- 3 min walk to Dragon Village of Buckeye Lake Chinese restaurant at the corner of Hebron Rd (route 79) and Myers Ave. We highly recommend General Tso’s Chicken and the eggrolls!

- 5 min walk to the beach at Buckeye Lake boat launch and one end of the 4.1 mile walk/bike path along the water or to Donatos Pizza on Hebron Rd (route 79)

- 5 min walk to Creno’s Pizza (amazing Calzones!) and Louie’s Corner House on Hebron Rd (route 79).

Parking Information:
The gravel driveway next to the cottage can easily accommodate 3 cars or 2 cars with a boat trailer. The boat launch is located a quick 3 minute drive away!

In the converted gazebo with solar string lights, maybe you’d like to grill and dine at the table. If you’re feeling a little more active, take advantage of the numerous yard/outdoor games located in the gazebo (Connect Four, Jenga, Ladder Ball, Spike Ball, or Corn Hole)

The Space:
First floor includes an eat in kitchen fully stocked with everything you would need to make a full meal. The spacious living room has a sofa, arm chairs and smart TV and is connected to the front entry. Additionally on the first floor is a half bath, laundry room, and walk-in pantry.

The second floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and arm chairs. This room also includes a smart TV, en-suite bathroom, and walk in closet. The second bedroom is complete with a full size bed, twin bunk beds, walk in closet and some areas to sit. Guests staying in the room will have access to the second full bathroom located off the hallway. Additionally the second floor has a desk and dedicated work space.

This home can comfortably sleep 6 people. It can sleep up to 8, but additional fee will apply!

The fenced in backyard offers privacy and is outfitted for grilling, bonfires and family game night. A full size propane grill is available for guest use along with a variety of yard games. Backyard also includes adirondack chairs around the fire and an outdoor dining table.

Buckeye Lake itself spans 5 towns and 2 counties! We are located in the center of the Village of Buckeye Lake (Licking County). The Village of Buckeye Lake is a small town along the north shore. Like many lake towns the streets are narrow and the houses are close together! Especially in the summer you will see neighbors out walking, it’s important to note that there are no sidewalks however cars do yield to walkers! Like many small towns in Ohio the look of surrounding houses may vary, but don’t let that deter you from having fun and exploring all the lake has to offer!

Getting Around:
Parking is only available on gravel driveway. Driveway can accommodate a maximum of 3 cars. Unfortunately there is no street parking available.

- "143 Elliot St at Buckeye Lake was an adorable four room house with a laundry room. Many homes on the street to this location looked a bit tattered but this little house had a complete makeover. Plenty of space for the two of us. We had two bedrooms but only used one. Nice eat in kitchen fully furnished with everything and even some condiments in the pantry. Laundry room was equipped with washer/dryer and laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Basically all we needed to bring was our clothes and food. Warmer weather so we did not use the available fire pit equipped with wood. Easy location to walk or a short drive to the lakefront. Plenty of places to eat even though we usually cooked in. Would be nice if bicycles were available. Our first VRBO and pleasantly surprised. The owner was available for questions about how to use or do anything. Good wifi!. The area was safe and quiet."

1 mile from I-70. Just off Buckeye Lake, steps to new bike path, boat launch & food. Spillway creek is at the back of property to relax & enjoy fire pit. May not be suitable for children as no railing to the spillway creek & a steep drop off behind cottage. A day bed is also in the living room as well as couch for sleeping. Short walk to the lake for boating or visiting the Yacht Club or Northshore landing. Roku TV with spectrum streaming cable channels. Next door to hair salon & short walk to restaurants. A few miles to National Trails raceway, Legend Valley concerts, Denison University. Amazon center in Etna is 14 miles. There is not a washer or dryer in cottage. There is a coffee pot, dishes, utensils, etc. The garage is not accessible but the yard & patio in back are. No pets are allowed. No smoking inside, but a can is on patio for butts so you can smoke under the covered space. I am available by phone if you need anything.
Best location for Buckeye Lake Winterfest. Door code given for easy check in. When leaving, plz take out trash, wash dishes, turn off lights & turn furnace down to 68 or AC to 70.

The second floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and arm chairs. This room also includes a smart TV, en-suite bathroom, and walk in closet. Backyard information:
Walking out the backdoor in the kitchen you’ll find a fully fenced-in yard with a gate leading to the driveway. A 6-person hot tub is situated in an alcove under a solar string-lighted pergola. Feeling chilly or craving s'mores? The gas and wood fire pits with Adirondack chairs are an ideal spot to relax. In the converted gazebo with solar string lights, maybe you’d like to relax and read or take a nap in the two hammocks (warmer weather) or grill and dine at the table. If you’re feeling a little more active, take advantage of the numerous yard/outdoor games located in the gazebo (Connect Four, Jenga, Ladder Ball, Spike Ball, or Corn Hole)

Parking Information:
The gravel driveway next to the cottage can easily accommodate 4 cars or 3 cars with a boat trailer. The boat launch is located a quick 3-minute drive away!

This stunning and sprawling southern colonial home is perfect for family gatherings, reunions, or simply hanging out with friends. Located on the tip of Crane Lake within Buckeye Lake, the home comes with a boat dock across the street and is within walking distance of Crystal Beach.There is a small road between us and the water, and the home comes with land for water access and a boat dock. Great unobstructed water views from all decks and porches, but please note we are not ON the water.

The space
Colonial on Crane is a beautifully crafted home built by a cabinet maker, showcasing stunning carpentry and craftsmanship. The home features 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths.

On the second floor you will find a master bedroom with an en-suite bath, and two additional bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bath and a half. The entry level includes a full bath but no bedrooms. The lower level has two additional bedrooms, as well as a game room and a poker room.

The master bedroom features an en-suite, kitchenette, and a private second-floor deck overlooking the water across the street. It's a great place to enjoy hot coffee or cocoa in the morning. The lower level game room includes a pool table, arcade game, dart board, and poker table for rainy days.

Other things to note
Late check-out (12:30pm) and early check-in (2pm) are available upon request for $115 each. Pets are welcome with a $115 cleaning fee, with a maximum of 2 pets per BL Village Code. Please include pets on your reservation.

Per Ohio Administrative Code 3745.19 Regarding Outdoor Burning there is no open burning on our property.
