It's still a short drive or Grab ride into town and they offered pick up and drop off to the property included. The villa itself is beautiful. The private pool is immaculate and our kids loved swimming in the afternoon (after about 1PM the sun is in the west and leaves most of the pool aread nicely shaded). The kitchen area is great. Full fridge and freezer. Gas ranges (though we didn't use them). Bit TV in the living area (though we didn't use that either). We asked about laundry and they picked it up and did it for us with no issues. The bathrooms are excellent, with rainfall shower heads and plenty of very nice soap and shampoo. We did notice some ants in the villa but we mentioned it to the host and they immediately found the source and took care of it. The property is wonderful and the host has been super responsive so we feel very lucky to have found this place!"

The property is easily walkable from the downtown harbor, there's a Starbucks and I believe a Kentucky fried Chicken, but the gem of this little city is the street right above us with an easy stairway. Stairway in between the buildings there was a handful of fun restaurants, several small markets where you could purchase anything you would need on either side of the street and the Indonesian people are very welcoming and very fun to deal with, so that is a great spot to start your trip if you're going to head out on a boat"
