The units are located up the hill and overlook the Med. Sea. The short walk down to the private and staffed beach was always clean and cared for. The room view is amazing and the room clean and spacious. The staff is excellent (and I am not saying that lightly). Across the street is another Hilton property and one has access to their facilities (i.e., Restaurants'/Spa). I got in 3 sessions of tennis with the resort pro/master on the clay courts (very well cared for) during our 7 days. In Chia, which has a remote feel to it, not crowded with views of the mountains to the north, the 'flamingo' lagoon to the east and the sea to the south. We walked up the hill to our unit, but the resort has staff driven carts to get one up or down and over to the beach or the other Hilton Resort. This resort was worth every penny/euro that we spent!"

It has a lot of free parking but on our, very late, arrival it took us a while to find a space due to some sort of event. It is only 5 minutes drive from a little town that has some great restaurants. We were only in Palau for 2 days at the end of September so we didn’t get to take advantage of all of the amenities but we’d definitely select this place again. The villas were clean and comfortable, the kitchens had the basic necessities for cooking/ eating in (plates, glasses, utensils, coffee maker, stove, refrigerator etc) and there is a washing machine to do laundry if needed. The outdoor space surrounding the villa is also quite large with beautiful view of the water in the distance. Maddalena at reception was incredibly friendly and warm and shared a number of suggestions for the area. The on-site Mali bar was a great place to grab a cappuccino and breakfast before heading out for the day. It’s about a 7- 10 minute drive to downtown Palau where you’ll find many restaurants and shops. Overall, we enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. "

Convenient to the center and near the Cinta beach.

The restaurant is perfect for two people, having a double bedroom and a large open space with a kitchenette. Here is placed a sofa that can be converted into two separate beds, which can be used for another adult and a child.

The building, recently renovated, is not large (30sqm), but includes a large covered terrace, where you can have lunch and dinner systematically, without hindering the interior. Furthermore, being exposed to the east, it allows you to take the sun directly from home.

All around there is a green park cared for by gardeners with olive trees and paved walkways. In addition, children are allowed to play in the shade and ride a bike.

In the area differentiated "door to door" collection is carried out, but in the village it is carried out in the evening at a private collection point (at the entrance of the property), where a person in charge will receive the waste, duly differentiated from the tenant, as indicated from a table placed in the apartment itself.

If necessary, for any need, in the village itself, there is a caretaker, a key holder, always available to solve any problem.

The kitchen area is modern and the balcony sufficient. We liked having the communal outdoor shower which was better than the shower in the property. The bathroom is not great I’m afraid, the water was just a trickle but a little better when the plumber came to help. The shower is very small. Just one thing - The bed needs replacing as the springs make a loud noise every time you move. This property itself does not have its own garden like others on site as it is on the first floor, there is a communal grass area. Washing machines are communal and on site €4 for a large load. The house is located within the Residence La Perla Del Mare, just 50 meters from the beautiful Lu Bagnu beach. Lu Bagnu is the beach of Castelsardo, where a small tourist village has grown up, connected by a 3 km pedestrian walkway to the historic center of Castelsardo.

Inside this small village, you can find everything you need for your holidays without having to use the car: supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, crafts, small markets with local products, and activities for children. The marina for boat rentals, from where trips to the Maddalena Archipelago also depart, is 1 km from the house.

The strengths of the house include the proximity to the beach; the green and shaded areas within the residence where children can play in total tranquility; the 2 swimming pools, tennis and bocce courts, and a small games room with table football; all the main services within walking distance.

Access to the beach from the residence is private, served by outdoor showers and bathrooms; the beach is free, large, and sandy. The panoramic swimming pool by the sea, equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas and with a lifeguard, consists of two basins, one of which is shallow at 40 cm for children. The pool is open from June 15th to September 15th.

Next to the pool, there is a tennis court and a bocce court, as well as ping-pong. Concierge service is available. The house overlooks the internal gardens and the paths that lead to the beach; it does not have a sea view.

The house is a studio of about 48 square meters, with a piece of furniture acting as a divider between the living area and the sleeping area: in the living area, the sofa bed turns into 2 comfortable single beds (the second bed can be stored under the other like a drawer); in the sleeping area, there is a double bed and a wardrobe. The kitchenette is well equipped. The veranda, always shaded, is very cool and furnished for outdoor dining.

In the house: Bed and bath linen are included. Internet connection is available only in the communal space near the caretaker's office and near the pool.
