with 60 games, and most of the tv's are set up for any of your streaming accounts.
There is a grill, fire pit, and picnic table included for you to enjoy the outdoors during your stay.
Clear Lake is an all sports lake with an island where everyone gathers to enjoy the sandy bottom and unwind.
Please note that this is an older cottage and half of the home is updated. The water can be hard at the lake, however the newer bathroom and laundry room are tied into a water softener.
Internet can go down at times, but is usually quickly resolved.
Please note that this is a 4 bedroom house, but we only rent out 3 of the bedrooms. We will not be there, but one of the bedrooms will not be accessible.

Lovely home (3300 square feet of living space) on Snow lake. Perfect for your spring, summer, fall or winter family vacation. It will sleep 14 in beds and 1 crib. We have 2 1/2 baths. It is beautifully decorated & furnished with everything you need for a fun getaway. Fully equipped upper end kitchen & outdoor gas grill. We have games, puzzles, books , children's toys, sound system, internet, WIFI, TV and DVDs for your indoor entertainment.

The space
We have a 1st floor master bedroom and 3 large guest rooms, each with multiple beds in each of the guest rooms. We do provide the linens, bath towels and beach towels. The house has a Tastefully up to date interior design. There is a full bathroom upstairs with a walk in shower. The master bathroom has a large tub and a beautiful walk in tiled shower. There is a half bath on the first floor. There are 2 large living areas with plenty of seating through out the house. A long farm house kitchen table can seat 12 comfortably ( there are only 8 kitchen chairs with additional table chairs in the porch) .There are 2 bars stools at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has top of the line appliances and fully equipped with all your cooking and serving needs. There is a large screened in porch overlooking the lake and a wrap around covered deck with various seating areas. The front porch has 2 Adirondack chairs and a hanging swing. The back has a large screened in porch with a sectional couch and 2 chairs, a table and 4 chairs with 2 additional folding chairs, a children’s table and 2 chairs and a children’s water table. In addition, there is a couch and 2 chairs in front of the outdoor fireplace, a bar table and 2 stools, 2 rocking chairs and another table and 4 chairs. We also have a gliding swing off the back deck.

We have 4 kayaks ( bring your own life vests), 3 lounge chairs, 7 outdoor folding chairs, a basketball goal, 2 Childrens tricycles and one bicycle, outdoor games and ping pong for your outdoor entertainment. You can either bring your own boat and tie up on our dock or rent a boat nearby. We do have a hot tub BUT IT IS NOT TO BE USED BY GUESTS ( it is locked) as we have no way of cleaning it between guest.

We also have a gas grill. We do ask that you clean after using it.

We are right next to Pokagon State Park which has hiking, biking & horse trails, playgrounds, sandy beaches and boat rentals. Movie theaters, golf courses, Yogi Bear Camp ground water park, putt-putt, wineries that offer wine tasting, an outlet mall & even a buffalo park are within a few miles from our home. There is something for everyone in the family to do! In addition, there are lots of options close by for eating out, including yummy ice cream or yogurt shops & the best donuts around!

We are a Christian family that loves the Lord and gathering with our family. We have generous room to accommodate you. The deck, and screen porch are right on the lake shore. Open floor plan on the first floor with a first floor master suite with king size bed. Three bedrooms on the second floor each with a Queen bed. Jack and Jill bathroom between the bedrooms. Second floor hallway has 2 sitting areas and a quaint reading nook. Each bedroom has their own toilet and sink vanity. Two bedrooms share a shower. Master bedroom and Third bedroom has its own shower. There is a Culligan Water filter on the refrigerator water dispenser.

There is 1 step up from the driveway to enter the home, and 1 step down from the kitchen to the screen porch. There is a first floor master en suite. There are 7 steps from the screen porch to the yard. There are 4 steps from the yard to the lake.

Two kayaks and life jackets available for use, and please hang them up to dry when you are done.

1. BOATS: We are delighted to offer our guests the unique experience of bringing their own boat to the lake. To ensure a wonderful stay for everyone, we kindly ask that each renter brings only one boat, limited to the family listed in the rental agreement. This helps us keep the dock available and in great condition for all guest.*You must dock in the designated space only.*
*The boat owner needs to bring their own 4 ropes for tying up the 4 corners of their boat to the 4 augers provided with bumpers on the augers. There is a photo on our website showing the 4 auger post docking spot, and a photo of a guests boat docked in the spot.* Please note, responsibility for any damage to the dock during your stay rest with you. *The renter acknowledges that unforeseeable and uncontrollable risk exist when docking their boat in the owner’s designated slip, such as wind, water flow, or foul weather and agrees the owner bears no responsibility for any damage that occurs as a result. *Boats should arrive at check in time, and be removed at checkout.*. * NO Diving from the dock or the homes shoreline*. 2. HOUSE RULES: We are all about respecting the neighbors and enjoying peace and quiet from 11PM to 8AM. To keep the place as lovely as you found it we ask for no parties, no smoking, no candles, no fires, no pets, no fireworks, no firearms, and no illegal drugs. Please leave porch furniture on the porches, and do not put deck furniture in the lake. There are chairs in the garage that can be used in the yard. For our neighbors please cut off ALL exterior spot lights and porch lights by 10pm. They are very bright lights. Thank you.

And if you could start the dishwasher before you head out, and turn off all the lights that would be fantastic. Please help us and roll the trash/recycle cans out to the edge of the driveway before you leave, and remember to take your items from the refrigerator. Don’t forget to sign out of any TV streaming services that you signed into during your stay. If you used the gas grill please TURN OFF THE PROPANE AT THE TANK. Thank you!

Grass Mowing day is normally on Thursday and takes just a few minutes, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

3. PARKING: There’s room for up to 5 vehicles across the front of the house.

4. TV: There is You Tube TV at the lake house. Also, feel free to sign into your own streaming services, but make sure you sign out of your streaming services before you exit the house.

5. SAFETY AND RESPECT: Let’s keep things safe and respectful for everyone’s sake. That means docking your boat securely, steering clear of swimming past the dock, and observing our quiet hours and house rules.

6. LOOKING AFTER EACH OTHER: Just a heads up, the unexpected can happen and we can not take responsibility for personal items or damage. We will work together to figure out any concerns.

7. WHEN IT IS TIME TO SAY GOODBYE: We hope you’ll leave with some great memories! If you accidentally leave something behind, we’ll do our best to reunite you with your belongings. If something was broken we hope you will notify us. If something was not in proper working order we hope you will contact us so we can get it fixed.
Please start the dishwasher, turn off all the lights, take your items from the refrigerator, roll out the trash can to the edge of the driveway, and lock all the doors before leaving. Not an ordinary lake home! Nestled in a quiet cove of Lake Jimmerson, this home has 100 feet of deck, 2 balconies, a dock, arcade, and a sauna. As of Dec 2023, large 6-person hot tub on the deck is exclusive to this home. Paddle boards and kayaks are INCLUDED. A short boat ride takes you to the heart of the lake action on Jimmerson/James.

The space
This is a perfect vacation home for your entire family, a multi-family gathering, or an office or troop retreat. The home is perfect for holiday celebrations too! It's at a great location in a popular lake area in Northern Indiana (Lake Jimmerson/James). Located right off of I-80/90, I-69, and between Chicago, Ohio, and Michigan. It is a 5-minute drive to Pokagon State Park for great hiking trails, beach access, horse-back riding, and a nature preserve. When you enter this 3700 sq foot home, you will first see the beautiful great room with floor to ceiling lake views.

THE MAIN FLOOR -

GREAT ROOM: The entry features a fireplace, pool table/ping pong table, large living room, dining room, and kitchen all in one large open space.

ARCADE: Also on the main floor is an arcade with basketball, fusebol, and air hockey. There are shelves with board games and children's books and toys appropriate for 10 and under.

BATHROOMS: Two full bathrooms are on the main floor. Both have showers stocked with salon-grade body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

BAR: A wet bar with a dedicated wine fridge and bar utensils is also on the main floor. A complimentary bottle of wine is provided for every two adults staying at the home.

KITCHEN: Spacious kitchen with island seating has: 2 ovens, an electric and Jen-Air Stove on the island, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, pots/pans/baking sheets, and table settings for 15. We do have a high chair and toddler eating utensils upon request. Complimentary coffee, cream, and sugar is stocked in the kitchen.

DINING TABLE: Open to the kitchen is an 8 person dining table with extra seating at the kitchen island and living room.

PIANO: Yes, we have an upright piano for those who enjoy entertaining or just love playing! (Everyone in our familly plays piano, so we had to have one at the lake!)

THE SECOND FLOOR:

In the center of the main floor are wide stairs leading up to the sauna, another full bathroom, and 3 bedrooms that overlook the great room.

SAUNA: There is a hallway to a large 2 level sauna, available year round. A small shower, toilet, and sink are next to it for a quick rinse off before or after use.

MASTER BEDROOM: Very spacious. The room has a King bed with a memory foam mattress, SmartTV, balcony overlooking the lake, a futon that opens to a full bed, and a dedicated work space for those that need to work while away. A large closet with a pack n' play, extra pillows and blankets is also in the room.

BEDROOM 2: The room has a King size bed with a memory foam mattress, a futon that opens to a full size bed, and a balcony overlooking the lake. A dresser, a closet stocked with pillows and blankets, and a Smart TV are also in the room.

BEDROOM 3: Perfect for the kids, but also spacious enough for an entire family. This room has 2 bunk beds. Each bunk bed is a Twin XL over a Queen bed. The room comfortably sleeps six. If you have six or less people staying at this home, we do close off this room to reduce the amount of bedding our cleaners have to clean. Please message us if you have any questions about this.

BATHROOM: This is a full bathroom that is attached to the master bedroom and has a door to the hallway. This bathroom can be shared by everyone on the second floor. It has a double sink, shower, and toilet. All bathrooms are stocked with bath towels, hand towels, hair dryers, and salon-grade body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Bath towels are in all the bedrooms.

OUTDOORS -

Back on the main floor, you will also find double doors that open directly onto the large deck. The hot tub for six is right outside these doors. On the deck is also plenty of seating for lounging, and chairs and tables for eating. A gas firepit is also on the deck available for you to use when relaxing on the lounge seating. There are steps from the deck going down to the main pier where you can dock your boat or use the paddle boards and kayaks.

We provide life jackets located inside the home, and plenty of beach towels.

Guest access
You will have your own parking spaces on the driveway (space for 4 cars), full access to the entire 3700 sq foot home, and the deck with the hot tub and pier.

Other things to note
The property does also have 2 smaller cottages that have their own entrances, parking spaces, deck area, and a separate pier. As of December 2023, the hot tub is exclusive to guests of this home and cannot be used by cottage renters. The home can accommodate additional guests, but must be requested ahead of time. Extra mattresses, roller beds can be placed in bedrooms if bedding is available.

Guest access
The dock is available if you bring a boat, or rentals are available on the lake. The dock is about a 200 yard walk across a yard, with access to Snow Lake, part of the Chain of Lakes that includes Lake James, Jimmerson Lake, and Big Otter Lake. Please note there is not a swimmable shoreline near the private dock. However, there is a public access site at the end of our road where you can swim and also, and just three miles away, you can find Pokagon State Park, which offers a sandy beach area. Additionally, there are movie theaters, winery tours, and other enjoyable attractions. You will also find boat launches, shopping centers, and restaurants nearby.
