Take a back road to hear the elusive night bird, the Whippoorwill. Whippoorwill Retreat at Raystown Lake is located among hundreds of acres of mature Oak Forest open for you to explore at your leisure. The newly constructed 2300 sq ft. 3 bedroom, 3 bath retreat features a large great room with 20 ft vaulted ceilings, beamed kitchen, open loft with additional sleeper, wrap around porch, screen porch, and open deck. The retreat consists of a basement complete with pool table, a large main floor living area, and a cozy loft. This newly constructed home was first available for rent in 2014. We were fortunate to have many wonderful guests in our first year, and look forward to another great year. Solitude is guaranteed, as your nearest neighbor is over 1/2 a mile away. Whippoorwill Retreat offers quick and easy access to Raystown Lake, with the closest launch only 10 minutes away. The retreat is also less than 10 minutes from the lake overlook and the exciting Raystown Resort and marina.

At the end of the road is a cul-de-sac and a stone path that leads right down to Raystown Lake (near Shy Beaver boat launch). Such a neat added bonus. We would walk or drive down at night and go fishing. The family room, kitchen and loft areas are fantastic. Great stay. Great property."

This home has two bedrooms, one on the first floor with a queen bed, and the other, on the second floor, with two queen beds.. The second bedroom also sports an upright piano for the musical guest. Wi-Fi is available. Deck is furnished with outdoor tables, seating, and a gas grill. A fire ring is available off the deck for making s'mores and the ingredients are complimentary! Lake Raystown is the fishing and boating capital of central Pennsylvania and James Creek launch is a hot spot for bass tournaments. Five minutes from Lake Raystown Resort and Waterpark and Trough Creek State Park's Balanced Rock and Swinging Bridge, multiple hiking trails, and great trout fishing. Multiple geocaching opportunities in the area. 15 minutes from Seven Points Recreational Area and Marina and the Allegrippis biking trails. Guided fishing tours and lake beaches at Seven Points Recreational Area and Raystown Lake Resort. Great hunting in this area in the fall.

The house is approximately 18 miles from Huntingdon , Juniata College , Lincoln Cavern. Blue Knob and Tussey Mountain Ski Resorts within 1 hour. Penn State University is also within an hours drive.

Trough Creek State Park 2 miles with many hiking and biking trails, suspension bridge, waterfalls and more. Less than 1 hour to State College, Blue Knob Ski Area, Altoona or Bedford. Raystown Lake is the centerpiece attraction of the area but there are so many hiking areas, mountain biking trails, museums, amusement parks, historic sites, etc that you will run out of time before you can run out things to do.

Guests need to bring their own linens and towels. We recommend 4wd vehicles in winter due to rural mountain roads ands sloped private drive.

This beautiful, quiet property is adjacent to the Raystown Lake Federal Lands* and in between the Marina and Resort areas. We constantly try to improve the property, and in 2018 we extended the all-seasons room to the deck, making a large outdoor deck area! We added a fire pit and a new, larger, hot tub! Stroll down a private (no homes front the land), quiet country lane to a quiet entrance to the lake. You can hear the birds singing and the fish leaping out of the water! This is a great place for kayaking, fishing, or playing in the water. (We can rent up to 4 kayaks upon request, in cooperation with another owner, so we must charge an additional fee. You must transport to the water.) The lakeside is also a perfect place for a private picnic or to gaze at the stars.
Just one mile down the road is the Aitch boat launch and fishing pier. A wonderful view of the tree-covered mountains surrounds you. Public guided boat tours are available at the Marina and Resort areas.

You will truly enjoy the smart HD TV in the living room, the regulation-sized (7') AMF pool table, and the 6-person hot tub.

The master bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed and a large master bath w/ oversized Jacuzzi (non-jetted) tub, separate shower, walk-in closet, and Kohler fixtures. This master bedroom has a sliding glass door onto the deck with a beautiful view of the federal lands and the neighbor's pond where you can frequently find a blue heron looking for fish. (We do not have a direct view of the lake, very few lake properties do, which keeps the lake experience from the water pristine - no private docks are permitted on the federal land surrounding the lake.)

The main floor has a dining room & living room w/ gas fireplace. The modern kitchen has every convenience you need including an island w/ a Jenn-Air grill & gas range unit, a side-by-side refrigerator, built-in microwave, built-in oven, dishwasher, & garbage disposal. We also supply a drip coffee maker, rice cooker, crock-pot, and other kitchen small appliances. The laundry room and a half bath are also on the main floor. There is a screened-in 3 seasons room w/ glass sliding-door entrances from the kitchen, the pool table room, and the master bedroom. It is absolutely lovely out there, and you have a nice view of the pond, which frequently boasts of bird activity. You will hear the birds singing all day, and you will frequently be able to watch the barn swallows careen just above the grass while they feed.

This home has a heat pump, central air, ceiling fans, skylights & nice attached 26’ x 26' garage.

Please note that the pipeline that was installed recently that runs under the lake also went through our property and severely damaged our landscaping, and the emerald ash borer damaged our trees. We are working to replace all, but it will take a few years as I will NOT use herbicides on the property for your safety!

This warm and inviting cabin, called Bear's Retreat, is located at Raystown Lake and is nestled in the foothills of the Allegheny Mountains and offers spacious living in a picturesque and tranquil setting. The water is great for swimming, water skiing, boating, and fishing. The entrance to this beautiful cabin is located on the main floor. You enter into the kitchen that is fully equipped for your culinary enjoyment. If you’re ready for a great getaway or family vacation, this is your place! Built in 2017, Bear Bottom is a 2,700 sq ft log home nestled at the base of a mountain near James Creek, PA, and centered between Seven Points Marina and Raystown Lake Resort (10 min drive to each) and just minutes from Aitch boat launch! The home sits on a private, 25 acre wooded property overlooking a pond. Gather around the fire pit to tell stories, roast hot dogs, or make S'mores. Guests can enjoy relaxing in one of the rocking chairs on the wrap around porch/deck with picturesque views. You may even catch a glimpse of turkey, deer, bear, birds and more! Try your luck fishing for blue gills and large-mouth bass in the pond. If you’re up for a small hike up the mountain, at the corner of the property, adjacent to the Pennsylvania State Game Land, you can see the lake in the distance.

Inside, you'll find three floors. The main floor is open concept with cathedral ceilings in the living area, maple hardwood floors, gas fireplace, half bath, laundry room, dining room, and spacious kitchen with breakfast nook. You will also find the carpeted master bedroom and a private bath with Jacuzzi tub and spa-inspired, stone floor shower. This home is strategically placed high up on the mountain overlooking Lake Raystown Resort just around the corner of Shy Beaver Boat Launch/Inlet. It includes 67 acres to enjoy with a 2 acre lawn for family games/activities, many of of which are provided. Whether enjoying the fire pit or hot tub overlooking the lake, or custom horseshoe pits, or just simply bird/game watching, our property will provide plenty of opportunities for recreation.

Nearly every room of the lodge, as well as the firepit, swing, and hot tub areas provide an incredible view of the lake. Included also is a massive deck facing the lake as well as a lower patio, both complete with outdoor seating. The property boasts one of the few usable lawns at nearly 2 acres level ground that would be perfect for medium-sized events. From the property there is direct access to walking/running/mountain biking/hiking trails without leaving the grounds.

The main floor includes the Master (King)Bedroom/Bath, Large living room with gas fireplace, Den, powder room, kitchen, dining room, and laundry. The upper floor contains two large bedrooms (each queen bed) with adjoining full bathrooms, pool table/game room. The lower level provides 3 bedrooms total; a kids bedroom (1 full, 3 twin), a second bedroom (queen bed), and a third bedroom (two full size beds), a full bathroom, and large living room. There is also a two car garage that can be used in the case of rain for dining and play. It is complete with gas grill, additional small kitchen appliances, fire pit cooking rack, 2 yard canopies, and an extra refrigerator. Some may be delighted to find that there is also an old fashioned ice cream maker, mountian pie irons and marshmallow/hot dog roasting sticks available to add to your activity list..

Guests may also find it convenient that there is ample cell signal at the lodge for most cellular providers. We also have wireless internet (10mbps). We have 4 flat screen TVs located in the den, master bedroom, downstairs family room and 1 guest bedroom complete with DISH network.

We provide a large number of tables and chairs, bedding, towels, paper products, and most kitchen items. We will provide an inventory list via email so guests do not overpack.

Our lane is conveniently located about a 1/4 mile from the nearest boat launch. Arrangements for boat storage can be made if bringing a boat. The storage area only 1/2 mile from the launch. Boats, paddle boards, and kayak rentals are available at Lake Raystown Resort just a few minutes away.

Our lodge is perfectly set up for medium size family/friend gatherings, reunions, showers, celebrations, and work retreats.. We are more than happy to help with the planning of these events such as finding caterers, restaurants, suggestions for party rental stores, etc.

Our past guests will tell you that the view of the Lake with 40 miles of expanse, cannot be justified with photos. We are set apart from ALL other Raystown Lake rentals because of our unique view (trees have been cleared 50 yards on the hill facing the Lake enhancing the view), punctual customer service (local), and very complete kitchen amenities, an assortment of yard games, 67 acres of private trails, provided firewood, paper products, cleaning supplies, and detergents. Guests literally need only to bring clothing and food to have a great time!

We hold cleanliness in high regard and do our best to make sure everything is maintained and in proper working condition (if for some reason it is not, we can be contacted immediately and we will see that the problem is resolved).

The quiet, wooded area is very lovely you may see animals and insects you don't find in the city and suburbs. Please do not be alarmed or surprised if you see bear, deer, foxes, insects, mice, snakes, etc. We treat our home for pests regularly, but it is impossible to keep these critters away at all times, just as in any mountain home. This is part of the adventure and fun of being in the woods! Guests will not be refunded for these sightings, which are beyond our control. Our many 5 star reviews attest to our constant attention to cleaning and pest control.

2) The second floor has a Master Bedroom with a TV, 2 queen sized beds, a pack-n-play, and bathroom, 2 bedrooms with Queen sized beds, a shared bathroom with bathtub, and a laundry area. 2 bedrooms access the deck. The other overlooks the mountains.
3) The third floor is a loft bedroom for kids or adults, with 2 twin trundle beds (4 twin mattresses), and a sink for the kids to brush their teeth! No deck, but beautiful views.
4) The lower level is a walkout basement with a kitchenette (fridge, microwave, stove), a stone wall den with sleeper sofa and TV, 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bedroom with a king bed and TV, and a bunkbed nook. The views from the bedrooms are amazing!

ABOUT RAYSTOWN LAKE:
Raystown Lake is 28 miles long (8,300 acres) of lake to explore!! It is surrounded by Federal Game Land, all preserved in it's natural habitat. This means no homes on Raystown Lake have private access to the water. Our home is one of the unique few that can see Raystown lake. To get to the lake you go down our road and Shy Beaver Boat Launch about 300 yards the end of our road! You will not find a nicer property with our stunning views AND quick access to the lake, marina, beach, restaurant and waterpark!

RULES/RESTRICTIONS:
We will accept up to 26 guests. Renters must be at least 24 years old, with no rentals for high-school or college parties without older adult (age 24+) supervision, renters insurance, and a commitment not to use the home for alcohol fueled partying! No pets, with the exception of Service Animals. No smoking inside the house. Noise must be controlled after 10pm per ordinance.

Our property is equipped with outdoor security cameras, and we will enforce these policies. Renters who choose to throw large fraternity style, alcohol fueled parties, will be held responsible for all damages, may have the police called, and may be have access to the property removed, forfeiting all monies paid. This policy ensures that we can offer a safe and secure guest experience, maintain our property in top shape for guests, and maintain respect for the neighbors.

Check-in procedures will be sent prior to arrival. We use the Ring Doorbell system to be notified of guest arrival and will generate a unique front door lock access codes to be provided to each guest upon arrival after presenting ID through the Ring camera system. You will have our contact information, and we can be reached any time prior and during your arrival to ensure a wonderful stay at our home! If you are coming at Christmas or in the winter and it becomes icy or snowy, 4-wheel or All-Wheel drive may be necessary to get up or down the mountain road.

Finally, we will clean the property after your stay, but we do require guests to leave the rooms and floors free of debris, trash, wet towels, dishes, etc. Sheets and towels will need to be placed in the laundry area and dishes rinsed and placed in the dishwasher. This allows us to charge a smaller cleaning fee for everyone. We reserve the right to charge excessive cleaning fees if guests leave the home excessively dirty.

Also, many little private coves and areas to explore!

Quiet cabin located on a private mountain road. Very spacious with 3 floors and 5 bedrooms with a lot to do. Bring the whole family, we can sleep up to 10 people.
We are close to Lake Raystown Resort, Trough Creek State Park, Allegrippas Bike Trail, Juniata College, Penn State University, Lincoln Caverns and 1,000 Steps. Close to various boat launches and there is space to pull in and park a boat or two with a large wrap around driveway. There is a large wrap around deck with patio furniture for lots of seating. Enjoy the firepit area, with lots of room to sit and roast marshmallows or hot dogs! For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have an external security camera located on the end of the garage wall closest to the driveway.

Please be cautious when using water, with being on the mountain our well capacity is not as high as most, but we do have a 3000 gallon additional storage on top of what our well produces. We have yet to have any issues thanks to our additional water storage and guests who have worked with us on this issue!

This home has two bedrooms on the second floor, one with a queen bed and a spectacular view, and the other private room with two queen beds. There is a middle room with a sectional couch that can also accommodate 2 adults. The third semi-private sleeping area is on the lower level/basement and has 2 full beds. The lower level has a TV, woodstove, full bath/shower, refrigerator, laundry room, and a game room with Foosball table, corn hole and air hockey table.

The main floor has a cozy living room area that has a wood stove, DISH TV, and Wi-Fi is available. The main floor has a dining area, sitting area with a gas fireplace to enjoy your morning coffee, a full kitchen area with counter seating and dishwasher, and a full bath/shower.
Walk-around deck is furnished with an outdoor table, seating, and a gas grill. A fire ring and seating is available off the lower level. There is also a relaxing covered porch located off the lower level.

Lake Raystown is the fishing and boating capital of central Pennsylvania and James Creek launch is a hot spot for bass tournaments. We are five minutes from Lake Raystown Resort and Waterpark & Beaches, Trough Creek State Park's Balanced Rock and Swinging Bridge, multiple hiking trails, and great trout fishing. We are 15 minutes from Seven Points Recreational Area and Marina & Beaches, the Allegrippis biking trails, golfing at Huntingdon Country Club and guided fishing tours. Also, hunters are welcome. Walk across the street and hunt the Army Corp of Engineer property.
The house is approximately 18 miles from Huntingdon, Juniata College and Lincoln Caverns. Blue Knob, Tussey Mountain Ski Resorts and Penn State University is also within a one-hour drive.

This floor is an open floor plan consisting of a very large eat in kitchen with a custom made dining room table, living room with a wet bar and a 25 foot stone fireplace, guest bedroom , laundry room , half bath and master suite . The main floor also has 2 decks, one off each side of the home. Make your way up the log stair case to the top floor where you will find a full bath and 2 large guest bedrooms with amazing lake views. On the ground level you will enjoy playing a game of pool, sitting at the custom made bar, or relaxing and just watching a movie on a 70" flat screen tv. There is also full bath on this level and a bedroom with 2 custom made twin over full sized bunk beds made out of over 100 year old barn wood. This bedroom also has a couch ,loveseat , foosball table and flat screen tv. This house was kept true to the "lake cabin" feel with custom made Amish furniture through out . Each room has a more captivating view of the lake than the last. When you are outside you can relax on the hammock, sit back on the swing, enjoy the beautiful fire pit area, sit around the fire table on the deck off of the kitchen, cook gourmet meals on the 36" Blackstone, play corn hole and take in all the magnificent views of your surroundings including the 3 Bald Eagles that frequent the property.

Marina View Lodge offers something for everyone, whether you like hiking, fishing, hunting, biking, having fun on the lake or relaxing at one of the many outdoor seating areas. The home offers one of kind views of the lake and mountains that you cannot get anywhere else on the lake.
The home has all new custom made furniture, a large fully stocked kitchen, many large windows so you can see the amazing view from every room. Paper products, laundry detergent and cleaning supplies are provided, all to make your stay as easy and relaxing as possible.

Shy Beaver boat launch is about 3 miles from our home just down the lane, where you can launch your boat / jet skis and park your vehicle and trailer for the day while you are on the water. The Resort, Waterpark and picnic area are about 7 miles away. There you can find a wonderful restaurant, pizza shop, kayak,canoes,paddle boards and jet ski rentals.
We have many games for you and your guest to play indoors or out. Some of the popular ones are dominos, cards, Foosball, a pool table and corn hole. We also provide all firewood, mountain pie makers, hot dog and marshmallow sticks!

Even though the house is only partially air conditioned, the units are in the bedrooms to make sleeping comfortable and with the large shaded lot the rest of the house stayed comfortable even in the middle of July. Our kids loved the yard and checking out the stream. Tammy was extremely responsive and was great to work with every step of the process. The Pondhouse is a wonderful place to relax after day on the water at Lake Raystown! We offer a 2 bedroom bunkhouse with a full bath and kitchenette. There is parking for your boat and trailer, view of pond from deck of the bunkhouse, a picnic table and firepit off to the side of the house.
Note- the bathroom was recently renovated to include a nice tile shower with rainwater shower head.

The bunkhouse is best utilized by small groups that enjoy spending time on the water or out hiking! We offer comfy beds, full bath and kitchenette with nice pond views.

We also use this property as a place to hang out with family so please do care for it as if it were your own! I found this cabin for sale last year and I renovated it from top to bottom. We love all that the lake has to offer and are excited for the 2025 season to start!

Please do not sleep on the couch as it ruins the longevity of the furniture.

Outside, enjoy the spacious deck with a grilling area, 3 sitting areas and the fenced in yard for your pups. There's a large padded swing under the overhang at the Barn, a fire pit in the yard with plenty of firewood provided. Stroll or drive 1/4 mile to the lake and enjoy fishing, kyaying and swimming.

Conveniently located in the countryside of Central Pennsylvania, our newly remodeled family-style home is located three miles from Raystown Lake. Our home is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood in Entriken, Pennsylvania with new floors, light fixtures, doors and other appliances. The space
1 master bedroom with a queen size bed and a master bathroom attached. The other two bedrooms each have a set of bunk beds (one twin above a full bed). All of the beds have Serta all-season down-filled comforters. The second bathroom is located on the first floor off of the living room inclusive of a washer and dryer inside of the bathroom. There is a brand new fire pit with a grill rack in the backyard. There are 5 boat launches in the area, boat and kayak rentals, paddle board rentals, mountain bike trails, etc. There is boat storage/parking for roughly $10 per day at Morningstar's Boat Storage around the corner from the property. Additionally, our home is 3 short miles from one of Central Pennsylvania's largest attractions, Lake Raystown Resort. The resort has a beach area, waterpark, restaurant, boat rentals and cruises. Our home is 14 miles from downtown Huntingdon, Pennsylvania and 46 miles from State College Pennsylvania and is also located 20 minutes from 7 Points Marina located in Hesston, Pennsylvania. No smoking inside.

Quiet cabin located on a private mountain road. Very spacious with 3 floors and 5 bedrooms with a lot to do. Bring the whole family we can sleep up to 10 people.
We are close to Lake Raystown Resort, Trough Creek State Park, Allegrippas Bike Trail, Juniata College, Penn State University, Lincoln Caverns and 1,000 Steps. Close to various boat launches and there is space to pull in and park a boat. Large wrap around deck with patio furniture and a fire pit.

The space
There are three floors:

1st floor (entrance)- where your kitchen/dining room and living room all are. Living room has a TV with roku. The master bedroom is on this floor with a Queen bed and a set of bunks. That bedroom has its own bathroom and there is also a half bath on this floor. Walk out on the deck and enjoy the scenic views from the wrap around porch.
2nd floor (downstairs)- where you will find the Laundry room, and 4 other remaining bedrooms. There is also a bathroom downstairs.
3rd floor (loft)- has a small pool table, futon, tv and books/games and some kids crafts to play with. Upstairs TV has roku attached as well.

Outside we have a fire pit (firewood not included) with plenty of seating. Wooded lot, up to 5 acres to explore. For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have an external security camera located on the end of the garage wall closest to the driveway.

Other things to note
Please be cautious when using water, with being on the mountain our well capacity is not as high as most, but we do have a 3000 gallon additional storage on top of what our well produces. We have yet to have any issues thanks to our additional water storage and guests who have worked with us on this issue!

The space
The house is a rancher with a fully finished basement. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor. The Master bedroom has a queen bed, chest of drawers, dresser, closet and a full bath. Bedroom #2 has a double bed with a dresser, pack & play child bed and closet. Bedroom #3 has a double bed with a dresser and chest of drawers. All the beds are supportive, with a varying degree of softness.

The kitchen comes equipped with stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and a coffee maker for your use in addition to pots, pans, dishes, glasses and silverware.

The living room and dining room are on the main floor. The dining suite has a table and chairs. The living room suite has 2 couches, a love seat, a recliner, and rocker.

The basement has a room that can be partitioned off with a slat style curtain and has 2 double and a single bed in it. The pool table is set up in the area next to that room and there is a room for storage on the left before you get to the pool table. There is also a washer and dryer for your use.

If you need any supplies, the Saxton Market grocery store is only 5 minutes away. NOTE: They close at 8:00p.m. Next to that is Martin's, a 24 hour convenience store and a Dollar General.

Other things to note
There is plenty of room for parking in the driveway. There is enough room to park a boat trailer or two if done right. One area is on the left side of the driveway, just after you get through the trees. The other area is along the bottom away from the house. Come in the left side of the circle and face back out toward the road, than back it into that corner.

There is also a firepit (firewood provided)! On the rear deck is an outdoor dining table and patio furniture for the perfect evening meal after a long day on the lake! The main floor has a full bathroom, well stocked kitchen,
island/bar with seating for 3 people and a dining room with a table that seats 6! The living room is also on the first floor and has a large sectional sofa and faces the fireplace and tv!
Bedroom one has a queen bed and is located on the first floor accommodating anyone not wishing to traverse the stairs! On the second floor are the remaining 3 bedrooms, (each with one queen bed), and a full bathroom!

Two sets of high-efficiency washers and dryers is provided for your convenience, as well as Satellite Wi-fi and DishTV for 4 televisions! We are on the top of a mountain in the woods, which gives you the stellar view for miles but the Wi-fi is a bit slower than in the city. It works great, you can work from this home, it will become slower when trying to stream multiple devices, videos, and gaming systems to the Wi-fi load.

Shy Beaver Boat Launch is just down our road, less than 2 miles away! We are also only 8 miles from Tatman Beach/Picnic area and the Raystown Resort where you can rent kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, jet skis and boats! There is also a nice restaurant there, as well as a waterpark! We're about 20-30 minutes from Allegrippis Mountain Biking Trails, Huntingdon shopping, restaurants, and entertainment, with quick access to Penn State!

Whether you are looking for the perfect extended-family vacation, or a place for an amazing church retreat, hunting trip, mountain bike excursion, wedding or baby shower, Penn State game or graduation, or anything else you can imagine (well....except for wild parties!), Bella Vista Raystown Lake will not disappoint!

We take pride in our home, and want you to feel at home when you are our guest. We take cleanliness seriously and will do our best to make sure everything is perfect for your vacation! The quiet, wooded area is very lovely you may see animals and insects you don't find in the city and suburbs. Please do not be alarmed or surprised if you see bear, deer, foxes, insects, mice, snakes, etc. We treat our home for pests regularly, but it is impossible to keep these critters away at all times, just as in any mountain home. This is part of the adventure and fun of being in the woods! Guests will not be refunded for these sightings, which are beyond our control. Our many 5 star reviews attest to our constant attention to cleaning and pest control.

We can help you to navigate your trip, make recommendations for eating out, things to do and places to see. You will have Dawn's personal cell phone # and she will be quickly responsive to your needs.

The following is the layout of the home:
1) First floor has a dining room, kitchen, sitting room off the kitchen, den with a big screen TV and a bookshelf full of games and books, and a living room. There are 2 queen sleeper sofas on this level. A large deck with beautiful views is accessible from 3 rooms.
2) The second floor has a Master Bedroom with a TV, 2 queen sized beds, a pack-n-play, and bathroom, 2 bedrooms with Queen sized beds, a shared bathroom with bathtub, and a laundry area. 2 bedrooms access the deck. The other overlooks the mountains.
3) The third floor is a loft bedroom for kids, with 2 twin trundle beds (4 twin mattresses), and a sink/mirror for the kids to brush their teeth! No deck, but beautiful views.
4) The lower level is a walkout basement with a kitchenette (fridge, microwave, stove), a stone wall den with sleeper sofa and TV, 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bedroom with a king bed and TV, and a bunkbed nook that doesn't have a door on that "bedroom" because you can walk through it but it is in a quiet corner of the home . This house is so huge, people have said we need a map!

ABOUT RAYSTOWN LAKE:
Raystown Lake is surrounded by Federal Game Land. This means no homes on Raystown Lake have private access to the water. To get to the lake simply drive down to the bottom of our road to the Shy Beaver Boat Launch! You will not find a nicer property with our stunning views AND quick access to the lake, marina, beach, restaurant and waterpark!

RULES/RESTRICTIONS:
We will accept up to 24 guests. Renters must be at least 24 years old, with no rentals for high-school or college parties without older adult (age 24+) supervision, renters insurance, and a commitment not to use the home for alcohol fueled partying! No pets, with the exception of Service Animals. No smoking inside the house. Noise must be controlled after 10pm per ordinance.

Our property is equipped with an outdoor security camera, and we will enforce these policies. Renters who choose to throw large fraternity style, alcohol fueled parties, will be held responsible for all damages, may have the police called, and may be have access to the property removed, forfeiting all monies paid. This policy ensures that we can offer a safe and secure guest experience, maintain our property in top shape for guests, and maintain respect for the neighbors.

Check-in procedures will be sent prior to arrival. We will generate a unique front door lock access codes to be provided to each guest upon. (We may ask for ID through the one Front door camera for guests' safety.) You will have our contact information, and we can be reached any time prior and during your arrival to ensure a wonderful stay at our home!

Finally, we will clean the property after your stay, but we do require guests to leave the rooms and floors free of debris, trash, wet towels, dishes, etc. Sheets and towels will need to be placed in the laundry area and dishes rinsed and placed in the dishwasher. This allows us to charge a smaller cleaning and laundry fee for everyone. We reserve the right to charge excessive cleaning fees if guests leave the home excessively dirty.
