The Clarence Regional Museum (Schaeffer House) and the Regional Art Gallery are even closer. Close by is the beautiful See Park with its duck ponds, waterfall, water fountain, children’s playground, covered barbecue areas and toilets. Fitzroy Street and adjacent areas are well known for their treasure of lovingly restored early settlement homes. A one minute walk early in the morning reveals the tranquility of the mighty Clarence River.

The villa has a full bathroom and two separate toilets, a lock up garage with secure push-button entry and exit.

It is fully furnished with ample linen supplies, modern laundry facilities including clothes dryer as well as internal and external clothes lines.

All external doors are keyed alike and have double locking and windows have security screens. Windows in the bedrooms, kitchen, lounge/dining area and entry are fitted with internal louvre shutters to enhance your control of light and privacy.

There’s a private courtyard with table and chairs, overhead shade sail and large umbrella. The rear yard is secured with Colorbond steel fencing which offers a safe play area for children.

Two bedrooms have queen size beds and the third bedroom has two single beds.

All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes with ample clothes hangers provided. Ceiling fans are fitted in each bedroom and the lounge/dining area.

LCD TV, DVD player and rack of DVDs, CD player, radio, dozens of books and a few board games are there for your enjoyment. Free wifi (up to 50GB/month) is provided. Additional capacity available but at slower speed.

The kitchen has full cooking and cold storage facilities, a large collection of cups, mugs, glasses, plates and utensils. A selection of teas and coffee is provided for guests on arrival. An espresso coffee machine using pods is available (extra stock can be bought from Aldi in Prince St).

Inside the villa and garage is a non smoking area and pets are not permitted.

The villa can be serviced weekly (fee applies) for guests enjoying a longer stay.

Our house is furnished with antique furniture, handmade oriental rugs with large airy living areas. There are two full bathrooms with ensuite to the main bedroom. All the beds are made up with 1000 thread count sheets with gorgeous Sheridan quilts and cushions. Two of the Queen bedrooms have their own TV's and we have just installed free wifi.
Also available is Netflix and Stan.
The house is located close the to centre of town, easy walking distance to the Grafton Race Course, three blocks to the Base Hospital and 2 minute walk to the Grafton Services club.

If you are visiting during our beautiful Jacaranda Festival, it's only half a block to Fisher park, which is Festival central.

Located in Central Grafton "Eliza" is close to the river, the CBD, restaurants, hotels and Galleries. Villiers can be a busy road and a rail line, there is some noise associated with this. We have done our best to limit this with thick curtains and ear plugs are available.

Within walking distance to the Grafton Horse and greyhound tracks - if your a fan of those, this place is a must stay.
The house is all air conditioned for your comfort in summer.

Even better. It’s pet friendly and even has a small pet door for easy access.

The house is fenced for a medium dog, though if yours is small, then you may not want it outside unsupervised.

There are two bedrooms with queen beds, one is air conditioned. The lounge room is a great size and is air conditioned.

There is a small though adequate kitchen. And a nice dining area that is also air conditioned.

Parking is off street and private behind a gate. There is room for a large vehicle or one with a trailer or boat.

Under the shade of a beautiful big Mango Tree and very well appointed within, it has a nice spacious living room and two small but adequate bedrooms that will have you sleeping in comfort.

You can either buy take out from many various options close by, or get Pizza delivered. Your kitchenette has a toaster, kettle and microwave and a fridge and freezer.
Parking is off street and is a 20 metre concrete driveway, so can easily park longer vehicles or ones with trailers.

The smallest of our rooms, perfect for solo travelling or work trips is Magnolia.

Magnolia is central to the hallway on the Western side, mainly welcoming sun in the afternoon. This neat and tidy room offers a standard size room, ample kitchenette and to counterbalance her size, she has the largest and most recently renovated bathroom. Resting is easy here.

Your room includes WIFI, a smart tv, fan and air con, Adairs linen, pure earth shampoo & bodywash, a kitchenette with a small fridge/freezer, microwave, smeg kettle and toaster, coffee and tea, dishes & cutlery, air fryer, skillet frypan and rice-cooker.

In additon you have 24/7 access to the common room and the storeroom that offers additional cooking appliances, iron and ironing board plus cleaning tools.

'The Rosary' is a Circa 1905 Historic Property in Grafton that has a long history in the Bed & Breakfast space, now used for short-term accomodation just a couple of blocks to the cafe's and restaurants in Prince Street.

The space
Gardenia Room is located on the North-West side of The Rosary, with independent French-door entry to the front balcony overlooking the gardens.

This room is the third largest room on offer. Built-in wardrobe space is generous in Gardenia although the kitchenette is compact.

This room has a full bathroom that is light-filled in the afternoons. Gardenias fill our gardens with White and Amber blooms during Spring & Summer.

'The Rosary' is a Circa 1905 Historic Property in Grafton that has a long history in the Bed & Breakfast space, now used for short-term accomodation just a couple of blocks to the cafe's and restaurants in Prince Street.

The space
Wisteria is our largest room, central to the home on the Eastern side. We named this space Wisteria, as this wonderous vine has deep roots on the eastern boundary of our property.

With its own original fireplace still intact, built-in shelving and the original back door sealed up and hidden behind the cupboard, she is history filled.

Wisteria has the bonus of a leather lounge and has quite a lot of kitchen bench space. She also has a shower and toilet, with the vanity alongside. We have also just recently added a dedicated workspace.

Located in Central Grafton "Eliza" is close to the river, the CBD, restaurants, hotels and Galleries. Villiers Street can be a busy road and a rail line, there is some noise associated with this. We have done our best to limit this with thick curtains and ear plugs are available. The noise levels have decreased since the opening of the new bridge.

The unit is furnished with locally sourced antique cedar furniture, silk curtains, lovely linens and huge bath sheets.
You have a small private courtyard with table and chairs at the rear of the building
There is free parking to the rear of the building.

The home is furnished with some superb antique pieces, please ensure that no wet towels are left on the furniture.
