This home is used exclusively for vacation rentals. The basement is unfinished but has a washer and dryer that guests are welcome to use.

To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we have provided an initial supply of small items around the house including toilet paper but these may not be enough for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies.

We do realize last minute overnight guests may come for a variety of reasons. If this situation arises please contact me and amend your reservation for the correct number of people. This will protect both parties in regards to your insurance coverage etc.

This home is exclusively used as a vacation rental and offers three bedrooms, one full bathroom, an open floor plan, with 2 living rooms, and a full kitchen, plus many other unique luxuries to make you feel at home.

All three bedrooms are equipped with hybrid pillow top mattresses and tv’s with streaming services.

Two spacious living rooms are available, with plenty of seating, and tv’s with streaming services.

Our large spacious kitchen includes many items need to feel at home during your stay, such as: Microwave, Keurig with coffee, creamer and sugar, utensils, pots/pans, dishes, silverware, cutting boards, baking sheets, paper towels, toaster, kettle, and so much more.

Our bathroom comes stocked with many of the items you will need for your stay, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, towels, vanity mirror, hand soap and a hair dryer.

Guest will also find a washer and dryer available for use during their stay, along with Tide Pods, Shout, and dryer sheets.

There are also two locations in the home that contain cleaning supplies for guest use, such as dish washer tabs, trash bags, sanitizer, rags, etc. in the event that these items are needed.

Note: As you can see, we provide an initial supply of many items in the home, such as toilet paper, dish tabs, etc. because we want our guest to get settled in and have a great start to their stay in our home. With that being said, depending on the length of your stay these items may not be enough and you may need to purchase additional supplies.

However, don’t run the dryer at night- it’s exceptionally loud and reverberates through the house. The only real issue we had was there was no proper way to sit as a family to eat. Kids need supervision when they eat, so it’s important to sit together. We couldn’t trust the kids to eat on the sofa, but there was no other way to sit as a family. We ended up giving the kids seats at the bar and then the adults stood. If this issue were addressed we would probably stay again, as we make trips into Topeka yearly."
