Tecumseh rental is a beautiful home located on Tecumseh Island's main channel (not a back water channel) with 180 feet of waterfront. It offers a large boat house
with an electrical lift. There is 30 feet additional docking space
along the side channel. Enjoy sunsets down the main channel from the point of this corner lot. A swim ladder is on the point.

This rental has two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each and one full bath. A full size futon bed is available in the living room. Please provide your own queen sheets, blankets, pillows and bath towels. This helps keep our cleaning fee to a minimum of $40 and prevents the owners having to do 3 hours of laundry each stay.

Our house has been completely upgraded with new appliances,
tile flooring, and carpet. The furnished screened porch is a nice place to relax.
The fishing is great off the point of the property.

Located on Orchard Island at Indian Lake Ohio. The home is fully furnished with all appliances including washer and dryer. There is plenty of outdoor seating along our more than 250 feet of lakefront perfect for swimming, fishing, or enjoying the sunsets. The house is on the corner of a cove with peninsula like views, one of the best views on the lake! There is a large firepit where you can cook hotdogs, s’mores or just relax and enjoy the views. There is a large gas grill for outdoor cooking. There is a 24’ private, covered boat slip. Daily/weekly boat rentals are within walking distance at Spend A Day Marina. Enjoy the benefits of being in the water without the hefty price tag that comes with staying directly on the water. Drive your boat (or rental) to the dock, launch once and keep docked when not in use. Keep your car parked there or drive back to the house and walk (or perhaps ride a golf cart) back and forth to the dock throughout your stay.

The home sits on 2/3 of an acre with a one car garage so plenty of space for your lake toys, golf cart, etc.

The owner is very communicative and friendly, and made it easy to acclimate to the campground and camper. The site is on the pond side of the campground with beautiful scenery for coffee sunrises. The pool was fun for our girls and the fellow campers were very friendly. Highly recommend!"

Felicia the Flamingo Airstream is a perfect little getaway for a cozy vintage glamping experience just steps away from the water! Felicia is the 1st Airstream rental at the lake and is on its own private lot and is close to many popular attractions around Indian Lake in the summertime! If you want to go camping and stay in a retro Airstream, but don't want the hassle of hauling and setting up, this place is a great option for you!

The Cabana has screened in widows allowing you to enjoy the beautiful weather while also having a roof over your head. This is a GREAT place to have a picnic, play card/board games, or read a book with a cup of coffee.

The home is an older cinderblock style home. There is a small washer and dryer available for your use. There is a dinning room table in kitchen, a smaller table in the living room perfect for playing games, and a table in the Cabana. The home offers ample and comfortable seating for relaxing with your favorite book.

PEW Island, can launch smaller water toys like Kayaks & Jet Skis. PEW Island also boasts a walking path on the island, and great fishing spots.

On the North/West side of the Lake is Oldfield Beach. This Beach can be accessed by car or watercraft. Featuring Disk Golf, Walking paths, and restrooms.

Winter brings a different level of adventure. Indian Lake is an ALL Season, all sports lake. in the winter when the lake is frozen solid you can ice fish, ice skate, and ice boat/snowmobile. If you prefer to snow ski, snow board, or snow tube - Mad River Mountain Resort is just 20 minuets away.

The space
Looking to take a break from cooking? Three bars/restaurants are just a 10-minute walk away on this golf cart-friendly peninsula. Are you a boater? Our dock is just 0.4 miles (an 8 min walk) away (available seasonally, inquire for details). There is plenty of room on the property to store your lake toys as well.

Enjoy the benefits of being in the water without the hefty price tag that comes with staying directly on the water. Drive your boat (or rental) to the dock, launch once and keep docked when not in use. Keep your car parked there or drive back to the house and walk (or perhaps ride a golf cart) back and forth to the dock throughout your stay.

The home sits on 2/3 of an acre with a one car garage so plenty of space for your lake toys, golf cart, etc.

The inside is cozy with a ventless gas fireplace (operational from Oct-April) and an open concept kitchen/dining/living area.

The projector and sound bar make for a unique viewing experience.

The back covered and screened porch has a 6 person hot tub, TV and ceiling fan.

We have one security camera facing the back porch screen door for your safety and facing away from the hot tub and patio seating for your privacy.

Blue Bayou Lake House is on a channel at Indian Lake. Minutes to the main lake and minutes to Pew Island where there is a boat ramp. Cranberry Resort, a fun and entertaining restaurant on the water is within walking distance. Blue Bayou is an ideal spot for fishing. There are four stadium seats for fisherman to sit and fish. Blue Bayou has a boat house and a lanai. The back patio overlooking the canal is equipped with a fire pit. Come & have fun and experience lake life at its best.

Walk to Fox Island Beach for sunrise views, fishing, swimming, kayaking > This cottage is perfect for your Indian Lake getaway! Close to breweries, hiking trails, The Donut Shop, a local coffee cafe, and best breakfast in town at The Landing. Fox Island has a wonderful playground for kids. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood for walks, includes large outdoor space for campfires and fully fenced in yard for pets. We have WIFI, firepit, grill, outdoor seating, and 2 adult kayaks.

Cozy cottage on Orchard Island with 2 bedrooms, 1 bonus room, 1 full bath. Bonus room can serve as extra sleeping nook. Bedrooms 1 & 2 have a queen bed, and bonus room has twin bed + trundle. Bonus room does have a door for privacy. Kayaks are available for guest use (includes 2 adult kayaks, 2 paddles and 2 adult life jackets).

Rent a boat from Spend-A-Day Marina located within walking distance from the cottage to enjoy a day on the water.

Fence has a 10-foot wide gate to back up a boat trailer in backyard for storing during stay. This area is of note a grassed space (not paved or gravel)

Great place for those enjoying winter sports at Mad River Mountain during the colder months located just 20 minutes away! Enjoy a day skiing, snowboarding, and tubing and then come back to relax at the quiet cottage or enjoy a beer at a local brewery.

FAMILY ROOM: Smart tv and fireplace with some cozy seating. We are big fans of the fireplace after tubing and snowboarding at Mad River!
PORCH: My favorite spot in the house! I like to drink coffee in the morning here while the kids fish right off the dock or make a big dinner after a full day of sunshine with drinks and music!
DOCK: We have a boat dock steps from the back door you are welcome to use and a paddle boat you can take out!
HOT TUB: Hot tub is brand new-treated weekly. In my opinion the cherry on top / really nice for our Ohio weather when it might be just a little too cold for swimming in the lake!
FIRE PIT: I’m not sure if my kids enjoy roasting marshmallows more OR playing in the rocks, but I love the cozy spot on fall nights overlooking the water. We do not supply the firewood, but typically you can get at the grocery store close by.
PARKING: There is a covered car port and room for 4-6 vehicles (depending on size) and of course a boat/trailer if you have one!
FYI: We are on well water and have a whole house softener - completely safe to shower and drink. Some people don’t like the taste!

The kitchen has a large table perfect for a big meal or card game. The home also has a washer and dryer to help remove the dirt but not the memories it made. 🙂

The screened-in back porch provides more room to spread out during the day or a peaceful spot for a well-deserved nightcap. The outdoor space continues with a yard large enough for the outdoor lawn games to be enjoyed. Don't forget to grab the food for the cookout compliments of the provided charcoal grill. Bring the gang and have no worries for space with 3 parking spots on the driveway.

We do not provide cable, but guests are welcome to sign in to their own personal YouTube, Youtube TV, Netflix, disney+, prime, etc., accounts on the smart 65-inch Roku TV in the family room!

Your cleaning fee pays for thorough cleaning/sanitation of all floors, counters, bathrooms, and linen service. To keep this fee to a minimum, guests are still expected to perform the following:

1) Please empty all (perishable) food/beverages from the refrigerator/freezer and cupboards.
2) Please wash any used dishes. You may leave it in the dishwasher or place it in cupboards.
3) Please empty all trash. Trash must be bagged and placed on the back screened-in porch.
