- "A group of girls and I went up to this cabin for a weekend and had a great time! The cabin was very clean, fully stocked, and had plenty of space for everyone. I really liked that there were twin bed options versus multiple queen beds. The property was beautiful and very close to the Breezy Point resort. I did have a little scuffle with the property owners; there was some miscommunication with them that was a mistake completely on my end; however, when confronted, the owners talked down to me and assumed I had bad intentions which was never my plan. I didn’t appreciate being talked down to, and it put a damper on my experience. However, I understand why the owners may have been upset, and it was a mistake on my end. Other than that, the experience was perfect and I would HIGHLY recommend this cabin to anyone looking to stay in breezy. It is even better than in the pictures!!"

This beautiful, one bedroom plus, cabin suite on the water has everything a couple could want in a newly built comfortable getaway. This charming home has a wood burning fireplace, built in sound system, flat screen TV, granite counter tops and Old Hickory Club furniture. It is air conditioned and has in floor heat for year around comfort. It also is designed with additional in wall sleeping (Murphy bed) accommodations for the occasional guest. The great room with 12 foot tall ceilings is enhanced by professionally decorated interiors with a bold use of timber posts, beams, color and antlers.

This pet free home has a fully equipped custom kitchen with stainless steel appliances, full sized laundry facilities and dishwasher. Spans of waterfront glass and a large sun deck insure great views from every room. It is also located only seven minutes from the club house of the spectacular Deacon’s Lodge Golf Course in the Brainerd Lakes Area. It is difficult to say what is more captivating, the lake views from the house with a pair of nesting swans or the high end interiors that make the house so inviting. Outside you will enjoy a panoramic view of Shaffer Lake from a large deck perched atop a wooded hill. The lake is designated a natural environment lake meaning that the shore
Around it cannot be developed into beach. It must remain wild to provide habitat for area’s abundant wild life.

A five minute drive from this home will take you to some of the finest beaches in Minnesota, on Pelican, Whitefish and Gull lakes. With binoculars, you can peer across Shaffer Lake to see the activity on the second hole of Deacon’s, proclaimed to be Arnold Palmer’s finest design and Minnesota’s number one public golf course by “Golf Week Magazine”. You will also save money when you purchase a seasonal membership at Deacon’s.

LAKEFRONT & PRIVATE DOCK. This peaceful lake home is located in a calm bay minutes away from Breezy Point Resort with breathtaking sunrises and starry breezy nights. Warmer weather brings bonfires and pontoon cruises…winter snowfall gives every snowmobiler endless possibilities of the up north Minnesota trails. Being right on the shore of Pelican Lake will allow you to take a boat or icehouse out to fish, water ski, wakeboard/surf, cross-country ski, and even snowshoe across the lake.

With two bedrooms, and a four-season porch with a sleeper sofa (and doors to close it off), there is plenty of privacy for couples or families. Sleeps up to 8 guests. 1-queen bed, 1-full bed, a 1-twin bed, 1-pull out full sleeper sofa, and 1-pull out queen sleeper sofa. If preferred, a queen air mattress is also available for guests.

The cabin is comfortably furnished with updated appliances, including dishwasher, and washer/dryer. A flat screen TV, cable, and wireless, high-speed internet will keep you in the loop with the every-day.

- "The cabin was very clean and updated. All aspects of the house worked well. The pull out couch in the sun room addition was quite comfortable. Communication was great. The dock area is quite weedy so no swimming off the dock but was still able to get our 19’ boat into the dock through the path in the lily pads. Worked very well for a nice bonfire. Our cabin is located on the 12th hole of the Traditional Breezy Point Golf Course. Besides the great golf courses in the area there are many other activities. Including: sand beaches, great fishing, biking/walking trails, mini-golf (new) and a close boat marina at Breezy Point Resort w/rentals. Many restaurants/bars and shopping in the area. Cabin rental also includes: 4 person golf cart to enjoy around the city (see picture), large gas grill, fire pit, patio furniture and a free play jukebox!

- "We were in the area for a wedding. There were four couples / families staying and the place was perfect for us. Plenty of space, plenty of things to do. We walked the ~1 mile to Breezy Point resort on quiet roads. We also walked to dinner nearby. We rented a pontoon for time on the lake as well. The communication with Evolve was good, and as we got near checkin, I was put in contact with the owner and the communication was excellent. Thanks for a wonderful stay."

This rustic log cabin has a primary bedroom with a queen-sized bed, window air/heat unit and a ceiling fan. A beautiful 3/4 bathroom with shower, an open-air loft with two full sized beds for additional sleeping.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary to cook a full meal, along with a gas range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee station.

There is a large TV mounted above the stone fireplace which has recently been converted to gas. Perfect to take the fall chill out and provide an additional heat source. Seating for eight in the kitchen and hand-hewn log furniture completes the rustic look in the living room.

**Please note the bunkhouse is seasonal and is unavailable Oct. - April.**. The outside space has a front patio for dinning, a rear patio for relaxing, and a fire pit for evening bonfires. On the weekends you can kickback, put your feet up and listen to live music coming from the Dockside Lounge or walk a couple blocks and enjoy the free, outdoors entertainment in person.

Need a little extra space? This cabin comes with cute little bunkhouse with an extra 3/4 bath, additional sleeping space, and a kitchenette equipped with a sink, mini fridge, and a microwave.

We cooked a lot due to allergies and it’s easier/cheaper to cook at home so the kitchen was very appreciated and used quite a bit. Cons: AC units are bit noisy. Very sandy outside the house which made its way into the house, felt like we had to clean a lot. No place to hang wet swimsuits or wet bath towels. No screen porch meant we were all stuck inside during rainy days which got a little cramped after a while. Extra: The bunk house is a fun little addition if there are more people staying, and great to have access to a second bathroom. So much to do in the area! Beach and ice cream within walking distance. Tons of mini golf and shopping! Could hear some live music from Dockside so that was nice. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommend. "

The lot was very large and very private. It is at the end of a long drive around the lake so it takes time to get to Breezy Point or Pequot Lakes. The upper level of house is still used by my family and I. I am married and have four small children. We aren’t always there, please check prior to stay. We are happy to interact with guests and give them as much privacy as they prefer. We will share access to the properties sandy beach, dock, fire pit, and hot tub. The entire lower level of the house is yours to use. This includes 2 separate bedrooms. One bedroom has twin bed, bunk bed with full below twin above. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. Full kitchen, full bathroom, living room with pull out couch and amazing views of the lake. Walk out through sliding door to lower level patio with plenty of furniture and grill ready to go. One of the bedrooms has a sliding door to the patio and views of the lake.

Other things to note
Space to dock your boat. Or you can rent a pontoon from us or breezy point while you are here. 2 stand up paddle boards, 4 seat paddle boat, 6 kayaks, and 2 canoes that may be used by guests. This rustic log cabin has a primary bedroom with a queen-sized bed, window air/heat unit and a ceiling fan. A beautiful 3/4 bathroom with shower, an open-air loft with two full sized beds for additional sleeping.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary to cook a full meal, along with a gas range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee station.

There is a large TV mounted above the stone fireplace which has recently been converted to gas. Perfect to take the fall chill out and provide an additional heat source. Seating for eight in the kitchen and hand-hewn log furniture completes the rustic look in the living room.

The outside space has a front patio for dinning, a rear patio for relaxing, and a fire pit for evening bonfires. On the weekends you can kickback, put your feet up and listen to live music coming from the Dockside Lounge or walk a couple blocks and enjoy the free, outdoors entertainment in person.

Need a little extra space? This cabin comes with cute little bunkhouse with an extra 3/4 bath, additional sleeping space, and a kitchenette equipped with a sink, mini fridge, and a microwave.

Open kitchen and living room space with plenty of room for large groups. The property includes a fenced-in backyard, fire pit, gas grill, and plenty of room in the backyard for yard games! The main floor includes a King bed and TV, dressers w/private bathroom. The second upstairs room includes a Queen bed and a closet.

The basement includes a 1 king bedroom, 1 Queen bedroom, and one room which includes 2 twin beds. It also includes a full bathroom, laundry room, and a large living room area which has a SmartTV plus plenty of video and board games for all ages.

The entire property will be accessible. You will have access to four parking spaces on our driveway, plus two additional parking spots on the street. If you need additional parking beyond that, there is an overflow lot located nearby.

The main floor master bedroom includes its own private walkout, king sized bed, walk-in closet and private master bath complete with a six foot soaking tub. There is a second bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed.

Upstairs has 5 bedrooms, 2 of which have a pair of queen beds. The upstairs has a cozy loft that overlooks the kitchen and offers wonderful views of the lake. It's the perfect spot to relax with a good book or to gather with your crew for board games or cards, or turn a movie on for the kids at the end of the night. It also sports a shuffleboard table

The home features a large laundry room with 2 sets of front loading washer and dryer which are located adjacent to the 3 car heated garage.
