Enjoy touring the area and visiting the established wineries. There is a flourishing collection of brilliant winemakers in the Verde Valley, it only make sense to have installed a red rock wine cellar! Allow you pallet to explore the regions wines and savor the details. Around the home we have rock fireplaces and views of water throughout.

All rooms have beautiful views of the water, and access to the outdoors. Each offer their private romancing space of sunken baths, pillars and posts to really feel like a king and queen in the finer and thoughtfulness of the space.

The long frontage of the property allows a perfect space for Fly fishing. The creek has shallow patches and deep swimming pools. The avenue along the river allows a rare vista to watch the birds and witness the wildlife. We are just 20 minutes outside of Sedona in a Beaver Creek Golf area. 10 minutes from Village of Oak Creek and most of the Wineries in the Cornville, Page Springs area. As most people have discovered in the Verde Valley, the whole valley offers some of the best hikes, trails, mountain bike or horseback riding. Golf galore for those that enjoy the various ranges withing 20 minutes of the home.

The home was designed by Wendy and is serene, tactile and filled with organic textures. From the custom chandeliers to the hand-built rock and woodwork, this is a top of the line home.

The house is located in a luxurious creek side setting, with views of the water from every room, travertine floors and fireplaces throughout. The house has two spacious Master suites with marble Jacuzzi tubs and showers in both. There is a full gourmet kitchen with upscale appliances - a six burner stove will make cooking a delight. Put your wine in our cellar for that just-right temperature.

There is a Fishing dock (the poles are ready!)and many stone patios, with relaxing furniture and hammocks all waiting just for you! The golf course is nearby and you have access to it.

The house is the gateway to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. Use it as your homebase to explore the area or just stay here and relax in style!

Welcome to the creekside cabin under the Sycamores. Enjoy Wet Beaver Creek in your backyard. Located in the quiet little town of Rimrock, just 30 minutes from Sedona. This bright, newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath house is spotlessly clean and well appointed. The open kitchen, dining and living area is perfect for hanging out inside. Feel refreshed when you stay in this rustic gem! Our brand-new authentic stagecoach is beautifully decorated and hosts all of the same amenities as your standard Airbnb! We offer glamping at it`s finest!

Our cozy stagecoach features a king bed and twin bunk beds, kitchenette, and beautiful patio area with a propane grill, fire pit and patio heater. Our new bath house is just a short walk from your door (les than 100 feet) and offers a eco-friendly Incinolet toilet and running water! Rinse off after a day of hiking under the afternoon sun or nighttime stars in our outdoor shower. Our brand new Rheem hot water heater is fully functional up to 140 degrees, but please note, if the temperature drops below 40 we can not guarantee the water temperature. But do not fret, the indoor plumbing is able to maintain the hot water temperature so you may always choose to clean up indoors!

Aside from the stagecoach and private patio area, guests also have access to the hot tub, community firepit, and outdoor bathhouse. Please note, if nighttime temperatures drop below 32 degrees, the water in the bathhouse is shut off...but can be turned back on at anytime by turning the valve located under the sink back to the `on` position. This is necessary to do in order to prevent the pipes from freezing.

Our brand new and beautifully decorated stagecoach is located in a quiet rural estate subdivision that boarders the beautiful Coconino National Forest. Rimrock is your classic small southwestern town where the locals are friendly, and businesses run at their own pace. Guests should be aware that although we are only 2.5 miles away from I-17, the last 1.5 miles is a rugged stretch of dirt road up to the property. Relax, retreat and recuperate at Hilltop Haven Home in the peaceful countryside of Rimrock, Arizona. Amazing panoramic views, comfortable decor, easy access and centrally located - just 20 minute drive to Bell Rock in Sedona, 20 minutes to Camp Verde & Cottonwood, 2 1/2 hrs to the Grand Canyon. The house is equipped for connection with loved ones in an atmosphere of quiet, peace, and desert tranquility.

Pet policy:

We allow dogs if they are: well trained and behaved, not allowed on furniture or on the beds, not left alone when you go out, and don’t bark regularly or incessantly. As the owner, you agree to clean up after your dog, and to dispose of the waste in a special trash bin. It’s helpful if your dog is recently groomed and/or doesn’t shed (much). Please ask about your dog ahead of time. There is an additional charge of $10/night..

We allow cats only if they do not scratch or shed. The guest will bring a bed, litter box, and optional scratchng post if necessary, for the cat and there is a $10/night charge.

The space:

The house has two bedrooms, each with a king bed and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa with a very comfortable memory foam mattress. There is an inviting covered porch with table and chairs for 4 and an additional "view" porch that looks eastward toward Coconino National Forest and the Mogollon Rim. Situated between the dark sky communitites of Sedona and Camp Verde, conditions for astrophotography and night sky viewing are often optimal.

Rimrock is a very safe and quiet community, far enough from the busy traffic and high lodging rates of Sedona but close enough to access all the attractions of northern Arizona, including hundreds of miles of hiking and biking trails.

The house is cooled by a large rooftop evaporative cooler, which is very adequate for even the hottest days of the summer. Additionally, evap coolers have been proven to be much healthier than A/C units in limiting the spread of the Coronavirus because fresh air is constantly recirculating throughout the house.

Some people ask if we have a grill and we do not have an outdoor gas grill due to fire danger. Instead we have a counter top George Foreman electric gill available for guests.

Smoking Policy:

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors but there is an outdoor smoking area for guests. Please bring your own ashtray.

The Studio is nestled against a hillside, in a quiet neighborhood, off a dirt road not far from Interstate 17 and centrally located to all that the Verde Valley has to offer. Cute comfy bungalow with easy access to I17 Fwy & all the adventures Verde Valley/Sedona has to offer.
Owners live on 2 acre property, hiking, mountain biking, food & wine, travel & camping are all interests of owners so questions welcome.
Ideal for guests that want some quiet time between adventures, BBQ on the patio or just relax in our lovely desert property, bird watching is awesome.
Please provide an estimated time of arrival Owners 3 dogs will be corralled to prevent a too over enthusiastic welcome!
