The Walmart was less than clean or organized, but we made it through LOL Walgreens is right next to the train station along with Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robins, so it was nice to be able to stop there on the way home to get anything we may need on a spur of the moment. The owner was kind, and helpful, and responded to anything we needed in a timely manner. The trains were easy to navigate and, again, we felt safe and made it back and forth to NYC with ease. Welcome to this beautiful and historic 19th century red-brick home. The “Isbills Row House” is named after the famed Bayonne developer, Edmond Isbills and has been designated a historical landmark by the city. 20 minutes by car and 35 minutes in public transportation to NYC. 15 minute drive to Newark international Airport. 15 minute drive to Jersey gardens. 8 minute drive to Cape liberty cruise port. 10 minute drive to liberty state park with amazing views of the Statue of Liberty.

- "This property is a short 10-15 min walk to the light rail train to the exchange station. This then takes you to Penn Station in Manhattan, which by the way is the WTC transportation hub. My husband and I were traveling with our teenagers. The king size bed with comfy sheets, pillows and blankets was clean and fresh and in its own room. This room has a huge walk in closet that we used for luggage and as a changing room. The kids slept in a bunk bed with a twin on top and a queen on the bottom. We had 6 people and utilized the cot which has a memory foam mattress that looked and smelled brand new, it was perfect for my 14 year old son. This place is a mix between old refurbished and new modern. The shower was brand new. Nice bright white hotel style towels. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion provided. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The neighborhood is walkable, we walked at 10pm back from the train station and felt safe. Others were walking with families as well. There is a small convenience store with fresh fruit and a bakery close by. Door dash and Uber are easily utilized. I think the train station will even take you to Newark if you were coming from the airport. Saturday around 1130 am we walked to the train station and stopped at a street festival a few blocks away from the property. Beware it is on the 2nd floor so you do have to climb inside stair case which is slim and steep as the actual home itself is older. Great communication!"

- "This property worked out good for our needs. We stayed a couple of days to visit NYC. Small but had what we needed. They allowed us to bring our dog which was very kind. Property is multiple units but seems to work out okay although you can hear your neighbors moving around. Also, there is no reliable parking nearby but we figured it out. We would stay again." - "This was a great place to stay, it was decorated nicely and has everything you need. It even had an air mattress that we ended up needing. The only downfall was that you can hear everything. We had to search forever to find a parking spot, we finally found one down the street (There is municipal parking lot off of Broadway between 18th and 19th that is free). All of the windows were unlocked and very difficult to lock. We had to wedge a small ironing board in the front window because it wouldn’t lock. Other than that it was great."

Experience ultimate comfort and convenience in our stunning 2-bedroom apartment located on the first floor of our beautiful home. With its airy layout and lush greenery, this apartment is perfect for families and friends looking for a peaceful retreat.

On the main floor, you will sleep in two luxurious bedroom complete with a full-size bed, and two twin over full bunk beds. You can also relax in the stylish living room, which boasts a 60”tv with a PS2/ Game Cube as well as a selection of board games and plenty of books in the library. You’ll also find a comfortable sectional here for an additional guest.

Enjoy whipping up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen.

Whether you`re in town for a family vacation to NYC or a work trip, our duplex is the perfect home away from home. We have additional air mattresses and bassinets should you need them.

Street parking is free but can be difficult at night. We have a dedicated free parking spot reserved for guests in a private lot around the corner and can provide additional parking upon request.

Would definitely book again in the future. " - "Apartment was clean but not as advertised. The Garden room which is considered the first floor was actually the basement. The space was large, but many makeshift doors to cover walls/spaces in basement. On the main floor there was minimal seating space in common spaces, does not accompany 14 people. The outside space was not clean or organized and there were not outdoor furniture cushions.There was mail stuffed in both sides of boxes and garbage on the front porch when arriving. We could not control the temperature. It was warm. There is minimal glassware, not enough for the 7 of us that stayed there. We found a chocolate that after looking up, had “magic” mushrooms left in the freezer. Someone came at 10am our first morning and was drilling and hammering on the outside of the building. There were at least 8 adults staying above us in the apartment that were loud til at least 11pm and up by 6:30am.The mirror in the living area was cracked in several places and there were stains on the shower curtain. The internet buffered continually and we had to sign in ourselves to work TV apps. We couldn't find the board games, video games, or DVD player. Street parking is impossible. One of bunk beds was missing a white comforter. "
