The hotel is very private with access from the road via secure gates only. It is within it's own grounds surrounded by beautiful private gardens where there are lots of areas to sit peacefully. Staff were very accomodating and extremely friendly. Service was excellent with high staff to guest ratio. Nothing too much trouble. On departure day a taxi was ordered for us and as we were leaving slightly before the official start time of breakfast, staff kindly arranged for us to have breakfast a little earlier which was very much appreciated. Silver service breakfast was wonderful and lots of choice. Overall a truly memorable stay and we will certainly be returning. "
