Situated between Yamba and the famous Angourie surfing beach on NSW’s beautiful Northern Coast, our Pippi Room has a large bedroom with an adjoined bedroom with bunks to sleep two. We have a trundle bed as well, making the total guest capacity up to five. You have your own private balcony looking into the forest which fringes Lake Wooloweyah, and a spacious airy bathroom. PLEASE NOTE THIS SUITE IS ACCESSED BY STAIRS.

There is a green sports field across the road at the Community Hall. Although this is a popular dog-walking spot, it is rarely crowded. It has a children's playground and your dog can run, play and chase balls. We have dog-friendly beaches locally and our closest beach is dog friendly. We are also close walking distance to the Lake’s boat ramp with picnic area. There are so many places to explore. Yamba region is fringed by stunning beaches and the relaxed town centre has many family friendly restaurants and coffee shops to enjoy. Most cafe’s are dog-friendly with outdoor dining. You can also take dogs on the Ferry service which runs across to Iluka and also conducts Clarence River tours.

Please note the base room rate is for the King-sized bedroom. Bunk room guests are charged at $40 per person per night. If two guests book and only require the main room then we may close the bunk room to avoid extra cleaning costs. We include a self-serve continental breakfast with seasonal fruit. You can make tea, coffee and toast in the room. And there is a good bar fridge in your room. We do our best to cater for any special dietary needs for breakfast if you let us know in advance. Wi Fi is free, and there is on-site parking. Your hosts are live-in, on a separate floor, but available if you need anything.

A cozy 139-square-foot accommodation near the old-fashioned town of Maclean and Yamba's stunning beaches, surrounded by native bushland, sugarcane, and James Creek's comforting natural environment.

What's more, our farm stay has easy water access, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that there will be wildlife, farm animals, and farmyard noise during your stay with us. For light sleepers or those sensitive to noise, please bring your earplugs with you. Like all farms, the property can get muddy after heavy rain. If that happens, you may need to park on the concrete and enjoy a short 40m walk to your accommodation. Please feel free to check the weather forecast before your trip so you can plan accordingly.

Guests will have access to the tiny house, except the land host's private residence, shed, and the surrounding area. If you're interested, we have a soccer goal, a basketball hoop, and golf clubs available to borrow.

Please advise that we have two dogs on the property - Buckley is our awesome Maremma dog who's on duty to protect our chickens, and Alfie is a playful Border Collie who sometimes hangs out in the yard. Additionally, we have two semi-indoor cats and an underground cat fence.

Relax on either the front and back deck, probably the back in the evenings as it faces west to catch the glorious sunsets.

The fully equipped , open plan kitchen features stone bench tops and flows out onto the deck with BBQ for cooking up Yamba's famous seafood.

The Dining room flows into the living room which not only has a smart TV with complementary Netflix but a wood burning stove for colder months.

Master Bedroom features a king size bed and spa like ensuite with a bathtub.

There is a laundry in the house as well and third toilet.

For your comfort the bedroom and living areas have fans.

Shops are a 20-25 min easy walk. Beach and rainforest a short 10 min drive or accessable by bicycle. Golf Course is 5 min drive or 15 mins walk through bush track.

Iluka has beautiful uncrowded beaches. lovely World Heritage listed nature walks and is surrounded by National Park and the Clarence River. Barista style cafes, restaurants, Bowling and Golf Clubs and Sedgers Reef Hotel. There is a passenger ferry running 4 or 5 return trips daily to Yamba on the south side of the river.. The premises also has a Woodwork Gallery open on request.

The Cubbyhouse is a rustic, fully converted warehouse, studio apartment with an indoor fireplace, private and fenced rear courtyard, semi-detached bathroom and outdoor showers. Plenty of room to relax or set up a remote office space. Dine in the garden under shade of the wattles for lunch or under the stars and festoons in the evening. The property is adjacent a large nature reserve and only a stones throw from Bundjalung National Park.

The thoughtful decor compliments the renovation perfectly with vintage pieces collected over time. The open plan is perfect for couples or solo travellers to relax in style. The front doors open up to the organic garden and fire pit.

The kitchen has a large fridge, gas hotplates, fan oven, kettle and toaster, plus crockery, cutlery and glassware so you can create the perfect meal.

Complimentary teas/coffee, and everyday kitchen essentials to make your stay enjoyable.

All linen and bath towels and robes are supplied, and there is a washing machine.

Please note there are 2 dwellings on the property that have access to the garden but you will have exclusive use of the space for your stay.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Check In is from 3.00pm and Check Out is 11.00am. Early arrival, late departure and luggage storage may be possible by prior arrangement only. This is not always possible so please contact us in advance. On departure please check you have all of your belongings.

1x queen bed. Bed linen, bath linen, robes, tea towels and hand towels are all supplied.

PETS
We know how lovely it is to travel with the whole family so welcome your pets to stay in our home. However, we also know some people are allergic to animals. To keep the space accessible to all guests we ask anyone traveling with animals to keep them off the bed and couches and pick up their messes from the yard. We have a set additional cleaning fee of $79 to cover the additional extra work associated with pet stays.

CLEANING
Please leave our home tidy. Wash and put away dishes and put everything back where you found it. Please place any used towels in the bathroom. We will do the rest.

DAMAGES & BREAKAGES
Inform us of any damage or breakages during your stay. All damage and breakages must be paid for. Please contact us for any maintenance issues arising during your stay.

GARBAGE & RECYCLING
All rubbish must be put in the correct outside bin before departure. Bins are located in the driveway.

KEYS
A callout fee will apply for any lockouts and a replacement fee applies for any lost keys.

LAUNDRY
A washing machine is available in the laundry behind the studio.

NOISE & PARTIES
The property has a strict noise curfew between 9:00pm and 8.00am. Parties and excessive noise are forbidden. Please also be mindful of the neighbours when entering or exiting the property and minimise noise, especially late at night.

PARKING
Parking is available in the driveway at the left of the large iron fence and on the street. On street parking is free but please be considerate of the turning circle in the cul de sac.

PRIVATE SPACE
The rear courtyard of the studio is completely private. The main house that is fenced is not accessible to guests. Please be mindful that the owner or other guests may be staying.

SAND
Please remove all sand before entering the property. Sand is easily concealed in towels, clothing and on the bottom of beach bags. Any drain blockages caused by sand within the house may incur a fee.

SECURITY
Whenever you are absent from the property please close and lock all windows and doors to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage.

SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted. Please be mindful of neighbours when smoking in the street.

Maximum overnight guests are as listed in the booking. Please inform us if you intend to have additional visitors to the property.
