A PET FRIENDLY 3-bedroom, 2 full bath Sagamore Beach house on Phillips Rd just steps away from a private beach. The master bedroom on the top floor has a king-sized bed with a private deck with beach and sunrise views. On the first floor there are two additional bedrooms. One bedroom has a full-sized bed and the other has a bunk bed (single on top and full on the bottom). Each bedroom has an AC unit, there are also ceiling fans throughout the house. - "This home exceeded my expectations. Everything was brand new and well thought out. The large kitchen b/w the dinning room area and living room gave us all plenty of space . Bedrooms were good sized, immaculate and adorned with all the cozy comforts one wishes for on vacay. A T.V. in each room accommodates every one's taste for daytime relaxation or night time viewing (Netflix, Hulu etc.). Walk in shower was Awesome, I repeatedly stated " this is the best shower I ever had"...lol.. through-out experience and that's not my normal reaction. The water pressure and settings are Ca-Razy. But my favorite feature was the large roof deck with couch table and lounge chairs. There are so many electrical outlets, which served a huge purpose for the blender/music. Well lit, with high ceilings. Beautiful Ocean views at both sun rise and sun set. I spent most of my time up there. This home is great for 2 families plenty of room. Your on the Cape with out going over bridge but you feel like you are in the middle of the cape, but cut the travel time by an hour. Easy access to private beach. Very few people on beach. We really enjoyed our stay. We would recommend this home for a large family or even 2 families. It's brand new and decorated with simple elegance and great functionality. Plenty of room and sweet accommodations, including large washer and dryer, large brand new grill on deck and just everything you could want. It is all there. We look forward to our next visit. Property manager was extremely kind and helpful. This place gets 10 stars from us. We so needed this vacay, yes. But the accommodations being so nice, just made it simply fabulous."

Loved the beach and pool would definitely come back!" - "With all of its floor-to-ceiling windows, sliders, & French doors, the house was awash in light, & the architectural details & colorful artwork enhanced its charm. We loved it, every room as well as the pool terrace! The bay in panoramic view, stones & shells in various arrangements in the house, beach artwork, blues & aquas in the artfully appointed house--it felt as though we were living as sea creatures, which was heaven. The kitchen was more than well equipped (even w/ some herbs & spices), the refrigerator & freezer were capacious, though the toaster oven didn't work; the desk area was equally well equipped (with everything you'd need, from pens to notepad to cellophane tape to, well, you name it); DR & solarium table & chairs were great, though we couldn't get the DR light to go completely off; the beds in the master BR were comfortable, w/ firm mattresses & a breathtaking view; the 2nd floor bathroom had plenty of storage area & was completely serviceable, & the half bath was also fine (we loved the eco-friendly soaps & conditioner). In short, we were enchanted w/ the house & its views & plan to return for a longer visit!"

COVID-19 CLEANING POLICY:
ALL SURFACES will be sanitized. ALL floors will be steam cleaned. All linens (including mattress protector and pillow protectors are washed after EVERY stay.

That said, please be respectful. Rinse out your recycling!!! Empty your garbage and recycling prior to leaving. Place all towels in the laundry baskets. (Laundry baskets will be placed outside your door on your departure day).

As noted, this property is IMMACULATE! I've been told my yard is the most beautiful yard in the neighborhood. You are 200 feet from the beach. You have the ability to cook all meals + stocked kitchen pantry is provided + fresh herbs are in the garden. ALL beach stuff/towels/lines etc. are provided. If you would like—we will also do grocery shopping prior to your arrival. Send us a list. The cost is the price of your groceries and $20/ hour for the shopper.

As an added bonus–I am a chef. If you would like any premade meals I would be more then happy to provide them—just ask for my menu.

This is a non-smoking property!

Parking for all - but please park smart. Be aware that I need to accomidate 4 cars....so don't hog more then you need...even if the driveway looks empty. :) Please tell me if you have more then one car coming....I can accomidate....but I like to know in advance.

This is a beautiful quiet neighborhood. You can walk to the beach and to the park. The park has a super nice playground, well maintained tennis and basket ball courts. The Cape Cod Canal bike path is about 1.3 miles down the street. You can access the path via a deadend road that parallels the ocean. So you don't have to worry about fast driving cars. The Army Corps. of Enginners maintains 2 parks on either end of the Canal. Both have food stands. There is fish pier on the Canal. However, mostly you will find tons of people fishing from the rocks along the edges. I have fishing poles...but don't know anything about fishing...accept how to cook fish..... I'm a great cook! and will take any leftovers! :)

Public transportation from Boston and Logan Airport. Enterprise Rental car is located 10 mins from the house. Car services are available to Logan or Providence Airport. The Cape Flyer train can be accessed in Buzzards Bay and Sandwich.

- "Lauren was a wonderful host and her guest house was exactly as discribed and pictured. The perfect little get away spot! Our daughter had just graduated with her masters in Newport RI and we wanted a few more days before heading back to San Francisco. This was ideal. There was a beach at the end of the block and you could hear the ocean at night from our deck. Just so peaceful, the with the birds outside....we did absolutely nothing one day and it was exactly what we needed! Lauren provided suggstions for local restaurants, places to visit etc...and everything was spot on. She had also kindly stocked our fridge with berries, yougurt, juice and breakfast treats to get our morning going. Between the deck in the morning and the hot tub at night I really didn't need to move, it was a wonderful weekend! The next time we head east to visit our daughter we are going to try and work another visit in and our daughter is already planning a girls trip with friends back to the Cape. - "This house is accurately represented in the photos and description. The rooms feel spacious, it gets lots of light and feels open and airy, and there truly are water views. The appliances were all in working order. The house is very clean, and I found the decor very tasteful and appealing. There are many houses surrounding it, so no privacy, but the neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors pleasant. There are lots of comfortable places to sit, inside and out, and the kitchen is well equipped. The communication and instructions were timely and clear, so the process went quite smoothly. My favorite things about this house were that there were separate thermostats for upstairs and downstairs, and there was a seemingly endless supply of hot water. The town of Sandwich is lovely, although we are partial to the beaches in Wellfleet and Truro. We had a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this house."

The upstairs level of the house includes a luxurious master bedroom with a king-size bed, a full private bathroom, and a walk-in closet that even has its own washer and dryer. There is also a second bedroom on this level with twin bunk beds and a full-size bed.

The main living level is located downstairs and boasts a fully equipped kitchen, an eat-in breakfast buffet, and sliders that lead to a large back deck. The sunken living room features a cozy gas fireplace, while the dining room has its own fireplace as well. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed on this level, which is perfect for anyone who has difficulty with stairs or for elderly guests.

The finished room in the basement is a great space for entertaining, with a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa, a large Smart TV with a gaming console, and an additional washer and dryer for convenience.

After you park your car in the driveway, you'll take a large sigh of relief knowing you avoided the heavy Cape Cod bridge traffic. Sagamore Beach is a village located at the very beginning of Cape Cod. I love it here because I am technically on the Cape, minus the traffic! The brightness and beauty of this home will immediately put you into relaxation mode. Walk in to a space that is inviting and unique. The open floor plan consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with professionally designed lighting and and a versatile dining area that makes relaxing with friends and family effortless. Off of the kitchen is a beautiful expansive deck with plenty of seating, 4 large umbrellas and a brand new grill.

On the main level there are two bedrooms with queen size beds and a cozy reading room (with a futon) that can easily be converted to a 4th bedroom. Two full baths with a shower and bubble tub are also on the main level. A study with French doors and a separate access to the deck, is surrounded by windows that can be used as a cozy place to sit and read or get some work done. There are laundry machines on both the first and basement levels.

The finished basement level consists of the 3rd bedroom that is very quiet and private. French doors invite you to a room with a beautiful queen bed and a respite from activity happening upstairs. Lots of pillows and great lighting to lose yourself in a terrific book await you. The basement also has a wonderful open space for exercise, to watch tv or play games. A second washer/dryer set is also located at this level. The screen tv and large comfy couch are perfect for watching movies together.

The beautiful expansive deck has plenty of comfy furniture, a dining table, four large umbrellas and a new grill. The large enclosed backyard off of the deck has beautiful gardens and a fire pit surrounded by chairs for making smores. An outdoor shower is available to clean off after a hot day. Then relax, look up at the star filled sky and enjoy a wonderful evening. That's a vacation.

Feel free to store your bikes, etc in one of my sheds. Beach chairs and blankets are provided.

Towels, paper products, dish and laundry detergent, coffee and more are already here, so just enter and enjoy. Grocery and liquor stores, great breakfast spots and restaurants are all very close by.

If you like to explore outdoors, stunning estuaries for kayaking are around the corner. There are an abundance of trails to hike on at nearby conservation areas. The Cape Cod Canal is located right down the road and is fantastic for biking, running, taking a leisurely walk or fishing. One direction brings you to the Atlantic Ocean, the other to a park and shops.

I refer to living here as the best of both worlds: minutes north is Plymouth with lots of restaurants, fun shops, beaches and ice cream. Within 5 minutes south of me is the island of Cape Cod with all of the above and more!

Towels folded like in a hotel. She was available to help in any way that our family was needed. The main floor was great for our whole family and the basement provided a getaway for anyone who needed a little space (we have some gamers in our family) the back yard was a great spot for smores and the out doors shower was great for after the beach to rinse off the sand and provide a cool experinece. we even talked with the neighbors who were more than friendly. I can imagine this place always booking up fast once more people realize what a great value and wonderful owner that runs the property!!! - "Stayed here for our annual fishing trip. Great house. It is an essential home, nothing fancy. Which we like. The smell of moth balls was something we got used to. The spiral staircase was a little sketchy, but just added character to the house. the view is great of the beach‼️ Very nice. You park in a different road than what the house is on. Everyone had their own beds and the 3.5 bathrooms came in handy. We got lucky it wasn’t hott this year. The home is not equipped with air conditioning. It may be a great option for our “fall run” fishing trip. But I dont think we will go back in june(we got super lucky it wasnt hot because we didnt see it had no air conditioning lol) Our fault, not the property. Look forward to renting again. - "My 2 kids, husband, and mother-in-law enjoyed the cottage very much over a week in late August. LOVE that the very special, very quiet beach is only a 3-minute walk over a charming boardwalk through the dunes. We picked beach plums -- ask a local how to identify the ripe ones -- and made beach plum crisp, and took photos of all the lovely plants and flowers on the path. Delightful every day. The cottage is very comfy, tidy, and efficient -- though as with any rental I recommend bringing your own sharp knife and any other key utensils if you're picky when cooking. Recommend a beach tent of some type -- can get cool and windy at that time of year, so we'd set up to shield the breeze and still enjoy the sun."

Feel free to make use of both of my paddle boards or my tandem, two-person kayak, which stays down at the beach in the summer for you!

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind B&B! The Sandune Room with an ensuite bath features a garden view and partial ocean view. Sagamore Beach beckons you to Beach Bliss! Take the exterior stairs up to the main level that offers an open floor plan with plenty of natural light. The kitchen has a large window with beautiful views of the conservation land and is well equipped with all the necessities. There is also extra seating for guests at the counters to enjoy. The main level bathroom is just off the kitchen.

As you enter into the living room there is a large sectional couch, smart TV, and sliders to the three-season sunroom. The elevated back deck and sunroom grant beautiful views of the wetlands that abut the back of the property. This room allows you to keep the sliders closed to dine inside or open them all up for an outdoor dining experience.

On the main level you will find two bedrooms, one with two twins and the other with a king bed. As you head downstairs to the lower level you will find the primary bedroom with a king bed, smart TV and full bathroom. This room does suit as a private retreat with an additional entrance off the garage. Outside you fill find a spacious, seasonal outdoor shower (hot & cold water) to rinse off after a fun day at the beach.

This home offers guests an inviting and relaxing retreat. Updated 1950’s cottage with high ceilings, exposed beams, hardwood floors and lots of natural light. Two bedrooms (king memory foam mattresses) and two full baths. Amenities include, central AC, equipped kitchen, gas grill, and outdoor spaces. It is a five minute walk to Cape Cod Bay and 1 mile to the Cape Cod Canal. This is a pet friendly community. Dogs are welcome ($125). Sorry, no cats allowed.

There is a guest house that sits on the property as well that hosts visitors from time to time.

Located on a cul-de-sac surrounded by woods and rolling hills, this spacious 3BR/2.5BA home provides the perfect coastal getaway. Your rental features two living areas and a deck with alfresco dining and a grill. Enjoy being within one mile of multiple beaches and the canal, and only an hour from Boston.

Two welcoming living areas offer ample room to relax and entertain – both with a 50” flat-screen TV and plush furnishings. The sparkling kitchen is fitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with counter seating. When meals are ready, two tables accommodate the entire group.

This two-story home sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms. Find comfort in the tranquil primary suite, which offers a king bed, 32” smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 - We call this room the "Captain's Quarters"! It is a private, finished bedroom in the detached garage accessible from the backyard. It has a Queen bed, AC, and TV with streaming. High lofted ceilings with a skylight increase the appeal! There is no bathroom directly in this space so you will have to walk a few steps into the main house for the bathroom. Summer use only - there is currently no heating available for this bedroom so it will only be available for guest use from June 15 - Sep 15.

Bathroom - There is one full bathroom in the main house with a tub and rainfall shower head.

Kitchen - Well equipped kitchen!

Dining Area - Separate dining area with full size dining table.

Backyard - The true star of the property! We are lucky to have a backyard abutting town woods, so you really feel secluded and relaxed because the backyard is enclosed on all sides! Grill up some burgers and hot dogs on our gas BBQ grill and relax under the bistro lights as the sun sets after a nice day at the beach! Listen to birds chirp and let your worries melt away!

The AC's in the bedrooms and kitchen cool down the whole house!

**Beach Access**
1) Sagamore Beach
Our cottage is ~.7 mi from gorgeous Sagamore Beach. This beach does require a resident parking permit so I suggest walking there (~12-15 min walk from the cottage), or you can bring your bikes or rent bikes nearby to bike there in a few minutes.

2) Scusset Beach
This is a public beach ~3 mi from the cottage with public bathrooms and a snack hut open to the public. If you don't feel like walking to Sagamore Beach you can drive and park here at Scusset Beach to experience the same stunning shoreline. It is only a ~5 min drive from the cottage.

3) Countless other world class Cape Cod & Plymouth beaches a short drive away!

We have some beach chairs and an umbrella for you to use!

The cottage is located in beautiful Sagamore Beach - a residential and tranquil village of Bourne, Cape Cod. But it is located BEFORE the bridges! Yes, experience the Cape without the bridge traffic! A true "hidden gem"! And if you do want to do a day trip over the bridge, it is only a 5 min drive to the Sagamore bridge which will give you easy access to the rest of the Cape!

There is also a woodland path behind the house that brings you directly to Clark Field & playground if you have kids they will love it! Also, this path makes your walk to the beach shorter!

And if you like to bike - there is the beautiful Cape Cod canal bike path only a ~5 min drive from the cottage!

The beach is sandy and is about two hundred feet via the footpath.
