The space
The Flatlet is in my backyard with my driveway in the backyard, so save open parking in the yard. Guests must always be careful when going out or come in as I got dogs and I don't want them to go into the street.

Our Story
Thunzi Bush Lodge was founded in 2004 by Mark and Trenwyth Pledger. After purchasing the unspoiled land in 2002, they combined their skills—Mark in mechanical engineering and construction, Trenwyth in tourism and hospitality—to build the lodge from the ground up. Today, Trenwyth oversees the property’s operations and is respected across the South African tourism industry for her personal touch, high standards, and commitment to excellence.
Thunzi has been honoured with multiple awards, including the Lilizela Awards (2016–2019) and TripAdvisor’s Certificate of Excellence for eight consecutive years.
