Situated within walking distance of NWU, restaurants, and NWU sports terrain. Though your room is completely private, the listed room is part of our home, and there is no private entrance. For our family's safety and to ensure your comfort and peace of mind, we ONLY host women.

The space
This cozy bedroom in our home has an en suite bathroom with a toilet, basin, and shower. Please note that this room is on the second floor, and you’ll have to climb some stairs.

You'll have a private room and en-suite bathroom to use. We've provided you with basic amenities, but you're welcome to let us know if you have other needs, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

During your stay
You are welcome to contact your hosts, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. You are welcome to come and go as you please, but be mindful of other guests and residents in our home — we ask that there’s silence from 22h00. Should you require any information, please don’t hesitate to reach out, as we’ll gladly supply you with recommendations for restaurants or things to do in the area.

We have a friendly cat who shares our home. She is skittish at first, but won’t mind being picked up or petted. She’s not allowed on the counters or furniture (though she’s an opportunist and naps in the sun on the couch), and generally doesn’t go into the guest room, but please be prepared with anti-allergy meds if you’re prone to pet allergies.

Tierra Pequena is suitable for older and young couples, solo adventures, business travelers, and families with kids. There are 4 rooms inside the guest house to accommodate 2 people each and the Horseman that can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children. we are situated in Ballie park - a 2 hectare equestrian estate - very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life yet still in town.

The space
The African room is situated on an Equestrian Estate and guest are welcome to visit the stables that are rented out at the moment.

Guest access
The African room main entrance is through the guest house, but it has a back door. This back door opens into the garden overlooking the horse paddocks. Guests may use the pool and visit the stables. There is a lovely sitting area in the garden for the guest the use.

During your stay
We live on the terrain and are 24/7 available to tend to the needs of our guests.

Other things to note
Potchefstroom is close to the world heritage site - The Vredefort Dome. A meteorite site and only in its kind in the world. There are a number of private game reserves in area.

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars while the Jackall's calls.

A spacious room with small bathroom, part of the house, but with private entrance from the outside for safe and luxurious overnight or longer stay when visiting Potchefstroom - either business-, university, hospital relevant or Aardklop visits. This room only has a coffee station.

The space
An additional apartment (Airbnb Potch's Place like Home Apartment) on the same premises provides extra accommodation for two adults more. The spacious social area with inside braai and kitchenette can then be shared by friends.

Other things to note
One friendly pensioner dog, a more active but also friendly Bordercollie are living here. With them two cats are part of our family too. They all prefer to be mainly at the main house so they will not be a nuisance!

The space
This is a family house in a newly developed, beautiful,safe and secure estate in the surburbian- rurals of Potchefstroom. It is on the outskirts of town so it's quite and peaceful. It is situated approx. 8 Min (4.1 km) from the Mooirivier, 7.9 km (9 Min drive) from the North West University. Potchefstroom hospital,Mooimed,M-care and Mediclinic are within 15 km radius (15 Min drive). Lekwena Wildlife estate and Potch Dam are approx. 10 km (10 Min drive) and 7.9 km (9 Min), respectively. We are 11 km (18 minutes drive) from Ikageng.

Coming into our home,you will share our kitchen,living and outdoor space with us (WE STAY IN THE HOUSE) but you will have your own bedroom and bathroom,inside the house.

We have a kind and loving toddler to shower you will heartwarming hugs and kisses and a paw baby Tickles.
