This Historical home is located in the heart of the downtown Napa. Built in the 1900's and fully restored in December 2007, the beautiful hardwood floors, wood ceilings, solid wood doors and old fashioned Bennington knobs make this home a charming getaway. The new kitchen is done with granite tiles and has a Tuscan feel with beautiful colors of the wine valley.

The house has bedrooms 2- one with a king size bed and plenty of room. The second room is outfitted with 2 twin beds with an office and desk. The sun shines through the day bedroom for a quiet nap in the afternoon or a read of your favorite book. The downstairs with a couch and tv and master bath.

The house is furnished with many old antiques. We have an original BUCKS stove that was used in the 1900's for cooking.

The newly upgraded kitchen was done in an early 1900 wine country theme, however with modern appliances. The appliances included are: Gas Range, Microwave, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal unit, Combo Freezer Refrigerator, Toaster, Coffee Maker, and all flatware, silverware, Calphalon cookware and utensils.
Office area has room for your computer. Wireless setup or cable set up.

The living room has all leather furniture, flat screen television with comcast as our provider. Enjoy the local entertainment and news.

The bathroom is completely restored with a soaker tub with shower enclosure. Enjoy a nice quiet relaxing bath or shower with our European bath products. Luxurious monogrammed bathrobes and slippers are provided.
The downstairs features a walk in shower, double sinks, queen bed and entertainment room.

Laundry facilities (washer/dryer) are located in the downstairs storage area. Iron and ironing board provided.

- "My wife and I are thinking about moving to Napa Valley in a few years and wanted to get more of a feel of what it’s like to truly live and work from there as opposed to always being there on vacation. This house worked out perfectly for us. It had the best stocked kitchen of any VRBO that we’ve ever stayed at as well as very well-stocked with sundry items such as paper towels, plastic bags, toilet paper, etc.. The house was very well laid out for two people as well as being roomy enough for us to have guests a couple times during our five weeks stay. It had a huge backyard that felt like the biggest backyard in all of Saint Helena. Great for relaxing as well as doing a little entertaining back there. The town of Saint Helena itself is charming and full of restaurants and interesting little shops. Most were walkable from the house. Our favorite was the burger and salad and old fashioneds at the happy hour at the Charter Oak restaurant. Market was another favorite restaurant. Owner was very responsive to all of our questions, and even managed to get Comcast over to the house on Easter day to fix a little Internet problem that came up. I wish I had the same sort of sway with Comcast. Overall a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it for others"

This home is a beautifully restored and updated historic farmhouse from 1902, located in the heart of downtown St. Helena and just steps away from local restaurants, wineries, tasting rooms and shopping. It boasts a tastefully furnished 700 square foot wrap around covered porch great for coffee and the morning paper and of course perfect for relaxing in the afternoon and evening with a glass of wine. It has two bedrooms complete with their own private bathrooms. The house has a fully equipped kitchen that includes a large pantry housing wine coolers and plenty of wine storage. There is a seperate dining area off the kitchen for more formal dining. The living room is a comfortable place to curl up and watch television or a movie, and when it's chilly there's a beautiful gas fireplace to enjoy. The farmhouse also has a fully equipped laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and plenty of storage.

The property also includes four brand new, classic beach cruisers for cruising around town and visiting the local restaurants, shops and tasting rooms.

The house is located in a quiet family oriented neighborhood. Loud noise and unruly behavior is not permitted on the property. Tenants are required to respect our neighbors and home.

The home has wonderful furnishings and all the supplies to start your visit, even a bottle of champagne to greet you! We walked to dinner the first night to Farmstead and rode bikes to wine tastings at Salvestrin and Flora Springs but there are more very close by. The Safeway is within walking distance to the house for groceries. We like St. Helena as it is centrally located with easy access to Napa, Yountville, Calistoga and more. We ventured over to Sonoma one day, hiked Bothe Napa Valley State Park, walk downtown St. Helena & Calistoga and made a trip up to Geyserville for dinner with California family. Check out the St. Helena Farmers Market for any and everything. Its just a quick bike ride behind the school and opened on Friday (May to October) 7:30 to Noon. We had a lovely time and St. Helena Farmhouse was PERFECT!!"

This quiet, comfortable and casually decorated two bedroom (one king and one queen plus sofa bed) and two bathroom town home is located in a gated community within the grounds of the Silverado Country Club area of the Napa Valley on the 7th Fairway.

The back deck seems expansive as it looks out over the famous North Course. Sit here and enjoy a morning coffee before you head out to experience all the Napa Valley has to offer. When you return from your day of site-seeing, the deck then provides an ideal place to drink a glass of wine and savor some of the goodies you have purchased from local gourmet shops and wineries. Or if you return early, take a dip in the community pool.

The town home has all the amenities you will need to your stay comfortable. The kitchen and both bathrooms have recently been beautifully upgraded. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare and enjoy meals inside, or use the grill and eat your meal on the back deck.

You are centrally located off of Silverado Trail (locals way to get around Napa) to visit the town of Napa to the south (10 minutes) and to the north the entire length of the Napa Valley including the towns of Yountville and St. Helena (10-20 minutes) with its famous restaurants and trendy shops. A multitude of world class wineries and restaurants are within a few miles of the town home.

The rental includes linens, towels, basic kitchen supplies, a sofa bed in the living room and WiFi. Pool privileges and coins to use the community washer and dryer are also included in the rental fees.

We are not part of the Silverado Country Club and as such do not have golf privileges. However we find that if you saying you are staying at the Fairways condos you may be able to book. You may of course use the spa facilities and restaurants as they are open to the public.

Although we "luv" our pets, they are not allowed at this rental due to Fairway Renter rules.

My place is close to a great location in the beginning of wine country (American Canyon). Quiet and safe area, close to the wetlands (13 miles of trails). It is located 10 min. from Ferry Building, 15-20 minutes Napa/Sonoma/Fairfield with lots around, community pool, InShape gym etc... This is just a fabulous place. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the high ceilings, and the location. My place is good for solo adventurers.

During your stay, you'll have access to most of the home's common areas including the living room with a furnace, TV, and Wifi access open layout kitchen, and dining room on the first floor.

Find yourself surrounded by 25+ citrus trees fruiting in winter + blossoming in April/May...plus apples, nectarines, peaches, apricots, pomegranates and more, fruiting in spring/summer/fall). Our garden meanders around the front and back w mouthwatering strawberries, loganberries, blackberries, and more! There are 2 larger homes and our 275 sqft Bird Nest Cottage on our 1.3 acre property. We live in one home, a stone's throw from the cottage.

At your “bird nest cottage”, you will be just minutes away from Napa Valley's "Home Town": iconic St. Helena. You will have your own private entrance with free, off-road parking, to conveniently come and go on your timetable. If you are looking for solitude and a place to rejuvenate, look no further!

The Bird Nest Cottage has 2 small, dedicated workspace options (which will accommodate a small oak desk), with space for a laptop and more. Please let us know if you will be working while here, + would prefer the small additional desk or would prefer to just work from the larger table, already in place.

CELL phone reception: ATT and VERIZON have very good reception on the hill, and the cottage has the FASTEST DEDICATED WIFI/INTERNET (up to 1,100Mbpsdownload/40Mbps upload)available in our area, which should work for most others when you are home...

If there is a power outage, not to worry, as the cottage is equipped with a whole home generator. In the rare occasional event that we should lose internet reception (storm/fallen tree), the local St. Helena Library and St. Helena coffee shops- with various hot + cold drinks, and pastry options, are inviting, cozy places with internet.

Make yourselves at home in several rustic outdoor areas (available in good weather): Have brunch on your patio under the gazebo, and lunch behind the cottage with views of our thornless blackberry vines and scampering squirrels. Enjoy a picnic supper in our little backwoods, serenaded by woodpeckers and crows, in the shade of oaks and evergreens. Because we are a rural community, you may hear ducks, hens + roosters, and dogs in the distance. You may even hear a coyote or two at night, howling across the way, and frogs down in the hollow! We do have other nocturnal wild animals that may cross the property from time to time, like possum, fox, skunk, and racoon! Of course, the song of birds is continually wafting across the breeze.

We have a carefree garden which we affectionately call our “Wild Child”, with an abundance of swallowtail butterflies, honey bees, bumble bees, and all sorts of birds. We will HaPpiLy deliver to your door: seasonal bouquets, fruit, veggies, and assorted sizes and colors of heirloom tomatoes, in summer + fall! We have found gardening to be such amazing therapy!

Other things to note
CAUTIONS:

The entry walkway and other paths on the property have a few uneven spots here and there, so we recommend only those with good balance + eyesight traverse them. Sadly, the doorways of this older cottage are too narrow to accommodate a wheelchair.

Those with bee allergies: our garden attracts many bees, as well as butterflies and birds, so please plan accordingly. We consider our bees a huge and wonderful asset! They mysteriously appear each morning from somewhere we know not.. work hard all day dusting themselves in pollen + nectar… and then just as quickly disappear...buzzing home as the sun sets… we love our hardworking helpers!

Our home is located in the heart of American Canyon. There are multiple schools and colleges nearby such as American Canyon High school, Sonoma Community College and Touro University. We are at the entry point of Napa and Sonoma Valley wineries. American Canyon is also the connecting point to Napa (North), Vallejo (South), Fairfield & Vacaville (East) and Marine County (West). Berkeley, SF, SJ also South. The community is quiet and safe with beautiful hiking trails around.

Located right downtown Napa near some of the world's greatest restaurants, wineries and scenery! Our home is newly renovated and ready to be enjoyed with premium comfort. The bed is a very pricey Tempur-Pedic Queen that makes for maximum deep sleep after enjoying a days worth of wine and food. Our home is very large for downtown and is permitted through the City of Napa with all of the additional safety precautions that a hotel must undergo. We (John & Brad) look forward to hosting you!
