- "The resort itself was beautiful and the hotel has excellent facilities; however, unfortunately the Reception staff are not very welcoming and it is difficult to get a hold of anyone by phone or email. We emailed the hotel to arrange pick up from the bus terminal. After a few days we had still not received any response so we emailed again. The hotel did not respond to either of our emails. I phoned the hotel the day before I was due to check in to try again to arrange pick up and complained about not receiving an email response to which the Receptionist insisted that they had emailed back and then hung up on me. Also they could have been more helpful in arranging a tour of the underground river when their tour operator was fully booked by informing us that we could have arranged for it ourselves even after we told them that this was the reason that we came to Palawan. However, the rest of the staff we experienced were very attentive and helpful."
