- "My wife and I had plans to stay for a few weeks but it turned out to be for a couple of months due to unfortunate circumstances. Regardless, our stay felt as close as it could get to home. Convenient location. The Apt was super spacious and comfortable. Great communication with the host, always responded in a timely manner whenever we had any questions or concerns. Very kind and helpful. My wife's favorite part of the apt was the walk-in closet. Mine was the balcony. Great view and peaceful. Although, this time of year is extremely cold, I still enjoyed staying out for a while. Especially at night, with the moonlight, stars and snow -best view! Our apt doesn't come with one so I definitely took advantage! The property was clean but my wife was not too happy with finding some dirty pots and pans in the cabinets. The oven was extremely dirty with baked-on grease making it unusable for cooking when we arrived. For a few weeks we tried to avoid cooking in there but my wife is such a foodie that she couldn't help it and eventually cleaned it herself. There's nothing an Easy-Off Oven Cleaner -HEAVY DUTY can't fix! She's a great cook and I love to eat so we had to take care of it. That was the only downfall but not an issue that couldn't get resolved. We changed the bathroom curtains and bought a few essentials that was missing with the permission of the host and it made us feel more at home. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would recommend to others if needed. We left the Apt spotless and with smiles on our faces!! Thank you for allowing us to stay."

We also want to let you know that the living room rug has been replaced with a brand new one after it was stained by a previous guest, so you can enjoy a fresh, clean space.

Self-Check-In & Comfortable Stay at Our 2nd Floor Apartment

Upon check-in, you’ll receive easy-to-follow self-check-in instructions with pictures for a smooth arrival. You’ll have the entire 2nd floor apartment to yourself, offering a private and comfortable space. Plus, with no other apartments above you, you’ll enjoy extra peace and quiet throughout your stay. Enjoy your time in a space all to yourself!

The apartment features a spacious bedroom, where we’ve combined two rooms into one cozy area with a queen bed. You’ll also enjoy the convenience of one master bathroom and an additional half bath. For your convenience, there’s a washer and dryer available for use within the apartment.

Please note, there are stairs in the apartment, and there is no elevator.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining area, and the living room provides a perfect space to relax. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Other things to note
To ensure all guests can enjoy their stay, we kindly ask that you keep the apartment clean and leave it in the same condition as when you arrived. We also suggest removing shoes while inside to help maintain cleanliness. We are so greatly appreciative for your cooperation.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This lovely duplex is located on the first floor with hardwood floors throughout, one sofa bed and two bedrooms.

FYI: we also rent out the basement unit separately. Be mindful of guest above you and below you.

Laundry is not included however there is a laundromat around the corner called Tommy’s and plenty more in close proximity.

CHECKOUT IS BEFORE 11AM. If your stay exceeds checkout time you will be charged an extra day.

The space
This duplex has a shared entrance (tenants live on second unit). Once you enter the main door you’ll see two separate apartment doors. The AirBnB unit is on the first floor which is the door to the left once you enter the main entrance.

Enjoy convenient access to all the cities sites and venues without congestion and commotion of downtown. Close to the beautiful Penny pack park and near shopping malls and various restaurants in walking distance. It is just a 5-10 minute drive to I 95 and 20 minutes from Center City/downtown Philly. It is a small residential family neighborhood.

The space
This property has three bedrooms and one bath and offers two queen beds and two twin beds, with spacious closets with hangers. The couches turn into three sofa beds as well. The kitchen and dining room has most of the things you could need for your stay (e.i. Stainless steel refrigerator and stove, coffee maker, microwave, silverware, pots and pans, Dishwasher, air fryer/toaster oven, etc) the living room area has a smart TV that includes an Apple TV, high speed Wi-Fi. Nice deck along with grill to enjoy outdoor area and barbecue. Central heating and cooling system for a great indoor atmosphere. Driveway parking along with plenty of street parking.
