At first my girlfriend and were confused because it was a house and we had originally thought it was a hotel, because we booked on Expedia. Upon speaking about it, we decided to stay here because the pricing was fair. You'll find really great reviews and they aren't lying. The property was cleaner than any hotel I've stayed in. There is transportation to and from the concert venue we had booked for, and Rene the property manager bartended for us. By the end of the night our "roommates" and Rene felt more like longtime friends than people we had just met. The facilities are spotless inside and out. The backyard is converted into a little slice of heaven with great places for a photo op with your friends and family. If we stayed a little longer, I would have liked to enjoy a cup of coffee enjoying the cool breeze and nature sounds. I do suggest patio furniture for others to sit and enjoy the outdoors. The beds are very comfortable and not noisy. The kitchen is average but clean with the necessary amenities. The living room is lovely with tall windows to enjoy the scenery and light during the day. There are two ceiling fans to keep the small unit cool during the day. The bathroom is eccentric but clean. If your traveling with small kids, it may be to small for them to run around and be extra careful when they are outside around the unit as there are areas where they could run into a gated backyard. Some areas of the wooden fence have small gaps. I think this is a cozy unit for two adults or older kids."

Shaw is the main avenue through Fresno and Clovis and goes right by Fresno State and the Savemart Center, all the way up to Old Town Clovis and beyond. Our apartment is located right behind a private school in Fresno. An orange tree-lined street leads to the apartment. We are not far from Woodward Park, St. Agnes Medical Center, Fresno State, and the Savemart Center, and pretty centrally located to everything Fresno has to offer.

Getting Around:
We suggest using your own vehicles to get around. Lyft and Uber are also available in the area.

We are located in between both in an older neighborhood. If you aren’t used to seeing all ethnicities, homeless people (on the busier cross-streets) items left out on the street etc, or older homes, please book a hotel in a nice area of town!

A spacious, private bedroom with a new comfortable mattress that is the perfect place to rest and relax while you enjoy Fresno/Clovis area or make your way to beautiful Yosemite, Sequoia National Park and/or Devil Postpile. We are very close to the Fresno airport with only 6.5 miles in distance. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The house locates in very Safe & New housing Gallery Community. We will make you feel at home when staying in our lovely house.

Other things to note
The weather in summer here is usually hot. We will bring the portable airconditioner when our guests require (in the evening only due to the very reasonale listed price).

Since located in the new community, guests should use yhoo direction rather than GPS to find the house location or look at the final picture in the house's photo list.
