Cabin 9 is modern with rustic "up north" charm. Two bedrooms have a queen sized bed, the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There are 1 1/2 bathrooms. The full bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The living room and kitchen are all open with a vaulted ceiling. There's a sliding glass patio door going out to the covered patio. Big picture windows in the living room and kitchen make this lake front cabin a favorite! Rates are based on up to 6 adults but can sleep up to 8. Cabin 9 has a washer & dryer in the cabin! Our cabins have LCD HD TV's, Direct TV & wireless internet. This cabin overlooks the playground, tether ball, beach area! We are a family friendly resort. - "Super easy check in and check out all online. Cabin was ready for us when we got there and was exactly as described" - "They thought of everything!! And when my son left his earbuds behind, they mailed them to us!!" - "This property equips their cabins, which are all pretty modern, with all of the comforts of home. You only need to bring your own towels and, if you need to charge your boat batteries at the dock, a 50' extension cord. There were 5 of us in a 3-bedroom cabin and we had plenty of room. My kids made friends with other kids and played together on the playset, at the tetherball court, the basketball court, and in the water. We all really enjoyed our stay! The only thing that could use improving upon is the WiFi coverage. Even in our cabin it was difficult to get a decent signal."

- "Nice property" - "Our family of five and my parents stayed at Clear Vue resort on Lake Bemidji for a mini getaway in two separate cabins. The listing accurately describes the property and both cabins were very clean upon arrival. The cabins also had everything needed to cook up meals. It is a beautiful property and is not far away from town. Our only concern was the electrical in cabin 2. The circuit shorted multiple times for my parents and they did not have hot water on a couple of occasions. While we remedied the situation ourselves, I would have appreciated more of an apologetic response from the owner due to the cost of rental. Luckily my husband is handy and knew exactly what to do. Our only other thing we wished we would have researched better was the lack of beach for swimming. Having kids that love to swim with no swimming beach is difficult."

Cabin 7 is a spacious 2 bedroom cabin. 2019 new flooring throughout! One bedroom has a queen size bed, the other has a bunk bed with a single on top & a full on bottom & another single bed, & has 1 bathroom with a shower. In the living room there's a queen sized easy bed. The living room is open to the kitchen, which gives it a spacious open feeling. The rates are based on 4 adults but can sleep up to 7 people. Cabin 14 is 900 sq. ft. and is situated on the lower level. Cabin 14 has 1 queen & 2 twin beds in the bedroom. The bathroom has a step in shower. The living room has 2 queen sized Easy Beds, which can sleep up to 8 people. There is also a complete open kitchen, dining room, This cabin has an adjoining door with Cabin 12. This cabin comes with 1 dock slip. Cabin 14 is handicap accessible! We do not provide towels, please bring kitchen, bath & paper towels!

Cabin 1 has a cement, screened in patio with a picnic table and a charcoal grill. The cabin has 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, and 1 bathroom with a shower. There's also a pull out couch in the living room, for additional sleeping. One of the really nice things about cabin 1 is that it has a wall of windows in the living room for a wonderful view of the lake and beach area. There is also a picture window in the kitchen. Cabin 15 is a 2 bedroom lakefront cabin. One bedroom has a queen sized bed, the other bedroom has a full bed & twin bed. There are 2 Ez Beds in the living room (both are full size) they look like a futon, but are very comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Cabin 15 has a sunroom addition with a wonderful lake view! There is a small covered deck with a BBQ grill and a large fire pit area. Rates are based on 4 adults but can sleep up to 9. This cabin does have a washer & dryer! All of our cabins have LCD HD TV's, Direct TV & wireless internet. Our kitchens are fully stocked right down to the crock pots! Please bring your own towels, both kitchen & bath. This cabin includes 1 dock space, each additional space is $20 per day or $100 per week. - "We had a great time, the only bad part was we rented a pontoon and I felt they could have cleaned it off first, their were cobwebs and spiders all over it!"

"The Perch" is a historic 2 bedroom log cabin built in 1900 on Blackduck Lake that sleeps 6. Renovated with wifi, A/C and internet TV. The Perch includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room with a futon sofa, and a full kitchen. Includes deck, picnic table, charcoal grill, and fire pit. Firewood is available onsite. Shared boat ramp, dock space with power, and sandy beach included. Property has a swing set, horseshoes, corn hole, and game room for kids. The lodge is available for card games and coffee breaks. Use of kayaks, paddle boat, and canoe also included. Parking is directly in front of your cabin.
Since the cabin is at the top of the hill, the use of a golf cart is included to get you and your stuff to the lake easily! A fishing boat is also available for rent. The Blackduck Golf Course is 1/2 mile away. Great hunting, safe places to cycle, and loads of trails are nearby.

We are located near the Chippewa National Forest which has hiking trails, off-road vehicle trails, and wildlife viewing. Only 25 minutes from Bemidji, MN.

Located on the upper level of the Sandtrap Golf Course Clubhouse. This is Suite 1 of the 2 Suites that we have. You will Enjoy the large kitchen that is stocked with the basics. A private entrance that leads to the wrap around deck with a panoramic view overlooking the course. Bedroom 1 with a Queen bed, has a walk in closet, an en-suite with a jetted tub and shower. The 2nd Bedroom has a 3/4 bathroom and 2 Full Sized murphy beds. Great Location to enjoy the outdoors. Close to lakes and trails!

The space
2 bedrooms 2 bathroom Full Suite. 1 has a New Queen bed and a Full size bed with attached bathroom with a jetted tub and a shower. The other bedroom has 2 full size Murphy beds with new euro top mattresses, a private bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms have huge walk in closets. An open/kitchen dining area allows you to cook meals in your suite and view the course from the dining room table. This suite is the larger of the two with a larger living room with oversized furniture and a seating area on the deck. Located in Northern Minnesota you may experience mosquitos, boxelder bugs, Asian beetles, deer, wild turkeys, rabbits and many other types of insects and creatures from time to time. We do our best to have our pest control company do prevention for these things but just know it’s nearly impossible to keep the insects away at all times.
Located above the golf clubhouse means you may hear laughter downstairs, doors opening, people enjoying indoor activities such as the golf simulator, darts, and pool table and juke box, people golfing and driving golf carts around. Cars coming and going. Similar to what you will experience at a resort. We hope you enjoy your stay but want to be straight forward that if you are looking for seclusion and total silence, unfortunately this isn’t the place.

The suite is private. The deck may be shared with another guest if the other suite is booked.

Other things to note
Your suite is above the clubhouse. You will take the outside stairway to access your private external access. There is no internal steps once inside your space.
The clubhouse hours vary, during summer months is open from 7 am-8pm. (Except it could be later on Tournament days and League nights) Thursday nights are the busiest and it may be a bit loud.
Winter hours vary and we may be closed several days a week, depending on weekly activities.
The Grill is open and serves breakfast sandwiches, burgers, Pretzels, nachos, hot dogs and other various short order items.

The space
Welcome. This Condo has 2 spacious bedrooms with walk in closets and each have New Queen Eurotop beds, and attached bathrooms.
1 bathroom has a full bathtub and the other has a shower. Both bedrooms have huge walk in closets. An open/kitchen dining area allows you to cook meals in your suite stocked with basic kitchen necessities and view the course from the dining room table. The living room has reclining sofa and loveseat and an electric fireplace. There is room for additional sleeping on the couch or air mattresses are available upon request for additional guests.
We have 2 suites available, both have private exterior entrances. This space is over 1,000 square feet. It does not feel like a hotel room. You will feel like you are in a house/apartment.
We are Located in Northern Minnesota you may experience mosquitos, boxelder bugs, Asian beetles, deer, wild turkeys, rabbits and many other types of insects and creatures from time to time. We do our best to have our pest control company do prevention for these things but just know it’s nearly impossible to keep the insects away at all times.

Our clubhouse was built many many years ago. The suites inside have been remodeled over the years and freshened up with cosmetic upgrades in 2022. We have room for air mattresses for additional guests. Please let us know if you need to use them for additional sleeping space and we will have them in your space. We are accommodating, send us a message if you have a special request.
In our clubhouse you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as a cocktails and snacks.

You will have full access to a private Condo The upper level of the club house has 2 suites. This is one of 2. Both have exterior entrances. You will need to walk up the stairs to access the space.

Keep in mind that this is an operating business including our suite rental. You will most likely hear other noises throughout the day/s
