Very relaxing while working on the wireless internet as you sit on the lanai and enjoy the view!

The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. There is a queen leather sofa in the living room. The two bathrooms each have an amazing deep soaking bathtub for full relaxation and the master bathroom has a walk in shower. There is a playpen and high chair for the young ones. We have a closet with boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrella, futon, etc. that can be used by our guests. We have two parking spots in the garage that are free and included in the rate.

The fully equipped kitchen was designed by Master Chef Roy Yamaguchi with high end appliances. Cookware, dishes, glassware, and everything you need to prepare and serve is included. Full-size Sub-Zero fridge and freezer with ice maker and separate wine cooler, Wolfe 5 place glass cook top, oversize oven, every small appliance needed, including professional Blend-Tec, coffee grinder and maker, air fryer, and rice cooker. Dishwasher, and plenty of utensils are included along with provided amenities for BBQ and poolside areas. No glassware in pool areas, please. Mahalo for your understanding.

This luxury villa is located in the Beach Tower (closest tower to the ocean and beach) on the 8th floor in the stack next to the end cap ocean front villas (B808). The villa faces northwest, and at certain times of the year you can enjoy the sunset from the lanai (end of winter through summer). It has been professionally decorated and furnished. The spacious lanai is accessed through not only the living area but also the master bedroom. The sliding glass doors open allowing the living area to become part of the lanai. The spacious villa is 1,171 square feet with a 251 square foot lanai has a king size and two twin extra-long beds (option to combine together as a king), and sofa bed.

Please note the kiddie pool will close for repairs starting 10/13 and reopens 10/24.
The fitness center is closed from 9/29 for upgrades and maintenance. Reopening date has not been provided by the resort.

- "Wow!! The photos don’t do justice to this incredible view. Simply breathtaking!! We loved having meals and drinks on the lanai, enjoyed the comfy beds and well-stocked kitchen. The condo is huge and the washer & dryer were super handy too. We absolutely loved the gorgeous grounds and amazing amenities at the Ko’ Olina Beach Villas. The pools are beautiful and well maintained. Our kids especially enjoyed the koi ponds, the sandy pool (where you can build sand castles) and the yummy slushies and ice cream at the pool bar. The lagoon and beach are too good to be true! It’s sandy - no water shoes needed and very calm with turquoise-blue water. We loved paddle boarding, swimming, and snorkeling. We can’t wait to return!!
