The owner was kind, and helpful, and responded to anything we needed in a timely manner. The trains were easy to navigate and, again, we felt safe and made it back and forth to NYC with ease. Closet space and dresser if needed for clothes. There is a full bathroom with a standing shower and a fridge with complimentary waters. A Keurig machine with complimentary coffee pods, and a microwave to warm up any food.

Other things to note
Front door entrance and the private room will be the first door on the left as soon as you walk in. NO CLEANING FEES!

Relax at this peaceful place to stay in Staten Island! It’s a 10 min walk to a bus stop that can take you to anywhere from the Island mall to the St. George Ferry!

The space
Parking may be included for a booking of 4 nights or more depending on the availability because the driveway space is limited! Street parking is available but it’s a busy neighborhood. Before booking, if you’ll need a spot, let me know and will see how can I best accommodate you!

Guest access
Guests will have a separate entrance to the studio with their entire unit to use. It’s a separate apartment on the ground floor of the house and not shared with the host.

Other things to note
The host is present during all guests’ stays! You will have all details to contact the host upon your arrival.
