The contact phone number on the reservation was not accurate, it was some guy's personal number in Los Angeles. For Hotels/Expedia Help, had to first go through AI Chat, then some unhelpful chat with a guy named "Christian" who disconnected me without my problem being resolved but did give me a "1-800" number to call. The call was awful, had to go through many unrelated menus before finally being asked to start inputing my data which I didn't readily have available and I gave up. Finally, through a stroke of luck, was able to discover our reservation was instead at a timeshare management company at a different location that was incorrectly using the name of a building they didn't own in the Hotels.com listing, and after we drove up there, they tried to charge us again though we had already paid weeks in advance."

- "A group of girls and I went up to this cabin for a weekend and had a great time! The cabin was very clean, fully stocked, and had plenty of space for everyone. I really liked that there were twin bed options versus multiple queen beds. The property was beautiful and very close to the Breezy Point resort. I did have a little scuffle with the property owners; there was some miscommunication with them that was a mistake completely on my end; however, when confronted, the owners talked down to me and assumed I had bad intentions which was never my plan. I didn’t appreciate being talked down to, and it put a damper on my experience. However, I understand why the owners may have been upset, and it was a mistake on my end. Other than that, the experience was perfect and I would HIGHLY recommend this cabin to anyone looking to stay in breezy. It is even better than in the pictures!!"

It was about a 10-minute drive to the shopping/restaurant area in Nisswa. My only criticism would be that the water pressure for the shower wasn't the best. Would recommend to others."

Warmer weather brings bonfires and pontoon cruises…winter snowfall gives every snowmobiler endless possibilities of the up north Minnesota trails. Being right on the shore of Pelican Lake will allow you to take a boat or icehouse out to fish, water ski, wakeboard/surf, cross-country ski, and even snowshoe across the lake.

With two bedrooms, and a four-season porch with a sleeper sofa (and doors to close it off), there is plenty of privacy for couples or families. Sleeps up to 8 guests. 1-queen bed, 1-full bed, a 1-twin bed, 1-pull out full sleeper sofa, and 1-pull out queen sleeper sofa. If preferred, a queen air mattress is also available for guests.

The dock area is quite weedy so no swimming off the dock but was still able to get our 19’ boat into the dock through the path in the lily pads. Worked very well for a nice bonfire. - "The adorably decorated and well-stocked cottage was a perfect getaway for our family (parents plus our young adult kids). A person could legitimately pack their clothing, personal toiletries, and food and beverages, and be set. We overpacked. We enjoyed our time on the lake, bonfires on the beach, and card/dice games on the patio. The sandy beach was clean and would be great for little kids to build sandcastles there and older kids can enjoy the swimming dock to jump from. We used the canoe and kayaks, and brought our own paddle boards to lounge on the lake and catch the sunsets. The lake is overall quiet and calm. Residents were out on their pontoons and jet-skis waterskiing. Breezey Point Resort is less than ten minutes away and we rented a pontoon from there for a day. We looked into renting a pontoon/boat to have on the lake, but ended up going this route -- less hassle and expense. The location is ideal, as you're 10-15 minutes away from Nisswa and Pequot Lakes for coffee runs, shopping, eating out, or hitting Big Ax Brewery. Nisswa has turtle racing on Wednesdays. (Although, I recommend making the trek to the Turtle Race Capitol of Longville for a better experience.) Maci, the owner's older golden retriever, was adorable and sweet. Sue and Brian were great hosts. And somehow, magically, delivered the best weather of the summer for us. Thanks for a great stay."

Come enjoy your vacation on beautiful pelican lake. Lower unit of cabin is ready for you to come and relax. It has its own furnished patio and the grill is ready to go. Lower level walkout to huge lake front yard with hammocks and plenty of space for outdoor yard games. Sandy beach to kick off your shoes and enjoy with fire pit right on the beach. Space to park your boat and plenty of water toys and beach toys for the kids to enjoy! Paddle boards, paddle boat, kayaks, canoes, water trampoline, tubes, and sand toys. Hot tub and out door showers. This place is perfect for spending the long summer days outside. The unit is furnished and linens and kitchen/bath towels are provided. Prime location to restaurants, bars, and golf. Upper portion of cabin is used on and off by my family and I. Come in the fall for the leaves changing. Rent a pontoon and cruise the lake looking at all the fall colors. Hiking and atv trails available in surrounding area really close to Paul Bunyan trail.

Our 4yo spent many many hours in the pirate ship play area! He didnt want to go back home! The hot tub was excellent. It was especially wonderful to sit in it on foggy evenings with a view of the lake. The house is very well equipped - well stocked kitchen, great internet / wifi, smart tv, fire place and more! Heidi was very responsive to any questions that we had. She gave us some great travel tips as well - all while maintaining appropriate distance. You should be aware that this is the downstairs level that you enter from the side door of the yard. Heidi and her family live upstairs. They were incidentally away for part of our stay."

This rustic log cabin has a primary bedroom with a queen-sized bed, window air/heat unit and a ceiling fan. A beautiful 3/4 bathroom with shower, an open-air loft with two full sized beds for additional sleeping.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary to cook a full meal, along with a gas range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee station.

There is a large TV mounted above the stone fireplace which has recently been converted to gas. Perfect to take the fall chill out and provide an additional heat source. Seating for eight in the kitchen and hand-hewn log furniture completes the rustic look in the living room.

**Please note the bunkhouse is seasonal and is unavailable Oct. - April.**. The outside space has a front patio for dinning, a rear patio for relaxing, and a fire pit for evening bonfires. On the weekends you can kickback, put your feet up and listen to live music coming from the Dockside Lounge or walk a couple blocks and enjoy the free, outdoors entertainment in person.

Need a little extra space? This cabin comes with cute little bunkhouse with an extra 3/4 bath, additional sleeping space, and a kitchenette equipped with a sink, mini fridge, and a microwave.

- "Great location. Owners are fantastic. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Spent most of our time in the front yard!" - "Pros: Very very clean, which was wonderful. Really nice soft sheets! Nice upgrades all over, plenty of outlets and cool dimming lights. Lots of kitchen accessories, everything you could need. Strong WiFi! The loft is super great for kids, the fans were much appreciated in the hot weather. Very nice coffee pot, amazing grill. Dishwasher was a fabulous amenity. We cooked a lot due to allergies and it’s easier/cheaper to cook at home so the kitchen was very appreciated and used quite a bit. Cons: AC units are bit noisy. Very sandy outside the house which made its way into the house, felt like we had to clean a lot. No place to hang wet swimsuits or wet bath towels. No screen porch meant we were all stuck inside during rainy days which got a little cramped after a while. Extra: The bunk house is a fun little addition if there are more people staying, and great to have access to a second bathroom. So much to do in the area! Beach and ice cream within walking distance. Tons of mini golf and shopping! Could hear some live music from Dockside so that was nice. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommend. "
