The Yahr House is located in Leonard J. Yahr County Park. All of the county park amenities are available to Yahr House occupants. Enjoy Erler Lake and the public beach area. Trails are available for all seasons. Children will have fun on both playground areas located very near the Yahr House.

The Yahr house has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. 1 bedroom and bathroom is located on the main level and does not require stairs. It has a eat in kitchen with all the amenities and cooking necessities. There is a washer and dryer available in the house! The yard is spacious and includes a firepit and picnic tables. The living space includes two couches, a TV, and Board games and activities for kids.

A fire pit is provided in the backyard along with many picnic tables and ample room for backyard activities. Large parking area offers ample room for cars, trucks and snowmobiles during your stay.

- "This property was perfect for our needs. My daughter's wedding was at a church in West Bend with reception at Foundry 45 in Kewauskum. We had rehearsal night open house out here Friday night. At the most people we slept 9 comfortably in the house. Downstairs open floor plan kept all of us engaged. Downstairs bedroom and bath are handicap accessible. You can tell its an older house in process of refurburshing. Stairs to second floor as well as upstairs hall are narrow. Plenty of parking was an added bebfit. There is no direct lake access from house. The pictures of beach, park shelter, docks, are all park pictures, a short walk down the hill from house. Guests that did go down the hill said park is very nice, good beach and clear water. Yes, we would rent this property again!"

The house is located in Sandy Knoll County Park. All of the county park amenities are available to house occupants. Enjoy the small pond and beach area, playgrounds, disc golf course and pro shop, and 8 acre dog park. Many miles of trails are available for all seasons. Children will have fun on both playground areas with one located very near the house.

Well behaved pets are welcome for an additional fee. We ask that if pets are to be left alone in the house that they be crated. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in beds.

- "We had a great time visiting family over the fourth. This is a great option with a playground and dog park within walking distance. We went to the dog park daily. The grounds of the house had plenty of shade and a picnic table. The trees are perfect distance for putting up a hammock or two! We didn’t use the fire pit, but it looked very nice. Plenty of dishes in the large kitchen as well as a dining table. Only negatives were very minimal, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, which was a quick fix and there were no kids channels on the tv. Other than those very small items, everything else was perfect! We had a great time."

Centrally located. Not far from EAA, Green Bay or Milwaukee. Great restaurants. Washington County Fair Grounds are about 20 minutes away. The quaint town of Barton is a walk away with ice cream parlors, pizza places and bait shops. There is a very large sand beach 1/2 mile away on Lake Lenwood, an easy walk. All the stores amenities nearby with West Bend 5 minutes away. 30 minutes north of Milwaukee. Washer and dryer, Internet, YouTubeTV.

There is a dog kennel outside, but no pets allowed inside.

- "Great place! Lots to do with the kids, very relaxing." - "Great house on a great lake. We swam and floated right off the dock. Very nice Sandy bottom. We rented the pontoon boat and took it to the sand bar for swimming and went one evening across the lake for old fashions at the supper club. . The deck and screened in three season room were great spaces to hang out. The only surprise was when an acorn would land on the metal roof on the three season room and startle us. Overall, great fit for our family to simply go and hang out together."
