- "This was a perfect place for my family and friends. We loved the view and especially the screen porch ! There were some issues with leaking plumbing and mystery electric light and fans. The steps need work and the dock is missing half a step which makes it a bit hazardous for old people but non of that really bothered us. I could tell some things were on the list for repairs and the owner was very quick to answer questions ! I hope we can return soon !"

It is literally seconds from the "big" water but in a secluded slough that allows our children to swim and play without the fear and commotion of boaters. All bedrooms have comfortable memory foam mattresses, smart TVs, and storage! There is a separate dining room for eating, as well as comfortable backed stools at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the items that you'll need for cooking and entertaining. The large open-concept living room features a couch, loveseat, and armchair with a large-screen smart TV. There is a separate coffee bar, ice maker, and full-size washer and dryer. Both bathrooms have a shower-tub combo, along with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and hair dryer, along with other bathroom amenities. In addition to the inside, the large outdoor porch is screened in with a large sectional, fireplace, gas grill, and large-screen tv. And if you need some peace and quiet from all the fun going on out back, you can always relax on the front porch which has 2 chairs and an end table. The neighborhood also features a communal pool, boat launch, boat docks (first come, first served), trailer storage, and a fitness center.

The house has fiber internet, so you don't have to worry about internet outages, along with key-less entry so no need to worry about bringing a key when you're out enjoying yourself at the lake! We also have fun toys for your little ones to enjoy while visiting, as well as rafts and water toys for the pool/lake.

*Please note, there are a few natural stone steps that lead up to the front porch for those who have accessibility issues. Also, the home is monitored with security cameras outside the front door.

It wasn’t listed in the ad. We still had to have one guest sleep on the sofa. The door code didn’t work at first, and there were no instructions about the proper order of entering #s and pushing which buttons first or last. We called the property manager who was very helpful and changed the code for us. Kitchen is tiny so we were all Bumping into each other. Maybe this house is better for 2-4 people. The toilet seat was broken- the property mgr bought another one at my husband’s request and my husband installed it. The a/c stopped working the day we got there and prop mgr got the a/c man to come the next morning who took care of it promptly. The thermostat was VERY VERY confusing - needed instructions to operate- even the repairman had a hard time trying to show me how to work it and kept having to start over to figure it out. The ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms made a loud noise when turned on, and the chain switch for changing the fan speed didn’t work. Screen door on porch sticks to floor when partially opened. It seems that this house wasn’t thoroughly inspected for all of these things before opening up to guests. It is very cute and quiet but this was just a LOT that was frustrating to have to pay what we did."
