We’re located 8 kilometers from Sabang, where most of the restaurants are. However, you can have food and pretty much anything delivered right to your door through Orderun and PassFast Baler.

Tricycles are also available on call for getting around easily, and there are small local stores nearby where you can pick up food and supplies.

Early check in or late check out is okay as long as the room is available. If you will use the aircon before check in or after check out time, we charge Php 100 pesos per hour.

The space
Sandy Home is a co-living space - meaning that you have your own private room, but the bathroom, living space and kitchen are shared if other groups book the other rooms in our home.

B2 is your private room has a queen bed, that comfortably fits two (2) pax. It's a great place to sleep in - the AC is cold and it has black out curtains that go well with cozy bed sheets.

That aside, the room comes with desk space, storage space, fan and of course, AC.

Our kitchen is fairly complete - hot water kettle, stoves, toaster, refrigerator (with freezer) and cooking implements. It may be new, but our kitchen has a lot of warm stories to tell and great dishes to recount.

Our living space is often, the favorite space of everyone who has come by. There's a lot of work spaces and strong internet for our friends who work-from-home. And our solar power allows us to work seamlessly (during the daytime) in event of brownouts.

While the bathroom is shared - the upside is, it has really great water pressure. There's also an outside shower for post-surf / post-swim quick rinses.

For the surfers - we have a board rack.

Note that no discount will be given if the Buhangin Bungalow is booked. That is a separate space.

The Buhangin Bungalow is rented by other groups and is their private space. Kindly respect their privacy.

We try to live more mindfully - for the environment.

Please be mindful with your electricity consumption and kindly help us segregate trash. Waste bins are located near the water pump.

Our solar system is a big help in cutting our carbon foot-print. And has been a job-saver during long-brownouts.

But certain equipment (like water heaters and aircons) can't be powered during brown-outs. Please follow the brownout rules to make sure there is electricity to go around.

Please segregate your trash and throw them in the covered bins. Segregated wastes are recycled and upcycled. Plastics are brought to the MRF (that then shred the plastic and turn them into blocks - cool noh?), while food waste and papers will be composted.
