- "I have few complaints for this property overall, but the condition of the jacuzzi raises significant concerns about how this property is cleaned between guests. There was a film of brown gunk (dirt? dead skin? who knows) covering the surface of the water and stuck to the inside of the cover. Had we not turned on our phone flashlights to take the cover off, we wouldn't have even seen it due to the lack of working lighting in that area. Luckily we noticed it before anyone got in. If we didn't see it in the dark and someone sat in that filth, I would be furiously demanding a full refund. I cannot recommend this property due to the lack of proper cleaning. The jacuzzi was a major selling point for me and the disgusting condition of the water makes the whole rental feel like I got ripped off. "

- "This property is a short 10-15 min walk to the light rail train to the exchange station. This then takes you to Penn Station in Manhattan, which by the way is the WTC transportation hub. My husband and I were traveling with our teenagers. The king size bed with comfy sheets, pillows and blankets was clean and fresh and in its own room. This room has a huge walk in closet that we used for luggage and as a changing room. The kids slept in a bunk bed with a twin on top and a queen on the bottom. We had 6 people and utilized the cot which has a memory foam mattress that looked and smelled brand new, it was perfect for my 14 year old son. This place is a mix between old refurbished and new modern. The shower was brand new. Nice bright white hotel style towels. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion provided. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The neighborhood is walkable, we walked at 10pm back from the train station and felt safe. Others were walking with families as well. There is a small convenience store with fresh fruit and a bakery close by. Door dash and Uber are easily utilized. I think the train station will even take you to Newark if you were coming from the airport. Saturday around 1130 am we walked to the train station and stopped at a street festival a few blocks away from the property. Beware it is on the 2nd floor so you do have to climb inside stair case which is slim and steep as the actual home itself is older. Great communication!"

- "This property worked out good for our needs. We stayed a couple of days to visit NYC. Small but had what we needed. They allowed us to bring our dog which was very kind. Property is multiple units but seems to work out okay although you can hear your neighbors moving around. Also, there is no reliable parking nearby but we figured it out. We would stay again." - "This was a great place to stay, it was decorated nicely and has everything you need. It even had an air mattress that we ended up needing. The only downfall was that you can hear everything. We had to search forever to find a parking spot, we finally found one down the street (There is municipal parking lot off of Broadway between 18th and 19th that is free). All of the windows were unlocked and very difficult to lock. We had to wedge a small ironing board in the front window because it wouldn’t lock. Other than that it was great."

The apartment is a light-filled, stylish and newly renovated one bedroom apartment with one bathroom. It's on the ground floor of a townhouse with its own private entrance from the street. There is a full sofa bed and a single day-bed in the living space and a queen-size bed in the bedroom which has a door with a lock. There is a 32" TV in the bedroom and the TV in the living space is 50". There is an office area located off of the main living area. The kitchen is fully outfitted with anything needed to cook meals. Appliances include a dishwasher, full-size fridge with water and ice dispenser, full-size gas stove with oven, microwave with a fan that vents outdoors and a new Keurig coffee machine (complimentary pods provided). There is a stacked washer and drier inside the apartment as well. The apartment has heated tile floors throughout and two Fujitsu split AC/heat units with one in the bedroom and one in the living area.

We are located in a great spot with a Walk Score of 87. There is a CitiBike rack on the corner so biking is very convenient. The apartment is located a few blocks away from the NYC Ferry (~12 min walk). The Ferry stops at Pier 11 Manhattan (Wall Street), Brooklyn Bridge Park, Dumbo, Red Hook and Governor’s Island. There are more destinations available with connections at other stops( www.ferry.nyc). Three short blocks (<5 min walk) from the apartment is an MTA bus stop for B9 and B64 local buses as well as X27 Express to Manhattan. The subway is five blocks away (~10 min walk or 3 min B9/B64 ride) to Bay Ridge Ave 'R' Station. There are a couple of bodegas a few blocks away (<5 min walk) and a full size supermarket a couple of blocks away from the bodegas (<10 min walk). Just a few blocks away from the supermarket you can find many restaurants, coffee shops, drug stores, a hardware store, fresh produce and more. Parking in the neighborhood can be difficult specially at night. Street parking on the surrounding blocks of the apartment is free, but as you get closer to the commercial area, there is metered parking on the avenues with free street parking on most side streets. Welcome to the historic St.George/Brighton Heights neighborhood of Staten Island. This charming house was built in 1920 and is located on a hilly residential street, full of historic homes. Southern windows look out to the Verrazzano Bridge and open up to a beautiful panorama of Staten Island .
This house is a 2-family home, and we live on one side of the house. You will have a separate entrance and a complete privacy, however if you need us, we are here to assist.

The space
The house front door opens to a bright vestibule that leads to a staircase area with mirror and coat rack. The staircase then leads to the second floor that contains bathroom,kitchen, living room and the smallest of three bedrooms . Bathroom has a bathtub,and we provide towels hand soap and shampoo. Kitchen has all the necessities-large fridge, electric stove, microwave and coffeemaker. Large living room has a comfortable couch and flatscreen TV. Wi-fi is provided. On third floor of the house you will find two bedrooms,one of which has gorgeous views of the VB. ,other one looks into the garden.
Transportation-Staten Island ferry is located nearby( about 18 min. leisurely walk),which can take you directly to Manhattan's Financial District. The ferry ride is free and lasts approximately 25 min. It is a lovely scenic route that passes near the Statue of Liberty and Governor's Island. There are plenty of other transportation options one block away from the house on Victory Boulevard, that can take you to the ferry or other parts of the island.
Accessibility-The house is located on a hill and there two flights of stairs between the sidewalk and the front door.There are stairs is inside the house as well.The house is not wheelchair accesible.
Parking- Please be aware that there is no parking at the house, street parking is.There are no alternate side parking rules on our street.

Welcome to cozy two bedrooms apartment. Newly renovated all bedrooms and bathroom. Spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen. Easy commute and very close to the bus station to go anywhere in the island. Bunch of restaurants within walking distance.

2. Trash Collection - Trash collection days are on Wedesday morning and Saturday morning. Trash must be taken out and throw in to the trash bin. The trash bin is outside located the corner of the driveway.

3. Pets fee is required, please put the number of the pets on the reservation.
