Kitchen is well stocked for cooking large meals. There is a Keurig and regular coffee pot, blender and toaster. Regular oven, wall oven, microwave, 2 full size refrigerators and a washer/dryer. There will be a small supply of paper towels, kitchen cleaner spray, dish soap and laundry detergent available. We do not stock spices as these come and go but there is usually sugar, salt and pepper. If you have a special request or would like us to shop for you before you arrive let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.

House sleeps 27 comfortably! Three story southern style house has 5 traditional bedrooms, 6 full baths and 1 powder room. VERY Unique 1,600 square foot 3rd floor loft/bunkhouse room has 3 queen beds, 6 twin beds, 1 full bed and a private room with doors and a king sized bed. Loft/bunkhouse room also has a big screen TV and sitting areas. Loft room has a new bathroom completed in March of 2018!

Absolutely no dogs or pets allowed on the property. There are horses and other animals surrounding the house and our insurance carrier will not allow pets to be brought on property by VRBO guests or their guests.

Check in is at 4:00 pm. If you need to check in sooner we will try to accommodate your request depending on our schedule and our housekeepers schedule. There will be a $50 an hour charge for early check ins before 3:00 pm.

If you are planning to use the property for more than 27 people (party, event or large dinner, etc.) you MUST let us know before you book the property. There will be an additional charge per extra guest over 27 and we will discuss the details of your group before you book. We have a rental agreement and rules documents you will be required to read and sign before we will book the property.

If you plan on having more than 50 people at the property there is a 2,500 sq ft special events building on site that can be used for an additional charge. Building is climate controlled, has a full kitchen and his/her bathrooms. If interested ask for more details, availability, rates, services offered and pictures. Batts Ferry is a much more modern version of a log cabin indicative of 1848. It is named in honor of the Batts family, which ran a ferry at the Brazos River on land neighboring 7F Land and Cattle Company. The Batts Ferry cabin is one of our coziest cabins with an interior of log walls, raised ceiling, king size bed and a round 2 person Jacuzzi tub set in the middle of a wooden water cistern. Adjacent to the juke joint room is of course the “manager’s office” complete with a queen size bed and an ebony colored, oversized two-person Jacuzzi tub. Hi, welcome to my humble home. Located in a beautiful , quiet and safe neighborhood in C Sta. Not far from Texas A&M University, George Bush Library and Museum, 2 main Hospitals, 24/7 ER’s, Gold gym, authentic restaurants, grocery stores, banks, pharmacies, 2 nice ponds/small lakes, walking pathways in the neighborhood which is very nice. College Station airport is a 14 minutes away drive.

The space
This is a private room with shared nice bathroom to the other guest (1 guest) if there is another guest. If, I don’t have another guest the bathroom is yours by yourself.

Guest access
Guest can access the kitchen area and NO COOKING allowed. For those guest that wanted to warm ups their food, you can use the microwave. For more than 3 days stay guest, I only allowed them to cook, if they are responsible and clean up after themselves. Guest can wash and dry their clothes in the premises with $3 charge per load to use the washer and $3 per load for the dryer. The charge is for the use of an electricity, laundry detergent and laundry softener.

During your stay
I will greet the guest, if it happens that I’m at home when they arrive. I work at home, and mostly I didn’t see my guest as I want to give them privacy. If they talk to me, I would be happy to talk to them as well. So feel at home.

Other things to note
Only host a 5 star ratings guest, due to my bad experience of irresponsible guest/guests. Don't allow an unapproved extra guest if it's not included in the reservation. Please due to allergies, if you don’t mind leave your outside shoes next to the cabinet near the lampshade. You are welcome to wear an inside slippers as intended for inside only.
Also , just letting you know that my family and I love animals , but please understand that no pet/pets allowed due to I don’t have enough space in the bedroom. Thank you for understanding.

This brand new high ceiling studio apt. has all new appliances, comfortable seating, a desk/work space, and plenty of natural light.

You will sleep well in the queen sized bed on the main floor. This neighborhood is very quiet at night with plenty of space to view the stars.

The loft is a cozy place to relax, read or sleep. The ladder to the loft is set against the wall when not in use, to save space, but pulls out for comfortable access. The loft area is not child proof. Please see pictures.

A charcoal grill is available, along with an outdoor seating space. Hammocks, tables and chairs are on hand along with a fire pit.

Off street parking is available. There are two spaces behind the gate, next to the apt. Space is available next to our garage as well if needed for larger vehicles.

Nestled conveniently right off Hwy 30, you'll find yourself within 15-20 minutes of College Station's top spots, including Texas A&M University, shopping havens, and delightful restaurants.

Step inside and experience the perfect blend of coziness and functionality. The spacious living area invites you to unwind on the plush couch while enjoying your favorite shows on the smart TV. Cozy townhome with great location to all A&M events. It is an end unit next to a pretty walking trail around a pond w/ a fountain, dog park & awesome outdoor common hang-out area w/ outdoor gas fireplace. Also has an outdoor patio with a large umbrella! Over 2100 sq ft and conveniently located to everything! Awesome amenities that you don't get when you stay at a home such as its own dog park, walking trail & shuffleboard & foosball!

The space
Master bedroom downstairs and two additional bedrooms upstairs. Master full bath downstairs attaches to bedroom, half bath in hallway, and full bathroom upstairs. Fully stocked kitchen! Fully stocked dishes and all needed utensils. Coffee pot with complimentary creamer, coffee and sweetner. Internet throughout home & there are plenty of linens for all guests. Parking in back at garage for one car (one side situated a shuffleboard table) & add’l parking for 4 on driveway & more along curb of cul de sac next to townhome. TVs located in all bedrooms, living room and upstairs loft area which sleeps additional four guests! And games for family fun!

Guests can access all parts of the home. There is access to the dog park, outdoor patio upstairs, and common outdoor sitting area and charcoal grill. Also available is the pond for fishing next to the home and walking on the walking trails around the pond.
