We rented a boat up the lake at latitude218 and he delivered the boat to us which was amazing since I was wondering how that would work with being a single parent on the trip. The owners was great with communication. There were several questions I had to them prior to and they answered almost immediately. They even reached out during our stay to make sure everything was good. The only complaint we had was not due to the house or the owners, but due to the amount of rain they have received over the course of months prior to our stay. The backyard was a sponge and definitely not something possible for outdoor activities in the backyard. But we had a boat and wanted to use that, so once you travel thru that to the dock you are set. :) One key if you travel on a boat past the reeds where it cliffs off to 15feet is where the fish are. Kids loved it!!"

There is a nice fire pit with chairs and the wood was provided. The public boat launch is within a couple miles of the cabin. We had fun boating and exploring the lake. It’s about a 45 minute boat ride to Walker. The owner has a cabin right next door and was so warm and welcoming! We would definitely recommend this cabin for a fun lake cabin trip!"

Built by my family in 1965 as a summer fishing cabin, many record-setting muskies were caught and released by my grandpa and dad while staying here. Facing Goose Island (a renowned fishing locale) on the big part of Leech Lake, you have unparalleled views and access.

There are two bedrooms, each containing a new queen mattress. There is also an inflatable queen mattress that would be ideal in the living room area. The living room and kitchen/dining room have an open plan with high timber ceilings.

Bring your boat! There is a dock and shore station for a small boat (18'fiberglass/20' aluminum maximum) to which you have access, complete with a foldable filet station on the front porch. Additional amenities include: canoe, washing machine and dryer, Wifi, DVD player and DVD library, full kitchen and bath, a lakefront fire pit, picture windows, and an outdoor sitting porch. Responsible pet owners with their furry friends are welcome.

Take a step back in time! Our family has infused the cabin with love for 55 years- my grandma created all the rag rugs that still cover the floors and all the decor is vintage and original. The cabin is part of a compound of 4 family cabins on 40 acres set in the heart of the Chippewa National Forest. Our family has made memories here for 75 years and five generations. We have renovated each cabin to be charming and comfortable for the family members who use them. To help with the expenses we have decided to rent out two of the cabins when we are not using them. This cabin is located on Round Lake, up on a bank, with great views of the lake from most of the cabin. Steps from your front door is 1000 feet of private sandy beach on a great swimming-fishing-boating lake. The sand bottom drops off very gradually, making it ideal for kids to swim safely. Round Lake is known for its great fishing, with a variety of species including walleyes, northerns, perch and panfish.
Enjoy the spectacular sunsets, star-filled skies and sometimes northern lights from our private dock. We provide 2 canoes, 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards for our guests to use. We will give you info on renting a fishing boat on the lake or you can bring your own boat and moor it in front of our beach. Lounge, grille or picnic on your private patio. Make s’mores or hot dogs on a fire in the lakeside fire pit.
The small but efficient two-bedroom layout is perfect for a family of 5 or two couples. There is a new queen size bed in one bedroom and a new single over double bunk bed in the second bedroom. The 6-person antique table is a great place for meals and games or card playing. The cabin is set up to provide for all your needs: high speed 250 mg direct connect internet, wifi, smart television, ¾ bathroom, well supplied kitchen, linens and towels. The seclusion of our cabins offers an ideal habitat for a variety of birds and animals. You are likely to see loons, pelicans, eagles, various ducks and geese, hummingbirds at the feeder by your cabin, deer and occasionally the fox after whom the cabin is named.
Our location in the National Forest gives you great hiking and biking trails within minutes of the cabin. You will enjoy the good casual restaurants and towns nearby. We will provide a notebook for your use with suggested activities in the area.

We went out nearly every single day to explore the surrounding lake area and were captivated by the wildlife and beautiful scenery. Restaurant options in the immediate area are okay and there was greater choice when we were in Grand Rapids. The local gas station has a decent range of food for a simple meal. We also bought a fishing license here and the staff advised us on the best places to fish. Judy was an excellent host. She provided so much information before our stay and was on hand for any questions. We tried a number of excursions suggested in the information book, including a walk to the Lost 40 woodland and a walk and swim at the Sunken Lake. This is a 2 bedroom new cabin located on Blackduck Lake at White Birch Resort. This cabin resort is brand new and as built to the standards of a modern home. This Minnesota resort has built all of these cabins brand new in the last 8 years. If you are looking for a cabin for Minnesota vacation this is one of the best in the state.

The hot summer nights are kept at bay with a Modern central air conditioning units in each room call SUP. There are also ceiling fans in each room to assist in the summer.

We had so much fun with bayliner boat rental and nightly campfires. We went and hiked in the properties woods and there were so many trails. Rustic cabin from the 1970's. Decor is simple. This is a cozy little place to kick back and relax, have some quiet time, read, snooze, write, etc. Located in the woods with a nice deck to relax on.

This little cabin sits in the middle of a small campground on the shore of Round Lake. It's a family-friendly, quiet area with all the camping amenities. There is a range, microwave and sink in the cabin. It also has AC. The garage next door offers refrigerator, grills, griddle, tables and chairs available to all guests. At this time, only a porta potty for bathroom, but bathhouse is in the future plans! Dock space, paddle boards, kayaks, playset, firepit and picnic tables for use.

Cabin 1 has a cement, screened in patio with a picnic table and a charcoal grill. The cabin has 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, and 1 bathroom with a shower. One of the really nice things about cabin 1 is that it has a wall of windows in the living room for a wonderful view of the lake and beach area. ATTENTION hunters!! Book a stay at this cabin and have access to hunt 55 acres of private land with grouse, deer and other wildlife. There are two deer stands on the property for your use. In addition, the property is adjacent to hundreds of acres of federal and state land.
The ATV and snowmobile trail can be accessed at the end of the driveway which connects to miles and miles of trails leading to many recommended stops.

The space
There is plenty of parking area for vehicles and trailers. Upon entering the cabin there is a spacious porch for storage (i.e. gear and coolers). The cabin offers a full kitchen, 3/4 bath (shower), twin bedroom main level, full bedroom second level and two futon beds (one on each level). There's extra floor space upstairs for air mattress if needed (not provided).
The property is near the Hoot-N-Holler which offers a full bar, pizza and a wide variety of pull tab boxes. It's conveniently located 10 miles from Northome, 12 miles from Squaw Lake and 16 miles from Blackduck which all have small-town conveniences including gas, groceries, hardware and several bar/restaurant options.
Need more space? There's plenty of room for campers/tents in the yard or Northwoods Campground is right across the highway with full hookups and a shower house.

Built by my grandparents in 1965, our family has infused it with love for 55 years and we would love to share it with you. Just bring your boat or fishing poles! The space
Many record-setting muskies were caught and released by my grandpa and dad while staying here. Facing Goose Island (a renowned fishing locale) on the big part of Leech Lake, you have unparalleled views and access.
There are two bedrooms, each containing a new queen mattress. There is also a Japanese floor mattress that would be ideal in the living room area. The living room and kitchen/dining room have an open plan with high timber ceilings.
Bring your boat! There is a dock and boat lift for a small boat (18’ fiberglass/20’ aluminum max) to which you have access, complete with a foldable filet station on the front porch. Additional amenities include: canoe, wifi, washing machine, dryer, DVD player, DVDs, full kitchen and bath, a lakefront fire pit, picture windows, and an outdoor sitting porch.
Take a step back in time! For over fifty years my family has cared for the cabin; my grandma created all the rag rugs that still cover the floors and all the décor is vintage and original. The general rule of thumb with Airbnb is to leave the space as you found it. We clean the sheets/ towels after each guest leaves and complete light surface area cleaning as well.

•There is absolutely NO SMOKING.
•Please make sure to clean all dishes before departing.
•Please take your trash with you. Do not throw any fish guts or other food anywhere near the cabin or Chippewa Beach Road.
•Please only bring well-behaved pooches and please clean up all dog poop outside.
•Please be courteous to the neighbors.
•You are welcome to use the closets in the bedrooms.
•We have a septic tank, so please be conscious water users.
•Please do not throw anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. Toilet paper is found in the wicker hamper next to the toilet.
•Most things you need should be labeled on the cabinets for you to find them.
•Use anything you find in the refrigerator or pantry. Please do not leave anything perishable in the refrigerator when you leave.
•Help yourself to the use of the fans (found in the bedrooms). If you need the heat, please feel free to use it; each room has its own thermostat. Turn it off when you leave.
•If you bring your boat, you are welcome to use the shore station on our dock. It will accommodate a boat up to 18’ fiberglass, 20’ aluminum. If your boat is larger, the shore station might not work.
•Please do not tie your boat directly to the dock. If there are waves, it can crash into the dock and cause it to separate and float away. Not to mention, put your boat at risk. Please note the lift is a part of cabin rental, and you are responsible for any damages associated.
In the cabin you can find a map book of Leech and other nearby lakes. Please remember, Leech Lake is a big lake; if there is bad weather coming in, get back to the cabin. Waves can get scary!

Please respect and treat our home as you would your home. We will refund your damage deposit as soon as we inspect the cabin for any damage. There is no pet fee, but please be responsible pet owners and only bring your pets if you know there won't be any problems. There is no additional cleaning fee, but we will retain the damage deposit if there is excessive cleaning. The best way to avoid this is to leave the cabin as you found it.

The space
Originally gifted to us by a dear family friend, this cabin has been a labor of love. We (two brothers) relocated it to this stunning lakeside lot and transformed it into what you see today. We’ve preserved its timeless Northwoods character while updating and expanding it to include all the modern amenities you’ll need! Step out onto the balcony and take in breathtaking views of the lake, or head out to the private backyard for games, bonfires, and unforgettable sunsets. The cabin’s history is woven into the land itself, which once hosted a beloved local resort—now commemorated by the public water access just down the way.

Outdoor Adventures:

This year-round retreat offers endless activities for outdoor enthusiasts. In the summer, explore beautiful Lake Blackduck and all it has to offer. The nearby trails are also perfect for biking and ATV riding, and the evenings are made for bonfires under the stars. When winter rolls around, embrace the season with snowshoeing, snowmobiling, or ice fishing. Not mention autumn, when the foilage is popping and the hunting opportunities are abundunt.

This peaceful, cozy, 3-level log cabin is located only 2 miles from Lake Bemidji State Park. The Blue Ox Trail and the Paul Bunyan Trail meet just down the road from the property. The cabin is on a small, private lake. There is a lot of wildlife in the area. Located 8 miles from the iconic Paul and Babe statues and Bemidji's historic downtown. The Sanford Event Center is 7 miles away.

- During the snowy months, bring or rent snowmobiles, cross country skis, snowshoes, etc, to use on the groomed trails nearby!

*The cabin is on a beautiful lake, but does not have a sandy beach. The lake is great for using the kayaks, paddle boat, or rowboat that are included with your stay, and also for fishing, but is not ideal for swimming. There is a State Park just 2 miles away that has a very nice, groomed swimming beach that I would highly recommend if you are hoping to swim during your stay!

Modern cabin set on the beautiful Moose Lake, known for its clear waters and excellent fishing. With property bordering the Chippewa National Forest, you can relax as you sip coffee from your screened-in porch or fish from the dock.
The pretty outdoor space provides room for grilling and enjoying the clean air. When the sun goes down, go for a night swim or make memories (and s'mores!) around the campfire ring. Breathe in the scent of nature and listen to the birds and frogs play nearby.

The space
For those who still like to be connected to the outside world, we have created a "smart cabin", complete with Wifi, a large T.V. with Roku (including Netflix and Hulu), Alexa, and even a bluetooth bathroom fan so you can listen to your favorite music while taking a shower.
Inclement weather? Snuggle up on the couch and turn on the fireplace, make yourself coffee from the coffee bar, and play one of the family games that we have provided.
Situated in the middle of the three resort towns of Bemidji, Blackduck, and Cass Lake, our cabin is just a short drive away to many area lakes, beaches, parks and trails. In the fall, hunt the adjacent forest. In the winter, ice-fishing is popular on Moose Lake.
We will consider it a gift to host you and your loved ones and can't wait for you to make your own wonderful family memories.

There are several resort restaurants within just a few miles by car or by boat. Also, a convenience store complete with bait, groceries, fishing permits, alcohol, and gas is less than 10 minutes away.
Also, a public boat access is nearby.

There is a Catholic church just a few miles down the road.
Our cabin borders state land so it is very private and peaceful. Nearby neighbors are friendly.

Perfect getaway for families, couples, guys/girls weekend. Bring your snowmobiles, snowshoes or ice-fishing gear and enjoy the private setting on Steamboat Lake. The Heartland Trail is adjacent to the property and provides miles of hiking and snowmobiling paths. Buena Vista (38 miles) or Detroit Mountain (78 miles) both offer skiing fun. The shops and restaurants of Walker , are only 15 min away. Or bring your scrapbooking, quilting or knitting and snuggle in by the fireplace.

Other things to note
Please be bear aware and do not leave coolers, food items or garbage outside. There is a (somewhat) bear safe garbage can in the driveway.

Please do not clean fish in the cabin. There is a brown, fish cleaning shed on the property. Please dispose of remains in the lake and wash down counters with water when you are done.

Please keep dogs on leash and clean up after them so we can continue to offer our guests the option of bringing their pets.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun on beautiful Mooselake. Lone Lodge used to be a resort! Today this brand new building sets in place of the old lodge. Stennis/Buhns Mooselake resort is next door and has offered all my guests amenities such as their boat launch and beach. Lone Lodge does have a dock for fishing and plenty of places to hike.
