This modern apartment is in Artisan Lofts, one of the best apartment buildings in the trendy Maboneng area. It is situated within walking distance of bars, markets and restaurants in the area. The living space embraces artisan design with warm parquet flooring combined with a nuance take on urban living and decor.

Most of the main attractions of the Maboneng area are within walking distance with a popular gallery right around the corner. A pop art theatre situated near by and plenty local bars and restaurants to visit.

Calm , relaxed home that loves hosting guest in a well located between Clearwater Mall and Ridge View Shopping Centre. Hiking trails abound with Kloofendal Nature Reserve and the Botanical Gardens. Two patios with view of nature.

We have a multi story home. aThis room is upstairs and the bathroom kitchen and public areas are down stairs. We have one main staircase and 2 other smaller ones.

We enjoy comfort over bling. Its a real home.
We often have guests intending shorts stays but decide to become monthly occupiers
