The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. There is a queen leather sofa in the living room. We have a closet with boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrella, futon, etc. that can be used by our guests. We have two parking spots in the garage that are free and included in the rate.

It is uncommon, but if anything in the villa is not working, we will order an immediate repair or replacement. Minor repairs are normally fixed by the day after you inform us. Repairs to major appliances such as air conditioning, washer, dryer, fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, and oven can take several days to a week, and on a few occasions even longer if parts are not available on the Island. We will refund 10% of the nightly rent, (not including tax) for each night the air conditioning does not work, and $30/nt for a non-working washer, dryer, or fridge, $20/nt for a non-working dishwasher, cooktop, or oven; and also do whatever we can to help during the outage. We have portable cooktops, a mini fridge, and fans in our storage room and will loan them to you if they are available. There is no refund if one of the TVs, the internet, the microwave, and other non-listed appliances, parts, utilities, services, or anything else in the villa stops working, however we will work on an immediate fix, if possible, and keep you updated on the status.

- "We needed an 'easy' option for vacation with young kids. This condo was great, it had everything we needed and more. It was clean, quiet, and there was a lovely lanai - ocean sounds + sunsets galore! Good layout, easy parking, and laundry in suite. Staff on site were friendly and helpful. Our kids loved feeding the koi. The pools are lovely, the beach is kid-friendly and protected, the path along the ocean is nice for a short stroll. Local restaurants were good though pricey. We loved having the 'instacart' option through the property management company so our groceries were already in the fridge when we arrived. Hawaii is spectacular and you could stay in a tent and still enjoy it plenty. We appreciated the comfort/extra amenities given we were travelling with small kids. To make this 6*, I would suggest: 1) making the 'being met by property management on arrival' optional. Everything is very straightforward so I think many families just don't need to be met. (We wasted a lot of calls/texts trying to coordinate and ultimately weren't met and it was fine!) 2) the appliances; they are high end but perhaps need some upkeep. The induction range is slow to heat up. The dishwasher does a terrible job, even loaded lightly (we have a similar model at home and it is great) - perhaps it needs to be cleaned? 3) set up the crib for families that request a crib 4) better mattress in M BR Thank you for the great stay!"

• Only registered paying rental guests, Owners, and Owners registered guests are allowed in common areas such as pool & spa areas, BBQ areas, and Fitness Center, or in private Villas.
• The total persons allowed in villa is six.
• NO SMOKING (including e-cigarettes) in the Villa, on open lanais and common areas.
• Towels or clothes may not be draped over railings and furniture on the lanai and no overnight sleeping, drying racks, toys, or beach equipment, etc. may be left on lanais.
• Vehicles must be parked in assigned stalls within the lines and display a valid parking permit. If your vehicle is too large to fit in your stall, please see the front desk.
• No excessive noise or nuisances are allowed anywhere on the premises which may disturb the comfort and quiet enjoyment of others.
• Garbage must be tied up in trash bags before dropping down the trash chute. Large trash and recyclables may be taken to the receptacles on the ground floor. No items may be left in the hallways, ie. garbage, footwear, beach equipment.
• Recreational Facilities are for the exclusive use of registered owners and guests.

Pools/Spas:
• No LIFEGUARDS are on DUTY use at your own risk.

• No boogie boards, air mattresses, or large flotation devices. Swimming aids are fine.

- "This is our 3rd stay at the Ko Olina Beach Villas (1st at this unit). We had a great 8 night stay at O-624. Sherry and Neal are fantastic. We had a few minor issues and they addressed them immediately. We use VRBO a lot and this unit was very well stocked (my wife is very picky about the kitchen pots, pans, utensils, etc since we typically cook during our stay). The Condo was very well appointed and had all the beach amenities you could ask for. Overall 5/5 stars. We will be back. Neal also does SUP lessons in Lagoon 4."

- "3rd time here. Always enjoy it." - "The property itself was phenomenal. We booked a guest room with a mountain view. For a different trip we booked an ocean view at Koolina and that was spectacular. This time around, we booked the mountain view due to limited availability at the time and it did not disappoint. It was still such a great view of the pool and the mountains. We would t mind booking this view again if we had to. We were very much satisfied. We particularly love the kitchenette, especially traveling with an infant. It definitely helps when we need to wash bottles every night. Other than that, it was quite a challenge to bathe an infant in a free-standing shower. Not sure if some rooms have free-standing showers or bath tubs. Might be a good question to ask when booking or consider an alternate method to bathe littles. I also loved that the room had dish soap and laundry soap available for use; that was a great/helpful surprise to us. Overall, such a great experience from booking, stay, and checking in/out. Definitely recommend."

Vacation Ownership Management and the Owner/Rentor disclaim all liability for any loss of property, injury, accident, delays, or other inconveniences resulting from this reservation or related circumstances. Additionally, guests are responsible for their rental villa during the stay and assume responsibility for any damages or incidental charges that may arise.

Any changes or disruptions to amenities, decor, renovations, or services—whether disclosed before, during, or after the reservation—is a matter to be resolved directly between the guest and the resort, and not considered deceptive advertising, breach of contract, or the responsibility of Vacation Ownership Management.

Additionally, please be aware that the images are representative of the villa type, but they do not guarantee a specific view. If you wish to secure a particular view, it must be addressed directly with the rental agent. Guests acknowledge that the allocation of villas within the resort is entirely at the discretion of the developer or resort management. While Vacation Ownership Management may confirm a specific villa type or view as per the reservation agreement, the resort retains the right to assign an alternative villa of the same size within the resort if circumstances such as technical issues arise. The resort’s view designation only differentiates between locations within the resort and does not guarantee a particular view, such as Ocean front. Guests are encouraged to clarify any questions about the view category before the Reservation Request is confirmed, as changes cannot be made once accepted.

Guests agree to abide by the resort's rules and regulations, and any pet restrictions imposed by the resort. Guests will be financially responsible for any damages caused by their actions or negligence, including damage caused by household members or visitors.

Subleasing or transferring the rental unit or this agreement to another party is not allowed without prior written consent from Vacation Ownership Management.
