This is a budget accomodation where guests will be mostly self-catering. A caretaker lives in the premise but her duty is limited to guest check-in and check-out.

*Check-in is from 2 pm while check-out is until 11 am
* 10PM trip from Manila arrives in Vigan at 4AM. Additional 75% of daily rate applies if check in is from 4AM onwards while rate is PHP50/hr from 7AM onwards. In either case, inquire for the availability of early check-in at 8 pm before your arrival since there might be no room available
*We have on-site parking for 1 car per room
*We provide beddings, towels, soap, and tissue. If in case you do not find them during check-in, please ask the caretaker to provide them for you
*The common kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookwares and dining wares. Kitchen use is free but since we do not require a cleaning fee, guests are requested to do their own clean-up
*Pets are welcome if they are house-trained
*Guided tours in Vigan and surrounding area may be arranged in advance. Details and fees will be arranged between the guests and the tour guide

Guest access
Guests have access to the common kitchen on the second floor. We ask guests to be considerate of other guests and leave the common areas clean and to wash any kitchenwares used. If some guests were distracted and left the common areas in disarray, please notify our caretaker.

During your stay
Our caretaker lives in the accomodation but you will be totally independent. The place may have multiple guests at the same time and the caretaker's duty is limited to assisting guests during check-in and check-out. If you need someone to assist or cook for you at an additional cost during your stay, please notify us in advance. Thank you.
