Building sandcastles with my grandparents, taking a dip in crystal clear water on a hot day, spending time with our extended beach family and developing a passion for coastal landscapes. PB is truly an oasis of salty breezes, sandy feet and family. We enjoy meeting new people and sharing our family's love for this home and location. We love living in PB!

Getting Around:
We are located ~5 miles to downtown Plymouth and 4 miles from Pinehills Golf Course/ Mirabeau Inn and Spa wedding/ golf venues. Our home is ~7.5miles from the Commuter Rail into Boston. We are ~5miles from the Plymouth to Provincetown Ferry out of Plymouth Harbor. Ideal location for the Beach and enjoying local amenities in a quiet, friendly neighborhood.

Other Things to Note:
Parking for 4-5 cars in the driveway, no street or green space parking. Approval of Rental agreement at time of booking and driver's license or passport required. Reservation accepted/ rates set based on group size at time of booking. Additional guests staying/ visiting must be pre-approved, additional cost paid and names outlined on rental agreement. House sleeps 6 adults and additional 1 guest is infant with brought along travel crib. Pet fee $250 per dog max of 3 dogs, ESA's required to pay pet fee. Cats and other animals cannot be accepted due to severe allergies and zoning bylaws. Exterior only security cameras on the front and back yards for security of property and insurance purposes.

This is on a quiet street with Priscilla Beach access, which is a private beach for residents of the area. The back yard is all fenced in for your pets to be safe. The deck of the back of the house has ample deck furniture with a grill, 49" TV, Beverage Cooler.
6 - Chickens are kept at this house that will provide fresh eggs daily for your use. Feed and Water will be provided by the owner as needed. Enjoy the fresh eggs for breakfast.
A fire pit with seating is in the yard, ample fire wood is stacked for your use.
The home is equipped with Central Air Conditioning controlled thermostat controlled. This is a great feature after spending the day at the beach and coming home to a nice cool house.
FIOS TV is connected to the 55" TV in the living room and the 49" Outdoor TV for viewing on the deck.
The fireplace in the living room is not recommended for use during the summer months. The mantle of the fire place has a Beach built that you can add any shells or beach glass that you may find on the beach. This provides ambience of this beautiful beach house.

Due to covid, interaction with guests will be limited. Face coverings and social distancing will be practiced at all times.

The generous living room has a queen-sized pullout couch and comfy chairs to watch the 54 inch SMART TV and to enjoy the view.

In the kitchen, you will find all the necessary items for you to cook in or re-heat a meal from one of Plymouth's amazing restaurants. It includes a dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, dishware, cookware, flatware, barware and some pantry items. There are peek-a-boo views of the harbor from the kitchen windows.

There is a common backyard with seating and a gas grill.

For your comfort, also included are towels, linens, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bath soap, a hairdryer and iron. A large capacity washer and dryer are in the basement of the apartment.

Conveniently located in downtown Plymouth, Green View 1 is close to restaurants, the Rock, the Mayflower and harbor and is only 2 miles north of Plymouth beach and Plymouth Plantation (recently renamed Plimoth-Pawtuxet). Walk out the door and you will be immersed in history!

- "I was surprised by the amount of room this little apartment provided for me and my two children (10 and 11). We were far enough away from the main drag that we avoided the commotion of the bars but were plenty close enough to walk to everything that Plymouth center had to offer. The apartment was very clean. The pull out bed was very comfortable as was the full size bed in the bedroom. We had just about everything we needed. The only thing lacking was enough seating to eat together for meals. Both the outside table and the island only seated two people. Otherwise I was super happy with this stay! - "We loved our week at the Cozy Cottage, even though it rained a fair amount. The cottage is rustic and quirky, but it has all the kitchen appliances and equipment that we could want--even a dishwasher--and it was comfortably furnished. There's a washing machine, but no dryer, so we hung our laundry on the line when the weather was good, and on a large wooden rack when it rained. It's located at the end of a winding, bumpy dirt road--best to drive a car with good clearance. It felt like being at my late grandfather's getaway cottage. This isn't for everyone, but if you're looking for an old time getaway, this is the place. There is no TV, but there are dozens and dozens of books in the bookcases. The vinyl collection is classic. On rainy days we settled into the stuffed chairs and read with the sound of rain on the roof. It's just a perfect place to de-stress and unwind. On the sunny days we spent time at the lake, enjoying the canoe and kayaks. Our dog had so much fun swimming in the clean, clear water and jumping off the dock. Cathryn was very responsive and easy to deal with. We shopped at Market Basket and highly recommend Gunther Tooties for fresh NY style bagels."
