It is conveniently located next to everything you could possibly want including grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping mall. Home is fully equipped with kitchen appliances. This house is perfect for those working away from home and not wanting to stay in small hotel rooms, for families coming to visit, or for large group of friends.

The trailer in the back is at times occupied, but they have no access what so ever to the house.

Great communication and quick at responding!" - "The owner seemed to have concentrated on remodeling the inside and haven't completed the outside. This property is not safe for kids as the stair railing posts are too wide apart where a child could fall from the upstairs to the tile floor below. Many kitchen features did not work: oven, dishwasher, built-in ice maker, trash compactor. Wine cooler was frozen up with temperature set too low. Bottom freezer to refrigerator was broken with water sloshing around. Water pressure is low in the sinks, but fine for the showers. Many light bulbs missing or out. Property owner was attentive and offered to have a table top ice maker delivered overnight for our use. I believe the owner just needs to stay in the home a few nights to be able to observe the electrical and plumbing problems so that they can be corrected before renting it out again. Good value, so we would stay again, but only if the stair railing problem was corrected for the safety of the children. "

- "We parked our boat right at the place and fished every day" - "This is a wonderful stay, but it is not for someone who has trouble with stairs. Bedroom and bathroom doors are historic ship doors and have a bulkhead you have to step over. I had no problems there. Was worried about bridge traffic noise only heard it once or twice. Owner is great to communicate with. I will be staying here again when I’m visiting friends." - "The house is nice and clean. I stayed there because i wanted to go fishing. It was cold so I assume that's why we didn't get one bite. The bathtub was another reason I chose this property. - "Centrally located to boat ramp and eating establishments." - "Checkin process was easy. I had to download an app in order to complete the check in, but was seamless. The neighborhood was okay. We are from the Port Arthur area so knew what we were renting. This was one of the only places in the area that allowed pets (which we were very appreciative). There were a few minor issues that were brought to the owner's attention. She was very responsive. The house overall was accommodating for our group, but could use a deep cleaning. Several of the cabinets, drawers, and pantry were dirty to the point they were unusable. The shower in the hallway bath leaked water out onto the floor. Towels had to be put there to soak up the water. Overall, we would stay again if it were cleaned. Another recommendation is to add an area rug in the living room area so seating on the floor were possible."

Pet Policy
We welcome well-behaved pets and charge a small additional fee of $25 per pet, per night, to cover cleaning costs. Strictly no pets allowed on any of the beds or couches.

Toilet is located in the bedroom. Deck off back of boat creates a private balcony. Dock with seating overlooks the water on the port side of boat. Common area has a grill to cook on and a picnic table. Space to dock your own boat. Fishing is amazing.

The bathroom is equipped with a larger than normal RV shower with removeable shower head, and tall ceilings here as well.

The kitchen is stocked with cookware and coffee maker as well as has a dining space that looks out over the water.

This is a nice and clean 2 bedroom duplex home , perfect place for people who work local refineries . with every thing you'll need and located centrally in port Arthur. safe and close to groves and Nederland. Just bring your personals and have a restful stay!

Everything you need for a comfortable stay while working out of town. This unit is on a private lot, conveniently located near everything in town. There’s only one other RV on the private lot. Brand new king bed. 2 TVS. Fast WIFI!

Landlord provides all RV maintenance services and lawn etc.
