Located on Orchard Island our cottage was completely remodeled in 2014 with updates in 2024, it is fully furnished with new appliances including washer and dryer. Plenty of outdoor seating along the lakefront perfect for swimming, fishing, or enjoying beautiful sunsets nightly. Set in a cove with great views of the main lake. Wonderful firepit next to the lake to cook hotdogs or marshmallows. Large gas grill. Weekly rentals from Friday to Friday. Linens are provided. Pack-N-Play provided.

If you have additional vehicles they can be parked at Pew Island Recreation Area about 1 minute drive north of the home. Also we ask that guests please keep outside noise to a minimum after dusk.

Second bedroom has a twin bed. There is also a full sized air mattress provided for extra guests.

Rates will vary based on season with discount for weekly rentals. Holidays (Labor Day, 4th July, Memorial Day) extra. Weekly rentals during summer months are Monday to Friday.

You will have use of the entire waterfront cottage and outdoor areas. The cottage sleeps 4; No Exceptions. There is a 2 night minimum stay and 3 night minimum for Holiday Weekends.

We are across the channel from Froggy's, Tilton Hilton, Acheson's, and a short boat ride from Cranberry Resort, The Donut Shop, and several beaches. We're also a short car ride to ice cream and morning specialty coffees.
A large living area includes a leather sofa and loveseat with a 50" Roku Smart TV,
Spectrum, and WiFi. There are 2 bedrooms: one with a queen and one with a full-size bed. Kitchen area includes dining table and chairs, refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee maker. Porch area is screened in with a view of the channel.

Welcome to our beautiful cottage!

Located on Seminole Island at Indian lake, this cottage is a seven-minute walk from Cranberry Resort and a two-minute walk from Pew Island where there is a public boat dock and nature trail. You will have access to a driveway that is capable of holding three cars and a boat. We have a fire pit and charcoal grill - plan on supplying your own charcoal and wood.
