The apartment is located in an elegant apartment complex with a luxurious communal swimming pool. On the first floor, it is newly and tastefully furnished and includes a veranda and a private roof terrace with magnificent views of the sea, the mountains and Tavolara island. Convenient location – within 2/3 km are many top Sardinian beaches (sandy and shallow water or rocky and high water): Cala Brandinchi, Capo Coda Cavallo, Cala Girgolu and its famous pools, Porto Taverna, Punta Molara, Puntaldia, La Cinta, etc. A car is recommended. Very close to the apartment are also sandy beaches with shallow waters which are perfect for children.

- "The apartment is better than in the pictures, very clean, spacious, good views and confortable (great bed and pillow). The location is perfect to enjoy Chia beaches: is quite near and you have services (you go to buy bread, food, to a bar or restaurant walking) because is in a small town, not in the mountain or road. Aldo is really nice, he explained everything about the apartment and gave us a lot of information and advices about the zone, maps, restaurants and beaches and was available for questions, advices,...
