We will be taking this further to consumer affairs as we believe this apartment should not be listed as it is. "

If you are visiting during our beautiful Jacaranda Festival, it's only half a block to Fisher park, which is Festival central.

Located in Central Grafton "Eliza" is close to the river, the CBD, restaurants, hotels and Galleries. Villiers can be a busy road and a rail line, there is some noise associated with this. We have done our best to limit this with thick curtains and ear plugs are available.

Wisteria is our largest room, central to the home on the Eastern side. We named this space Wisteria, as this wonderous vine has deep roots on the eastern boundary of our property.

With its own original fireplace still intact, built-in shelving and the original back door sealed up and hidden behind the cupboard, she is history filled.

Wisteria has the bonus of a leather lounge and has quite a lot of kitchen bench space. She also has a shower and toilet, with the vanity alongside. We have also just recently added a dedicated workspace.

Located in Central Grafton "Eliza" is close to the river, the CBD, restaurants, hotels and Galleries. Villiers Street can be a busy road and a rail line, there is some noise associated with this. We have done our best to limit this with thick curtains and ear plugs are available. The noise levels have decreased since the opening of the new bridge.

Azile is a Victorian tiny house!
It looks small but is made up of two levels, with living room, bedroom with queen bed, kitchen / dining, laundry and bathroom downstairs. Upstairs there is another bedroom with queen bed and a seperate sitting room with air-conditioning.
The unit is furnished with locally sourced antique cedar furniture, silk curtains, lovely linens and huge bath sheets.
You have a small private courtyard with table and chairs at the rear of the building
There is free parking to the rear of the building.

The unit is located on a sometimes busy road, and close to a rail line, we have done our best to reduce the impact of traffic noise and to keep you comfortable.

Johnny's Crib is the top level of this Circa 1969 brick and tile home, that has recently had some renovation and refurbishment in respects to the homes era. We wanted to create a 70's experience in this property, showcasing strong blues and bright orange alongside some feature pieces and contrast. At the same time we wanted to keep things clean, simple and practical for short or longer stays. This property is a chefs delight with a brand new funky kitchen!

Great open plan living and dining with elevated views over poinciana trees and period style homes. Each room features quality linen, a choice of pillows, BIR and a dedicated workspace. Fully self contained you can cook beautiful meals, wash your clothes and have a choice of patios for relaxation. We are just a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, cafes, shopping and river walks.

Beautifully fitted out with antique furniture, handmade middle eastern carpets and a brand new marble bathroom with deep clawfoot tub. Ithaca is situated on a corner,Mary and Dobie St can be a busy road so there may be some traffic noise during the day. The street is well lit with wide footpaths.

Rosslyn is old and in some areas quite fragile and we ask that you appreciate and respect your surroundings and treat her gently.
Please carry your cases inside and up the cedar stairs.
Please use coasters on the timber furniture and shoes off inside.
Due to the heritage listing, there is only one air conditioned room, upstairs can be warm on hot days, ceiling and pedestal fans are provided.
The home is furnished with some superb antique pieces, please ensure that no wet towels are left on the furniture.
No children under 12 are permitted to stay.
No third party bookings and no tour groups due to previous dreadful experiences
