The master bedroom on the top floor has a king-sized bed with a private deck with beach and sunrise views. On the first floor there are two additional bedrooms. One bedroom has a full-sized bed and the other has a bunk bed (single on top and full on the bottom). Each bedroom has an AC unit, there are also ceiling fans throughout the house. - "This home exceeded my expectations. Everything was brand new and well thought out. The large kitchen b/w the dinning room area and living room gave us all plenty of space . Bedrooms were good sized, immaculate and adorned with all the cozy comforts one wishes for on vacay. A T.V. in each room accommodates every one's taste for daytime relaxation or night time viewing (Netflix, Hulu etc.). Walk in shower was Awesome, I repeatedly stated " this is the best shower I ever had"...lol.. through-out experience and that's not my normal reaction. The water pressure and settings are Ca-Razy. But my favorite feature was the large roof deck with couch table and lounge chairs. There are so many electrical outlets, which served a huge purpose for the blender/music. Well lit, with high ceilings. Beautiful Ocean views at both sun rise and sun set. I spent most of my time up there. This home is great for 2 families plenty of room. Your on the Cape with out going over bridge but you feel like you are in the middle of the cape, but cut the travel time by an hour. Easy access to private beach. Very few people on beach. We really enjoyed our stay. We would recommend this home for a large family or even 2 families. It's brand new and decorated with simple elegance and great functionality. Plenty of room and sweet accommodations, including large washer and dryer, large brand new grill on deck and just everything you could want. It is all there. We look forward to our next visit. Property manager was extremely kind and helpful. This place gets 10 stars from us. We so needed this vacay, yes. But the accommodations being so nice, just made it simply fabulous."

Loved the beach and pool would definitely come back!" - "With all of its floor-to-ceiling windows, sliders, & French doors, the house was awash in light, & the architectural details & colorful artwork enhanced its charm. We loved it, every room as well as the pool terrace! The bay in panoramic view, stones & shells in various arrangements in the house, beach artwork, blues & aquas in the artfully appointed house--it felt as though we were living as sea creatures, which was heaven. The kitchen was more than well equipped (even w/ some herbs & spices), the refrigerator & freezer were capacious, though the toaster oven didn't work; the desk area was equally well equipped (with everything you'd need, from pens to notepad to cellophane tape to, well, you name it); DR & solarium table & chairs were great, though we couldn't get the DR light to go completely off; the beds in the master BR were comfortable, w/ firm mattresses & a breathtaking view; the 2nd floor bathroom had plenty of storage area & was completely serviceable, & the half bath was also fine (we loved the eco-friendly soaps & conditioner). In short, we were enchanted w/ the house & its views & plan to return for a longer visit!"

ALL RATES include: Linens, towels, beach chairs, beach table, Easy-up shade tent, 2 paddle boards, shampoos/soaps... and last but most important...TOILET PAPER! (Please ASK if you need to take a roll home with you :) Cell phone chargers and a BOSE III blue tooth speaker are provided.

SERIOUSLY.....You DO NOT need to bring anything other then your clothes, sunscreen, adult/young adult beverages and food. Please help us! Minimize the stuff you bring in.... It's healthier (we've been told). We have a LARGE washer drying that you are more then welcome to use.

COVID-19 CLEANING POLICY:
ALL SURFACES will be sanitized. ALL floors will be steam cleaned. All linens (including mattress protector and pillow protectors are washed after EVERY stay.

That said, please be respectful. Rinse out your recycling!!! Empty your garbage and recycling prior to leaving. Place all towels in the laundry baskets. (Laundry baskets will be placed outside your door on your departure day).

As noted, this property is IMMACULATE! I've been told my yard is the most beautiful yard in the neighborhood. You are 200 feet from the beach. You have the ability to cook all meals + stocked kitchen pantry is provided + fresh herbs are in the garden. ALL beach stuff/towels/lines etc. are provided. If you would like—we will also do grocery shopping prior to your arrival. Send us a list. The cost is the price of your groceries and $20/ hour for the shopper.

As an added bonus–I am a chef. If you would like any premade meals I would be more then happy to provide them—just ask for my menu.

Sagamore beach is my most favorite place in the world. If your looking for a peaceful, beautiful, escape from the craziness going on in our world today—you will find it here—and much more! And...you can still practice social distancing...

This is a non-smoking property!

Parking for all - but please park smart. Be aware that I need to accomidate 4 cars....so don't hog more then you need...even if the driveway looks empty. :) Please tell me if you have more then one car coming....I can accomidate....but I like to know in advance.

This is a beautiful quiet neighborhood. You can walk to the beach and to the park. The park has a super nice playground, well maintained tennis and basket ball courts. The Cape Cod Canal bike path is about 1.3 miles down the street. You can access the path via a deadend road that parallels the ocean. So you don't have to worry about fast driving cars. The Army Corps. of Enginners maintains 2 parks on either end of the Canal. Both have food stands. There is fish pier on the Canal. However, mostly you will find tons of people fishing from the rocks along the edges. I have fishing poles...but don't know anything about fishing...accept how to cook fish..... I'm a great cook! and will take any leftovers! :)

Public transportation from Boston and Logan Airport. Enterprise Rental car is located 10 mins from the house. Car services are available to Logan or Providence Airport. The Cape Flyer train can be accessed in Buzzards Bay and Sandwich.

- "Lauren was a wonderful host and her guest house was exactly as discribed and pictured. The perfect little get away spot! Our daughter had just graduated with her masters in Newport RI and we wanted a few more days before heading back to San Francisco. This was ideal. There was a beach at the end of the block and you could hear the ocean at night from our deck. Just so peaceful, the with the birds outside....we did absolutely nothing one day and it was exactly what we needed! Lauren provided suggstions for local restaurants, places to visit etc...and everything was spot on. She had also kindly stocked our fridge with berries, yougurt, juice and breakfast treats to get our morning going. Between the deck in the morning and the hot tub at night I really didn't need to move, it was a wonderful weekend! The next time we head east to visit our daughter we are going to try and work another visit in and our daughter is already planning a girls trip with friends back to the Cape. This exceptional home is a fabulous retreat for large families or a gathering of friends. Enjoy the scenic views and ocean breeze from the wrap around deck of this seven bedroom home.
