Unfortunately there are not restaurants very close but the guesthouse is not far (less than 3 km) from The Glen Shopping Centre, where you can find many restaurants and fast foods. In addition, the owners now offer the possibility to have dinner in the guesthouse, cooked by them, if reserved in the morning everyday, choosing from a varied menu. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Maybe not so soundproof, you hear loudly if there is noise in the corridor or other rooms nearby. There was no air conditioning in the room. For me it was not a problem, given the good season, but maybe in winter and summer, when it's too cold or too hot, it would be needed. There is no buffet breakfast, but you can choose what you prefer from breakfast, from a selection, and they prepare it for you. The owners and the staff are very nice, friendly and helpful and they make you feel like at home. I enjoyed my stay in Heavenly Guesthouse and I would recommend it. "

All of our Serviced Bedrooms are fitted with comfy Queen size bed's and have a dedicated work space, this room has a Hanger Frame and there are 4 Bedrooms sharing 2 Bathrooms in the Residence

Guest access
All areas except for others Bedrooms are accessible to all guests.
The Bathrooms, Foyer, Reception area and the Kitchen are shared areas in the Residence and are accessible to all.

During your stay
We are available 24/7 to assist and to share our extensive knowledge of Johannesburg and Southern Africa with guests and could arrange to accompany guests to places of interest in and around the Johannesburg Metropole

Calm , relaxed home that loves hosting guest in a well located between Clearwater Mall and Ridge View Shopping Centre. Hiking trails abound with Kloofendal Nature Reserve and the Botanical Gardens. Two patios with view of nature.

Large public areas. There are 2 levels with stairs . Bathroom is on lower level

WiFi and dedicated workspace.

Bedding is changed weekly or as guests leave. Decor is changed changed from time to time to add interest.

The space
We have a multi story home. aThis room is upstairs and the bathroom kitchen and public areas are down stairs. We have one main staircase and 2 other smaller ones.

We enjoy comfort over bling. Its a real home.
We often have guests intending shorts stays but decide to become monthly occupiers

The accomodation is an old farmhouse that is comfortable. With three bedrooms, each with a double bed , with shared bathroom.

We have many woodern sculptures from the Northern province.

It is not advisable to be out late at night.

This room is available in a shares house, it is not a unit on its own. Please note that you are only private in your bedroom, as the rest of the living space is communal space. Please make sure you are comfortable with shared bathroom situation.

Regarding wifi, we need guests to agree to use it only for legal purposes.

we live in an area where no fiber is available yet. We have ĹTE uncapped wifi.

The space is ideal for parties or events, and with special request we will consider it at an additional fee. Kindly note that we do charge per person.

For long stays, we do charge additional R300 at a time for bed/linne change. We offer washing, hanging, and folding for R30 per kg. No ironing. If needed, an iron and ironing board will be provided.

Kindly note, that we expect all guests to keep the communal kitchen super clean for the next person to use.

Guest access
Guests drive through a remote controlled gate. We need advance notice of guests when you on your way.

A friendly request for guests to post/ attach a copy of their government issued ID before arrival. Also contact details of next of kin, incase of emergencies. Do this thro the Airbnb Chat , which is a secure platform.

During your stay
We have a very supportive family staying on the property, and we all doing our outmost to assist in guests feeling comfortable and happy.

Other things to note
This is a very rustic environment, with an old house. Bedrooms are white and clean, but rest of area can be dusty at times, as in a farm environment.

Please let us know if you need cleaning, bedding change and or laundry done. We charge addition fees according to what is needed.
