PB is truly an oasis of salty breezes, sandy feet and family. We enjoy meeting new people and sharing our family's love for this home and location. We love living in PB!

Getting Around:
We are located ~5 miles to downtown Plymouth and 4 miles from Pinehills Golf Course/ Mirabeau Inn and Spa wedding/ golf venues. Our home is ~7.5miles from the Commuter Rail into Boston. We are ~5miles from the Plymouth to Provincetown Ferry out of Plymouth Harbor. Ideal location for the Beach and enjoying local amenities in a quiet, friendly neighborhood.

Other Things to Note:
Parking for 4-5 cars in the driveway, no street or green space parking. Approval of Rental agreement at time of booking and driver's license or passport required. Reservation accepted/ rates set based on group size at time of booking. Additional guests staying/ visiting must be pre-approved, additional cost paid and names outlined on rental agreement. House sleeps 6 adults and additional 1 guest is infant with brought along travel crib. Pet fee $250 per dog max of 3 dogs, ESA's required to pay pet fee. Cats and other animals cannot be accepted due to severe allergies and zoning bylaws. Exterior only security cameras on the front and back yards for security of property and insurance purposes.

This is on a quiet street with Priscilla Beach access, which is a private beach for residents of the area. The back yard is all fenced in for your pets to be safe. The deck of the back of the house has ample deck furniture with a grill, 49" TV, Beverage Cooler.
6 - Chickens are kept at this house that will provide fresh eggs daily for your use. Feed and Water will be provided by the owner as needed. Enjoy the fresh eggs for breakfast.
A fire pit with seating is in the yard, ample fire wood is stacked for your use.
The home is equipped with Central Air Conditioning controlled thermostat controlled. This is a great feature after spending the day at the beach and coming home to a nice cool house.
FIOS TV is connected to the 55" TV in the living room and the 49" Outdoor TV for viewing on the deck.
The fireplace in the living room is not recommended for use during the summer months. The mantle of the fire place has a Beach built that you can add any shells or beach glass that you may find on the beach. This provides ambience of this beautiful beach house.

Due to covid, interaction with guests will be limited. Face coverings and social distancing will be practiced at all times.

Located on Sandwich Street across from the historic Training Green, this unit was renovated in the Spring of 2021. This rental has a comfortable living area, fully accommodated kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Pictures are as of July 2024.

The cozy bedroom features a queen sized bed with memory foam mattress, a bureau, a closet and a SMART TV with cable.

The generous living room has a queen-sized pullout couch and comfy chairs to watch the 54 inch SMART TV and to enjoy the view.

In the kitchen, you will find all the necessary items for you to cook in or re-heat a meal from one of Plymouth's amazing restaurants. It includes a dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, dishware, cookware, flatware, barware and some pantry items. There are peek-a-boo views of the harbor from the kitchen windows.

There is a common backyard with seating and a gas grill.

For your comfort, also included are towels, linens, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bath soap, a hairdryer and iron. A large capacity washer and dryer are in the basement of the apartment.

Conveniently located in downtown Plymouth, Green View 1 is close to restaurants, the Rock, the Mayflower and harbor and is only 2 miles north of Plymouth beach and Plymouth Plantation (recently renamed Plimoth-Pawtuxet). Walk out the door and you will be immersed in history!

We were far enough away from the main drag that we avoided the commotion of the bars but were plenty close enough to walk to everything that Plymouth center had to offer. The apartment was very clean. The pull out bed was very comfortable as was the full size bed in the bedroom. We had just about everything we needed. The only thing lacking was enough seating to eat together for meals. Both the outside table and the island only seated two people. Otherwise I was super happy with this stay! - "We loved our week at the Cozy Cottage, even though it rained a fair amount. The cottage is rustic and quirky, but it has all the kitchen appliances and equipment that we could want--even a dishwasher--and it was comfortably furnished. There's a washing machine, but no dryer, so we hung our laundry on the line when the weather was good, and on a large wooden rack when it rained. It's located at the end of a winding, bumpy dirt road--best to drive a car with good clearance. It felt like being at my late grandfather's getaway cottage. This isn't for everyone, but if you're looking for an old time getaway, this is the place. There is no TV, but there are dozens and dozens of books in the bookcases. The vinyl collection is classic. On rainy days we settled into the stuffed chairs and read with the sound of rain on the roof. It's just a perfect place to de-stress and unwind. On the sunny days we spent time at the lake, enjoying the canoe and kayaks. Our dog had so much fun swimming in the clean, clear water and jumping off the dock. Cathryn was very responsive and easy to deal with. We shopped at Market Basket and highly recommend Gunther Tooties for fresh NY style bagels."

Cushman Place Residence is a 2-story, 2-bedroom townhouse (with an alcove large enough for a crib), divided many years ago from a 1900s grand Colonial Revival home. It is located at the edge of the Historic District. Once part of a distinguished 6000 square foot manse (which had servants galore), this private in-town 2-bedroom townhouse is a separate, private home with its own entrance and easy parking and back garden patio area with BBQ grill and extra parking. Cushman Place living room was the formal dining room of the original manse, with its finely detailed fireplace (because of height of chimney and possible smoke backups in certain weather, we do not allow fires; we have a faux electric insert instead), crown moldings, and wainscot. Beautiful quarter-sawn oak wood floors, inspiring light from the large windows, delightful details, not the least of which is a sunlit kitchen with SubZero refrigerator and Miele cooktop and Miele dishwasher, Bosch convection oven, honed granite countertops and an abundance of quality cookware and beautiful dishes and glassware ... quite a change from your conventional lodging. You'll find a powder room under the attractive staircase leading to second floor, where two gracious bedrooms and a luxurious renovated bathroom let couples, a family, a bridal party, or space-loving singles, sleep comfortably, then foray into the exciting world of historic Plymouth, Cape Cod and the Islands.

One flight below the townhouse dining room, you can toss a load of vacation laundry into the complimentary state-of-the-art HE laundry, the LG Tromm Steamwasher, and have visions of a by-gone day, where servants scampered about taking care of such mundane tasks such as undies and lunch.

Seeing the sun come up from the master bedroom every morning was probably my favorite part. I do think it’s worth noting that this rental shares an entrance with the unit below. When we arrived the other renter answered the door while we were typing in the code and it made us feel like we were at the wrong place. It wasn’t an issue after that but it was a little nerve wracking after driving such a long way. This architect designed house sits on the oceanfront with private stairs to a private swimming beach. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, up to date kitchen, beautiful living and dining areas; all rooms have water views. It is tastefully decorated throughout. The white columned porch has a 180 degree water view and is well appointed for dining, resting, or entertaining.

Come join Lanya (my Vizsla dog) and me at my ocean front home. We're on a bluff, 1 mile from the beach & 3 miles from downtown. YOU NEED A CAR. Enjoy the large deck overlooking the ocean. The bdrm is on the 2nd floor and your private bath is at the end of the hall. Two day minimum stay. WARNING: There is no A/C but a large fan in the room and usually a sea breeze (hence the name). Must be vaccinated & wear masks if MASS COVID rules are in place.

The space
We're on a quiet dead-end street. There is a lighthouse "The Gurnet" across the bay. In the spring and summer rabbits enjoy the yard - unless, of course Kutya and Lanya chase them away. While puppies are lots of fun they wake up early and are quite vocal until fed. So, be prepared.

Guest access
You are welcome to use the deck and yard and the kitchen for minor food prep. Also space is available in the frig for some food you may want to store. The second floor bathroom, while accessed through a door in the hall, is mine, and not to be used by guests.

Just steps from an association beach, this quiet, one-bedroom, guest cottage hosts a king bed, a little breakfast nook, and a comfortable bathroom. Anyone seeking social distancing will find this the perfect getaway retreat.

The space
This cottage is a small and peaceful retreat from the cares of the world. It features a king sized bed, has another area with a desk and chair overlooking the vegetable garden (when we get around to planting it!); and bathroom with a large comfortable walk-in shower and heated floor tiles. We offer air conditioning, a small refrigerator, keurig machine and toaster oven. There is an overhead fan and lots of air flow from the screen doors. There is a large screen TV with a chromecast so you can cast from your phone, tablet or laptop your favorite streaming app.

We only can offer one space for parking. If you need more than one parking space that can be arranged for an additional $25/day.

Guest access
There is a bricked and shaded walled garden outside the bedroom of the cottage that you are welcome to use. This is the guest entry area as well. We ask that guests use this point of entry exclusively as it provides maximum privacy for you and for us.

Other things to note
There are about 130 stairs down to the beach, with two landings, so it can be hard in the heat of the day, especially if you're carrying a lot of gear. My advice is to keep it simple! Leashed dogs are welcome on the beach.

The home is nestled among the natural landscape, forest, and gardens. It has multi tiered patios all connected by gorgeous natural stone walls. We are a family of artists, writers, musicians and avid gardeners and love to share our spacious, authentic Cape Cod home with guests throughout the year. Originally built as a summer beach house, it is now a full time residence with several unique bedrooms in adjoining wings, that can be rented, including a secret 'bunk room' for children in the attic.

This is an artistic house, chock-full of books (in English and Dutch), art and design objects. We have no television but one small, overly enthusiastic white dog. For artists, designers, or musicians: practice rooms, studios, studies can be arranged for longer stays.

My place is within walking distance of restaurants and dining, nightlife; shopping; the scenic Plymouth waterfront; and downtown. It is close to Plymouth Plantation and the beach. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the kitchen, the coziness, parking and privacy. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

The space
Our space is a unique suite in an old Plymouth home. It offers a private deck entrance and includes a galley kitchenette equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, microwave, pots & pans and cooking utensils. One parking space is allotted for guests. A small 3/4 bath includes a stand-up shower, toilet, linens and vanity.

It is a family homestead built in 1853 and purchased into the Host family in 1875. The suite is an addition with multiple windows giving brilliant light to the unit. The private deck offers extended living space to enjoy an evening cocktail or dinner.

Other amenities include: air conditioning, an ironing board & iron, toiletries, hairdryer, mixed snacks and juice/coffee to start your day!

One guest parking space and a blue stone walkway take guests to a stairway leading to a private deck entrance to the suite. Step back in time and welcome to "The Wanderers Wing"! Be in the center of the action in this one-of-a-kind historic landmark, The 2nd floor, Wanderer's Wing is the 1780's extension to the 1684 Nathaniel Church House in downtown Plymouth, MA. Here is your opportunity to stay in one of the oldest houses in America! Your ensuite is comprised of the pretty "Beach Plumb Bedroom", with two exposures, a small, street-side, sitting room, (the "Plover Bedroom"), and a sweet, full private bathroom.

The space
Sleeping 2 adults and up to three children, I want to share with you the Nathaniel Church house, built by my 9th great grandfather, a shipbuilder, in 1684. It is a precious landmark and one of the oldest timber houses in downtown Plymouth built with old ship timbers.

To get the most out of the description please see the floor plans of the house in the photos section. The Wanderer's wing is up the 1684, 9-step, winding, steep staircase, to the 2nd floor, through a shared passageway, and up two more steps into the extension: the Beach Plumb bedroom, a small sitting room called the Plover Bedroom, and a sweet private, newly added bathroom with heated floors. (the thermostat in the bathroom only indicates the heat of the floor in the bathroom not the heat of the room.)

The Wander's wing is in the extension, built between 1780 and 1790. This is not a suite for folks with problems climbing stairs. Though there are not many stairs, being non-standard and steep, they are not for everyone.

The Nathaniel Church House is meticulously restored. I live on the ground floor, the Wayfarer Suite, where I rent another two bedrooms on occasion, the Mizzen Bedroom and the Forecastle bedroom. You have private, side door access to the Wanderer's Wing.

Check out the floor plan and the photos to see the size of your suite. The Beach Plumb bedroom is the larger of the two rooms, with the Plover bedroom/sitting room, the smaller. With the double-sized pull-out sofa open in the tiny Plover, it takes up the entire room. The sofa is NOT comfortable for adults to sleep on, it is a hard, tri-fold sofa, suitable for small children, there is no moving around with it open and those in that room must go through the Beach Plumb bedroom to use the bathroom or exit the wing.

You also have access through the side gate to two tiers of gardens, a private boardwalk, and a river edge walk. To the left of the house is the oldest house in Plymouth, The Sparrow Museum. To the right, is the Jenney Museum and, across the river at the back of our house, is the working Jenney Grist Mill Museum, restaurant, and Museum Gift Shop as well as a pretty town park and pond.

The indoor pool/waterpark is not onsite. Pool passes are available to guests by purchasing them daily from the John Carver Inn across the street. They provide towels. They also have spa facilities, a restaurant, and a bar just steps away. They serve breakfast daily and lunch and dinner most evenings.

If you want to charge your EV vehicle you can rent the driveway charger ahead of time. I also use it to charge my vehicle. It is $15 per charging session and must be scheduled so as not to interfere with charging my vehicle. If you want exclusive use of the driveway and unlimited access to the charger it is $25 per day added to your bill. Please make the request ahead of time so that I can make other plans for my car. (I will charge my vehicle when you are out and about if needed). The driveway is otherwise reserved for my personal use.

The house may be very old but it has many modern amenities like central UV and HEPA filtered AC and central heat, a four satellite Orbi Mesh WiFi 6 system with ethernet hook up, providing the fastest internet available anywhere. Every room has multiple ways to charge your devices, even your high-powered laptops. All areas have USBA, USB3, and USBC charging areas. Every bedside table can charge your phones, tablets, and other devices. There is a 100-watt multi-charger in the tiny Plover bedroom/sitting room area that can charge laptops, tablets, and phones - you only need to bring your cables.

You can sit and chat or, if you prefer, read or curl up, and watch TV through the provided Amazon Firestick. The TV does not get a signal from an antenna or cable but does have access to MAX, Sundance, Disney Plus (with Hulu), Amazon Prime (with Paramount Plus and Acron TV), and Britbox. If you wish you may use your logins. For that, you will need to remember to bring your username and password to log in to receive your preferred channels and turn those apps on. Usually, you will need to have your cable service username and password for anything that you watch through cable. Make sure to log out again when you check out.

*Please note* you have a personal-sized coffeemaker, kettle, microwave, a tiny fridge that only holds milk for coffee and tea in the Plover bedroom. As well as a mini fridge in the larger Beach Plumb bedroom. Plates and bowls are not provided at this time so that may change the course of the summer check back or contact me if they needed.

You do not have a dining area inside. There is a patio that seats up to nine people outside near the charcoal grill. (Charcoal is not provided and please see the photos in the listing with the descriptions).

The cellar laundry room is accessed from the back garden. Go outside and around the back of the house, down stone steps to the lower patio, and around to the garden door.

Let me know if you need to use the laundry and I will program the garden door to unlock with the same key code as your entry code. With no direct access to your living space except through the garden, it is probably best used on nice days.

The laundry/cellar kitchen is located through an open passage, past my office. I work in my office daily 2 PM - 10 PM. It does not bother me at all if you need to cook or use the laundry while I work.

Guest access
Guests enter through the side door with a keypad. The driveway is for my car only but there is plenty of free parking around the corner in the Jenney Grist Mill public parking lot. If you want to use the driveway it is $25 per night including the use of the EV charger. It is first come first serve and is offered to other guests

When you enter through the side door take the steep and ancient steps directly in front of you to the next level. (On the first floor, on your left, you pass by, my living room - though there is a screen in place for privacy and, on your right, my bedroom door)

At the top of the stairs, take a hard left and your room is up a set of two steps. Your Suite is in the Wanderer's Wing and has a sign on the door. The other doors in the hall lead to other guest rooms and their private bath. Please be respectful and do not enter other guests' rooms. There are interior latches to lock all bedrooms and the bathroom doors to that hallway

The 1st Floor, patio, and cellar office are my private spaces. But there is shared access to the garden, both upper tier seating area and boardwalk as well as shared use of the cellar kitchen and laundry room.

The cellar is accessible from the outside of the house via the garden door to the cellar door. To get there you go out your exterior entrance and around to the side gate, past the patio, and down a set of stone steps. Follow the brick path around the lower garden tier to the cellar door. Your same keycode to the front door will also operate the cellar door lock. The laundry room and kitchen are to the right. My office is to the left.

Other things to note
It is great to have you with us but we ask that you please do not smoke, vape, or use drugs anywhere on the property. This is my livelihood and I can't afford to mess this up with lingering off-smells for the next guests. When you get a chance, please read over the house rules before you come and ask me any questions.

During warmer weather, I recommend purchasing mosquito repellent and sunscreen while you are here. Being so near the water and with a small stream running through the property, and a river bordering it at the back, there are bound to be mosquitoes. Also, there are several beaches both saltwater and freshwater, so sunscreen is a must. I have beach towels for you! Enjoy all that Plymouth has to offer!

For the enjoyment of the people in the other suite, we do not allow pets or emotional support animals in the individual suites. If you wish to bring your pet or emotional support animal they are allowed if you rent the entire entire upstairs which is in a different listing.

If you have a service animal they are always welcome. Be ready to answer the two questions that I am allowed to ask by law. Please be aware that a 150lb professional medical alert dog is living downstairs who is not animal friendly in his home or yard. He will not bark or try to go upstairs to your area but it is VERY important that your service animal is trained, under control at all times, and, does not bark at or tease my dog; it would not be safe for your service animal to encounter my dog. Use of the backyard must be preceded by a text to make sure I bring my dog inside so it is safe for your service animal in the yard.

Your professional service animal must be walked before using the yard; the yard is not a toilet and there is no one but you to clean up after. (We want the yard to be clean for other guests and their barefoot children). The lower garden is not fenced in so keep your animal on a leash in the lower garden.

Pay special attention to the sleeping arrangements described above and look at the floor plan. Sleeping 2 adults in one bed, up to 2 children on the fold-out dorm-style sofa, and a child on the cot-style settee, it is the perfect place to vacation and meet up with family, or have a tranquil working getaway! Please make sure the sleeping arrangements are good for you. Adults certainly cannot sleep on the child's bed/settee.

Spacious and light-filled bedroom is located in a private wing of this classic Cape Cod home. Private overlook deck on Manomet Beach is 100 steps from front door. The European design style is airy yet homey, with a large picture window overlooking a shaded garden. It is a quiet, secluded room but comfortable and cosy.

People say: "It is so peaceful here' and 'this is paradise'.
One of the perks of this house is that it is a property directly on the ocean, but the house is set back (Just across the street) from the beach. This means that you are in a woodland setting to sleep, but 100 feet from the beach overlook, and only 200 steps to public access to private beach.
Guests sit out on the stair deck for morning coffee (watch the sun rise over the water) or head out in the night for a moonlight walk on beach or swim when it's warm.

The house is large enough that you can keep to yourself, but easily reach out to me for any questions or requests.

Manomet Beach is a private area between the town of Plymouth and the village of Manomet. It is situated directly on Cape Cod bay, with views across the bay to Provincetown lighthouse. In summer, this is a popular spot for families.
Although some guests have enjoyed this location without having a car, it takes gumption and a lot of walking and some Uber or Lift use to stay for more than a few days.

The bedroom is totally private. You are more than welcome to hang in our living room (we have a second living room where we will most likely be hanging out.) Your living room space is connected to our kitchen, so that is more of a shared space. The bathroom is shared as well.

During your stay
We will give you as much space as you would like. If you are using the living room, we occasionally cross paths but we will give you as much space as we can. We also rent out another room in the house, so you may occasionally cross paths with those guests as well when using the kitchen / living room.

Other things to note
We have small & friendly cats who will mind their own business. You may cross paths with them in the living room, but they have never stepped foot inside your bedroom. If you are allergic to cats, this may not be the place for you!

Step back in time! Built in 1684, the Nathaniel Church House's, "Mizzen Bedroom", (in the owner-occupied Wayfarer Suite) is now available to book! You have shared access to the kitchen, sitting room, three patios, and boardwalk facing the Jenney Grist Mill Museum in one of the oldest homes in downtown Plymouth. 5-minute walk to the Mayflower, restaurants, and activities.

The house is so old that the ceilings are very short - be prepared to bend over if you are over 6 feet tall!

The space
A meticulously restored family home, originally built in 1684 by my 9x great grandfather, grandson of a pilgrim, Nathaniel Church. The house is a real window into life in the 17th century but with all the technical amenities of the modern age. There are charge points everywhere and plug in ethernet at the desk in your room as well as whole house WIFI. To get the most out of the description please see the floor plans in the photos section.

The Mizzen bedroom will be private to you but it's only available around my family visits. Family members do keep things in two of three dresser drawers and half the wardrobe.

The ceilings are very low in the bedroom so it may not be very comfortable for some people over 6 feet tall.

You will have shared access to the full bathroom off the kitchen. (I have my own half bath off my bedroom, and only use the shared bathroom to shower, but I will work my showers around your schedule, ideally when you are not home, and I *do not* keep personal items in that bathroom, so hopefully you will feel as if it is your own). It is kept spotlessly clean.

The custom kitchen is rather special with a petrified wood log as a sink and the sitting room fireplace is very cozy. There is a TV upon request but it is preferred that you watch or listen to media using your own device, with headphones.

If you want to charge your EV vehicle you can rent the driveway charger ahead of time. I also use it to charge my vehicle. It is $15 per charging session and must be scheduled so as not to interfere with charging my vehicle. If you want exclusive use of the driveway and unlimited access to the charger it is $25 per day added to your bill. Please make the request ahead of time so that I can make other plans for my car. (I will charge my vehicle when you are out and about if needed). The driveway is otherwise reserved for my personal use. There is abundant free parking around the corner in the Gristmill lot and free street parking.

There is a laundry room in the cellar that is shared with me and the upstairs suites.

There are three tiers of gardens, patios, and our own private boardwalk, where guests can sit and listen to and watch the waterfall, gaze into the leaves from the hammock, grill a meal and sit at the café tables, or enjoy the view of the lake with a cuppa.

For $25 per person/per day, guests from the Nathaniel Church House may purchase day passes for the John Carver Inn's fabulous swimming pool/mini water park and spa across the street. The pass includes access to the pool, changing rooms, and towels.

Guest access
Guests have shared access to the first floor, known as "The Wayfarer Suite" along with the owner and her friendly *giant medical alert dog* through the back patio door using an electronic key code.

There is shared access (with the owner) to the eat-in kitchen, sitting room, upper patio, and (with other guests) the 2nd tier patio, the cafe-table patio, and grill area as well as the lower gardens, hammock, boardwalk, and laundry room. (Of course, the owner's bedroom is private)

The dog, Petrusian, a 150lb, professional medical alert dog, is people-friendly but NOT pet or other service animal-friendly so please do not bring any animal with you, it will be in grave danger. If you have a pet, emotional support animal, or professional service dog, you must book one of the upstairs, suites in my other listings and or pass on this listing. FOR YOUR ANIMAL's SAFTEY, I will turn away any guest who arrives at this listing with a pet, emotional support, or service animal.

During your stay
Because we live in separate bedrooms, your's is "The Mizzen Bedroom, but shared access to all other spaces listed in the guest access area, the guest will necessarily interact with the owner and the owner's 150lb professional medical alert dog. Guests may run into other guests in the laundry room or outside on the patios or in the garden.

Other things to note
There is coffee, tea, and breakfast cereal for guests. Sometimes I have time to cook for breakfast and will invite guests to join me if they wish.

There is a TV available upon request with a Firestick attached. It receives MAX, Prime Video (with Discovery+ and AcornTV), Disney+ (with Hulu), Sundance Channel, Netflix, and Britbox. Please let the host know to bring it into the room. Thanks!

The space
Our home is a safe space welcoming people from all walks of life. We have a single family home in a quiet residential neighborhood. It has two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the home and each has its own private bathroom. This is our primary residence and we occupy the master bedroom and allocate our guest bedroom and bathroom to those that book a stay with us.

The guest room has wonderful natural light and scenic woodland views. It has a private en-suite bathroom as well. The guest room has a separate central air zone so you can set the AC or heat to your liking or comfort.

Since we only have one guest bedroom, there will be no other guests in our home during your stay. You are free to interact with us as much or as little as you want.

The kitchen, living, and dining area are open concept with access to the back deck, BBQ, and patio area. There is also a half bathroom off the living room that is for guest use in addition to the private full bathroom accessible in the guest room. We encourage our guests to make themselves at home!

Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck on a chaise lounge chair…or enjoy a meal on the patio. Grab a book from our library and relax in the afternoon sun. Perhaps a glass of wine in the evening while you count the stars in the sky… The home has a Sonos wireless sound system so you can cast music, news, podcasts etc to your room, the common areas, and the backyard deck if you desire. We ask you to be mindful of our neighbors and the volume when outdoors.

Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, if so inclined. We have a gas range, two convection ovens, an indoor and outdoor grill and commercial grade microwave. We also have a Tovala oven which uses convection and steam to cook or reheat food. You may also use our Vitamix blender next to the Keurig coffeemaker.

We are here to help if you have any questions. If you cannot find what you need for cooking, let us know. Chances are we have it in the basement ready to be used. We try to maintain a minimalist vibe and only keep the cookware and kitchen gadgets that we use frequently upstairs in the kitchen but since we love food and cooking new things, we have a lot of cookware and kitchen accessories. Please don’t hesitate to ask!

We also have a spring water dispenser in the kitchen that dispenses both hot and cold water. Please feel free to make use of it! The same goes for the refrigerator and freezer in the kitchen. If you need to freeze a few items or larger items, we have a larger separate freezer in the garage you may use as well, in the event the kitchen freezer is full.

Guest access
You will have access to the private guest bedroom and private bathroom as well as the kitchen and living room areas. You are also welcome to use our deck, BBQ grill, and backyard patio. The office, basement, and master bedroom are not accessible. Should you have any special requests or concerns, please don’t hesitate to ask. We will do our best to accommodate you! We welcome all feedback and what, if anything, we can do to make your stay more comfortable.

During your stay
We live here most of the year and are available as much or as little as you like. You are welcome to message or text us anytime, in the event we are not home. We do greet all guests upon arrival and introduce you to the space. Coffee and tea are always available in the kitchen…morning, noon, or night!
