- "Property was big enough for a family of five in a great up and coming area. One block from a grocery store and trolley stop. Two blocks from several restaurants and bars. Less than five minute walk to the subway. Free parking two blocks north on 2nd. Place was easy to find and get in to even though it was dark by the time we got there. We had one very minor issue that the owner was able to help us with quickly over the phone. There is a coffee machine but no Kuerig machine or French Press as was listed on the paperwork. Not a problem for me but my wife went to the Starbucks in the grocery store. Overall a great place to stay and would gladly stay there again if we come back to Philly."

- "Nice and quiet " - "The house itself was nice, but the host’s communication was very disappointing. I stayed for 3 nights and reached out on the first day regarding issues with the WiFi — the provided network was not listed, and I never received a response. I also messaged about the TV, as all the apps were showing in black and white. I even sent a picture, but again, no reply. Additionally, for a 3-night stay, I expected at least an extra towel or some form of light room service, but nothing was provided. Overall, the lack of responsiveness significantly impacted the experience."
