- "Very quiet. Never actually saw anyone on staff. Received text with instructions and it was very easy to follow. Was in the cottage next to the guest lounge which was very convenient. There were some continental breakfast items (plenty to choose from) plus snacks like microwave popcorn. Sparkling water and bottled water in the fridge. We pretty much had what we needed and more. It was a great 2 night stay. We used the whirlpool tub nightly. Everything worked great. Clean. Mexican restaurant across the street was delicious. We ate there both nights. The town has limited options but we were very happy with the Mexican place. Tasty salsa!"

- "We had a wonderful time at the Lake of the Woods. It was a very relaxing place. What I liked mostly is the private lake because it was just steps away and we did not have to have a licence. We enjoyed fishing with my husband. The older stove/oven/refrigerator/ pantry was super charming. I also liked that although it was in the woods and felt far away from the city, Showlow was jist 10 mins away if we forgot something or wanted to have a nicer ait down dinner at a restaurant. "
