With 2 cozy bedrooms each featuring a Queen bed and a bunk bed - it's the perfect place for a wonderful getaway with family or friends. The cabin has a bathroom, spacious kitchen and cozy living room. The screened porch is amazing for night time gatherings. The Bunk House has the 3rd Bedroom and the 2nd Bathroom. The bedroom has a King bed. The bathroom with a vintage metal shower takes you back in time. It also has a small living room area.

Enjoy our 1 bedroom /1 bathroom "Little Cabin" at True North! It has a full kitchen, screened porch, washer/dryer & shares a 5-acre wooded lot with the adjacent Clubhouse -- which has a stretching/exercise room, outdoor hot tub & barrel sauna you can use. The Clubhouse is also available to rent separately, as is a one-room bunk house (3 bunks). The lot has a private tennis court & 1/4 mile walking trail. Nice streets to walk or ride in the neighborhood, and downtown Nisswa and the Paul Bunyan Trail are a short 1 mile walk, bike ride or drive away. DOG FRIENDLY! The cabin is professionally cleaned between every reservation.

This is an old hunters cabin, we think it's from the 50's or 60's but we're not sure. It heats using heating oil, and has electric baseboards, too.

You'll have the entire cabin to yourself! You'll share the tennis court, trail, hot tub, sauna and exercise/stretching room with any guests staying over at the Clubhouse (which is where those amenities are located). The Clubhouse is a 2 bed / 2 bath building that's available to rent separately from -- or together with -- this cabin.

Our place is on Hyland Avenue in the Roy Lake Heights neighborhood on the East side of Upper Roy Lake. There are some incredible year-round homes, as well as seasonal cabins...and is one of the closest streets to downtown Nisswa (less than a mile) that's on the Gull Lake chain. Downtown Nisswa has unique shops and fun places to eat (like Raffertys, A&W, Ye Olde Pickel Factory, Big Axe micro-brewery, Adirondack coffee and others). Winter hours for most places are a little scaled back, but summer hours are wide open. Grocery shopping is best at Schafer's (about 5-7 min drive) or you can go to Super Valu in Pequot Lakes (about 7-8 minute drive). Other great places to eat or visit in the area that are 5-15 minute drive like Grandview Lodge, the Pines Golf Course, Zorbaz, Bar Harbor Supper Club, Lost Lake Lodge, Sherwood Forest and a bunch of others. Craguns, Maddens and other resorts on Gull Lake with pools, tennis, golf, etc. are about a 20 minute drive on the west/south shores of Gull Lake.

Check out the Nisswa Chamber of Commerce at Nisswa (dot) com for activities scheduled year round -- lots happening in the summer. But checkout winter activities, too, like the Fall Festival in September, Oktoberfest in October, Festival of Lights Thanksgiving weekend in November and other holiday stuff in December.

Welcome to Wild Ridge Cabin! Nestled among the trees on the north shores of Lower Cullen Lake, this authentic log cabin has everything you need to enjoy the iconic Nisswa area. Enjoy days spent on the private dock and beach while watching the abundant wildlife on one of the clearest lakes in the area!

The property has a main cabin with two bedrooms (one king, one queen) and a large open loft with sleeping accommodations for six guests (two full beds, two twins) as well as a camp-themed cozy play area for younger guests. The large, main floor bathroom has a glass walk in shower, double sink and heated tile floors.

Gather around the large gas fireplace in the living room after preparing your group a meal in the fully stocked kitchen, which has service for 12. The kitchen is equipped with a blender, two crockpots, a Nutri Bullet, two electric griddles, as well as ample serving platters and bowls for entertaining. Essentials like flour, sugar, salt and a variety of cooking spices are available. Enjoy premium coffee from the Mocca Master in the mornings and toast with cocktails from the mini bar in the evenings. The living room has a stocked game cabinet with all the favorites as well as a smart TV for those rainy days when lake time isn't an option.

All beds throughout the property have luxe bamboo sheets and plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Multi-port chargers and satin eye masks are available bedside. The main cabin bedrooms have wide closets with pine dressers inside to allow for stowing and hanging clothes and belongings. Should laundry services be needed, there is a washer and dryer in the basement.

The detached bunkhouse has open sleeping/living accommodations for eight guests (four full sized bunk beds) and a large bathroom. A functional kitchenette provides service for 8 guests, including a Keurig coffee maker, full refrigerator, sink and microwave. There is a quaint living area with a smart TV, sofa and a stocked bookshelf for quieter times. Sip your morning coffee and plan your fishing route at the high-top table overlooking the lake.

The lower level of the bunkhouse has high top bar tables, table tennis and a variety of yard games at your disposal. There are multiple lake floats provided, including the popular Lily Pad float, as well as life jackets. Additional outdoor chairs and hammock available.

The lakeside deck has a large grill and dining seating for 8 as well as an additional outdoor lounge sectional for gathering and relaxing. Bistro lights are strung for al fresco meals in the evening before heading to the beach for 'smores around the smokeless fire pit. Sand toys are available for our younger guests!

Lower Cullen Lake is part of the Cullen Chain of Lakes, which include Middle and Upper Cullen. It has a public water access on the south side as well as a popular sandbar and sunken island. Great sunfish and bass fishing right off the dock and a nearby loon's nest provides ample options to both see and hear the majestic Minnesota state bird. If you're feeling adventurous take a canoe or kayak through the lake's narrow southern channel into Nisswa Lake, part of the Gull Lake Chain. In the winter months, the frozen lake provides a great track for groomed cross country skiing, snowshoeing and of course, ice fishing.

At the west end of the home’s private dirt road (1/4 mile) is the Paul Bunyan Trail, giving you access to miles of paved trail year round. Various mountain bikes (for both adults and children) are also available for use. The trail is groomed for snowmobiling in the winter months. Head 2 miles south into Nisswa for weekly turtle races, shopping, a stop at the park or one of the many family friendly dining options. Don’t forget your decadent treats at The Chocolate Ox or a glass of wine at Wine Down wine bar.

World class golf (The Preserve, The Classic at Madden’s, Cragun’s Legacy Courses, Deacon’s Lodge) are in close proximity to the property. Book yourself a spa day at Grandview's Glacial Waters Spa, only a 5-minute drive away.

- "I cannot say enough about this lovely lake house. We (a family of four) stayed here with another family of four and had the best time. The owners have impeccable taste and a sense of style and comfort. Everything - from the soap to the beddings to the dish ware - is high quality and carefully chosen in this home, so it feels like a true vacation. The teens enjoyed staying in the bunk house above the garage, where they had two full-sized (!) bunk beds and their own kitchenette and living space for watching movies and hanging out. We cooked up a storm each night in the high end main kitchen using all of the cooking tools we needed. I lament not knowing about this place when my children were small, as it is fully equipped with all sorts of toys and games for the younger set! We rented a pontoon on a different lake over at Cragen’s just 12 minutes away, which I recommend for a little day adventure. (Cragen’s has many boating options.) By night, we roasted marshmallows over the small pit fire under the stars. This was the perfect place to reconnect with old friends and get away from the city."

The cabin is very private, with a wooded driveway. Beautiful lake cabin with nice wide dock, perfect for lounging or launching. There are 2 kayaks available for you to use as well as 1 canoe (NOT a lake to swim or fish in). The property is located right on the Paul Bunyan Trail, so it is great for biking, walking, snowmobiling and other outdoor activities. It offers beautiful views and wildlife is abundant. We have deer, swans, geese, turtles, eagles and much more! The yard is level and large enough to play games. At night, come sit with your friends and family around the camp fire, listen to the loons and gaze up at the stars!

Lone Lake Lodge is nestled in a large 150 acre wooded area and includes its own small, private swimming lake (22acres) equipped with a dock, ladder, bench, paddle board, paddleboat, small non motorized fishing boat, and Kayak. There is no beach on Lone Lake keeping with the natural serenity of the surroundings. The property backs up to Fritz Loven park with miles of hiking trails and cross country skiing right in the backyard. The lake is perfect for swimming, and paddle boarding in the summer, or skating, and cross country skiing in the winter. Some of the best snowmobiling trails in the country are located just a few miles away with access right outside the lodge driveway. There is plenty of room for sled trailers in the parking area of the lodge.

Fall at the lodge offers all the beauty of the colorful Minnesota landscape right in the backyard with the birch, and pine trees showcasing their changing colors overlooking the majestic acreage surrounding the water.

Lone Lake does not have public water access, and is non motorized making it your private, quite, water retreat! All you will hear are the call of the loons, swans and geese in the morning and the visits from the many wildlife that do venture into the back yard on occasion. At night, the northern lights have been known to make an appearance, and a celestial concert in the sky can be seen most nights featuring all the stars, planets and satellites seen with the naked eye.

The lodge is located a 1/4 mile from the Gull Lake boat launch near Zorbaz. For those who may want to venture out on Gull Lake, 2 boat rental companies (Gull Lake Marina, Lake fun Rentals) are available across the street from the launch. There are also a few public beaches and many restaurants along the shores of Gull Lake. A few miles down the road is “Ski Gull” open year round featuring skiing, snowboarding and tubing in the winter and zip lining and mountain biking in the summer. Amazing golf courses and mini golf for all abilities are also just minutes away. The quaint town of Nisswa is 2 miles away and will fulfill desires the any shopping enthusiasts. A fully stocked grocery and liquor store is a quick drive down the road making this property the perfect year round family vacation get away!!

All Summer rentals are a 4 night minimum stay with holiday’s being slightly higher per night / 4 night minimum. 3 day rentals may be approved are upon request. 2 night minimum during the off season.

Campers, motorhomes or RV type vehicles are not allowed to be parked in the driveway or used for additional guests. A maximum of 8 guests is allowed.
Hunting or shooting of any kind on any of the surrounding property is strictly prohibited. Smoking of any kind also is prohibited in or around the lodge with the exception of the fire pit area. Fines may be accessed on any of the above infractions.

The lake on the property is pretty but not swimmable for our group. This was not an issue though since there are many beaches close by. We liked Pelican and Whipple beaches. Loved our stay!"

Beautiful, newly remodeled 1 bedroom, 3/4 bath cabin with a loft and screened in porch located directly on the north side of Gladstone Lake. With the loft, the cabin sleeps 7 comfortably. The cabin is situated 30 ft from the lake. It is an easy walk with a gradual slope down to the sandy beach. Enjoy gorgeous, breath taking sunsets in the evening. The cabin is located in the heart of the beautiful and historical Brainerd Lakes Area. The cabin is just minutes south of Nisswa but only 10 miles north of Brainerd.

Gladstone lake has a sandy bottom to swim, tube, water ski, or relax and enjoy. No muck on the bottom. Enjoy fishing and lakeside campfires or just relaxing in the screened in porch. Practice your golf game at the cabin with a one-hole coarse. Fairway with a dog leg to the right. Or practice your chipping, before heading to one of many gorgeous and well known golf courses. The Nisswa and Brainerd area are known for the fine dining, shopping and many activities for kids of all ages. There are over 15 well known golf courses within 20 minutes of the cabin. There are several activities for the kids to enjoy while mom or dad are golfing. Beside swimming at the cabin, head into Brainerd where the kids can drive the go-carts, play mini golf, rent out the batting cages, and participate in the famous Turtle Races that are held every Wednesday at noon during the Summer months. The Cabin is also located just off the Bike Trail that goes from Brainerd to Pequot Lakes. Games on the property for use and entertainment include, croquet, bocce ball, badminton, bean bag toss, tubes for relaxing in the lake or tubing behind a boat. Also a swing set with climbing wall, swings, slide. Inside activities include, 5 different game boards, cribbage board, deck of cards, yahtzee.

The cabin has a fully functional kitchen with all new and modern appliances. Sorry no dishwasher. It is fully stocked with all the kitchen essentials; all you need to do is provide the food! The floor plan includes an open living room. The master bedroom is located on the main level and the loft has three single beds in it. The cabin does come with the essential bedding for each bed. I also provide bath towels, wash clothes to be used inside the house. I do have a 55in TV in the living room and a 42in TV in the loft entertainment area. Both are hooked up to cable. There is a regular DVD player provided as well. Bring your own PS4 or Xbox. The cabin has a wall A/C unit downstairs in the living room and one in the loft. Along with a grill, right outside the front door. The guest will have access to the full cabin. Beautiful property with over 4 1/2 acres of land. 220 ft of lake shore. You will also be able to get into the storage unit for all outside games, life jackets, etc.

The loft is multi-level that includes a 12' x 12' entrainment room for the kids. There is a secluded hidden play room for the kids to make into their vacation fort. There is a Kayaks to use on the property. Bring your own boat or you can rent mine. I have a boat lift at the dock for rent during your stay as well. The boat has a 25 hp motor, live well, and removable seats. Also have a pontoon to rent. It is a fish and pleasure pontoon. 21 ft. pontoon with a 60 hp, 4stroke motor, holds 12 people, fish locator, life jackets. Gull Haven 700 is a beautiful cabin in the Gull Haven area of our resort, that is closest to the parking area. It has two bedrooms, and three full bathrooms that allow six guests to stay comfortably. It is just a short walk to the popular sandy beach, which allows for more privacy that lakefront cabins lack. Gull Haven 700 is a perfect place for a relaxing getaway, where you are sure to be refreshed when you depart. Make sure to enjoy your morning brew in the sunroom, where you are surrounded by large windows and serene nature views. The sunroom, located just off the dining room and kitchen, would be an ideal place to enjoy lunch in between lake activities. For dinner, make sure to grill up a delicious dinner on the private charcoal grill, or tell old family stories around an outdoor firepit while watching the sunset. Play a not-so-friendly game of poker, while the kids are hanging out with friends on the playground. Gull Haven 700 is a traditional vacation spot, perfect for new memories to be made.

SMART-LOCK SYSTEM:
All Gull Lake Beach Resort properties are secured with Smart-Lock systems located on the front door and potentially throughout the unit. The 4-digit access code is unique to each reservation and should never be shared.

GUEST COMMUNICATION:
After you book your reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation email along with your reservation specific rental agreement, that needs to be e-signed and returned before your check-in date. 48-hours prior to your check-in date, you will be emailed your check-in information that includes critical information for your stay. We are happy to provide check-in information earlier than 48-hours upon request and returned signed rental agreement.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
We recognize that planning a trip can be stressful, so we want to ease your mind by breaking up the payments! If your booking is less than 120 days prior to check-in, the deposit will be 75% due at time of the booking instead of what's listed below. If booking within less than 60 days of your stay, payment is due in full at time of booking. We are also more than happy to accept payments in smaller increments if reservation follows traditional payment schedule that is shared below.

DAMAGE FEE BREAKDOWN:
Security Fee: In lieu of a security deposit (with exception), we provide up to $3,000 of damage protection for $79 plus taxes. This VRD fee is required and non-refundable. This plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during the renter's stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. Any damages that exceed $3,000 plus applicable fees will be charge to the credit card on file.

SUPPLY STARTER KIT:
Our Starter Kit includes a roll of paper towels, dish sponge, dishwasher pods, trash bags, dish soap, a small pack of coffee, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. It is just enough to get you started in our rentals, so you can relax first and visit the store later!

- "We really enjoyed it. Great proximity to the lake, and really comfortable for the five of us. The only suggestion is to either push up the check in time or push back the check out time. Having a 4pm check in, combined with a 10am check out, essentially wipes out a full day that could be enjoyed on the lake on either end. Exiting guests are asked to strip the beds, do the dishes, etc., so it seems like a 6 hour window is excessive for cleaning. Other than that, it was a great stay, and we'll probably be back."

We are offering for rent our 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom very private west facing cabin and guest cabin on Roy Lake in Nisswa MN. Roy is a very clean and beautiful 350 acres lake and is part of the 15,000 acre Gull Lake Chain for endless boating and fun! This is the perfect property for families offering a completely remodeled & air conditioned property with a main floor Queen bedroom and bathroom. The upstairs offers a lake view loft with a full size futon leading to a large bedroom offering 2 queen beds and a full private bath. 10 feet from the main cabin you will find the guest cabin, also remodeled & air conditioned with a TV/living area area, single bunk beds, a queen bed in the living area and a private queen bedroom and another full bath. The outside gives you a mix of sun and shade, new large lakeside deck and lots of seating room around the fire-pit. There is a sand shoreline, swimming raft, dock, kayak, canoe and paddle boat available for your use. Located in a very nice bay facing west for great sunsets and extended afternoons. Our neighbors are full time retired residents so we really cater to families and those who will have fun and enjoy the property but not intrude on their relaxation either. Catch fish right off the dock while you visit with family and watch the kids swim!

The house and guest cabin were clean and just right for space for 4 adults and 4 kids, the land around the property was beautiful and spacious for playing, relaxing and having fires, and the lake area is wonderful—I’ve never seen lake water as clear as it was around the dock at this place! Work remotely from Merrifield with our High Speed WiFi (300 mbps), your boss said it’s ok….or enjoy the lake ALL DAY with complementary kayaks and SUP in the summer, launch your boat just down the road and park it at the dock. Additional water toys and sand toys are in the shed for your family to enjoy. Relax at the lake with the family or just a couple of friends with your favorite beverage and take in the Minnesota sunsets while listening to the amazing loons. The night wouldn’t be right if you didn’t wrap it up with a crackling fire and s’mores!

On the main level Sunset Vista Cottage features a large updated kitchen with granite and new appliances and all the cooking utensils you’ll need; a bar top height table for two with a view in the kitchen; a large oak dining table for the crew; a wine fridge; Kuerig coffee maker; washer and dryer; master bedroom with tv and en suite bath; walk in closet; a pack n play for your little one; air conditioning; and a gas grill.

In the walkout basement we have a second bedroom (queen bed); a full bath; 65” inch flat screen with Netflix included; WiFi; and a pullout sleeper sofa along with a bunk bed for the kids for extra sleeping space; a record player with some old and new vinyl tucked away in the bedroom closet; and plenty of games for the kids.

Down by the lake we have a fire pit and plenty of chairs, a picnic table, and of course a hammock for an afternoon nap. We have a nice little sand beach for the kids to play in and to just hang out and catch some rays. We have two kayaks and a SUP along with a shed full of beach toys and some fishing gear you are free to use. We have a nice shallow shore line which is great for the kiddos swimming, however if the water drops a little bit, docking the boat can be a challenge. In 2023 we are going to add a few sections of dock which should help with this. Fishing is pretty good here. You’ll find all the panfish you need for the kids to catch ‘em all day long about 100 yards off the dock. Rumor has it there is some good bass and walleye fishing too.. ;-)

- "Wonderful place to stay." - "Janet was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The water toys were an added benefit and the house was great for two couples to have gathering space as well as space to ourselves. Very clean and great access to the Paul Bunyan trail for biking." - "This property was wonderful for my family of 5 and parents. It had everything we could possibly need and more. We especially appreciated the pack n play and high chair for our 2 year old. Our kids enjoyed the sand toys, hammock, kayaks and toys in the lower level. The water is very shallow and clear which for our family was great. We didn’t have to worry about the kids getting into too deep of water while they played. We visited Nisswa twice which was a short 15 min drive away. Cute Main Street with shops, restaurants and The Chocolate Ox for candy/ice cream. Yum! Our *only* complaint was the house was very warm. We had great weather all weekend but the AC was clearly not working which by evening the house temp was over 80 degrees. There were multiple fans in the house which helped but we would’ve appreciated a screen on the upper level bedroom window to cool off the room at night. A screen on the front door would also have helped get a nice cross breeze in the house. We had to keep these closed to not allow bugs inside. All in all it was a relaxing Memorial Weekend and we hope to return again in the future!"

Thanks for a fantastic week, hope to be back next year! Oh, almost forgot to thank you for the s’mores box! We had a fire in the fire pit one night to enjoy those!"

Love the quick walk into Nisswa - made it to the Turtle Races on Wednesday this time around. Perfect boating on Nisswa Lake and cruising the Gull chain. Kids and adults loved using the paddle boards, swimming off the dock and playing on the beach. We rented a boat for 3 days plus a chair style tube and water ski trainer, a Lilly pad, and a jet-ski for one day."
