But reality is we were there for four nights . First night power outage on the first floor, the manager so kindly moved us to the second floor to a bigger room with no extra charge. Second night there was again a power outage at about 3 am, which we woke up to dyeing from the heat . Third night there was a city issue with the water, so there was no shower available during the morning, but around 3 pm we came back and water was there That’s 3 out of 4 nights that something went wrong. However the staff are MORE than accommodating. We order bikes through them, with no issues at all, great mopeds and no one tried to rip us off or over charge us. They did our laundry as well for a great price. I would say we are rather high maintenance guests. If we have an issue we will address it, each time the staff where honest and more then apologetic, explaining they had an electrician coming, or the city water problem. No bugs in the room, and the ac worked great. We would stay again, even with the power issues. It was a good location, and it felt safe and secure. The staff really make the difference here. We never tried the pool, and we never tried the restaurant attached. Wifi worked great. Ac worked great. Good water pressure "

You can arrange your airport transfer and any tours with the staff, they are helpful with that. They know the town of Coron, and local area well. There were a couple of issues with the gents toilet seat and taps, which they weren't able to resolve in our week-long stay. Wi-Fi here is not great, but you don't go to Palawan to stay in all the time. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff here. Big thanks to them!"
