- "The property is in an excellent location. It is quite hilly around Cagliari but it's good for you! The room we stayed in was beautifully stylish. I loved that we had the use of a roof terrace abundant with flowering plants and plenty of tables and chairs for all. We weren't expecting breakfast but were surprised to receive cards for the local Piccolo cafe and restaurant where we could have a small continental breakfast each day. It was a pleasant surprise. The only thing I would say is that we weren't so keen on was that our room being at the front of the building was quite noisy from early in the morning until quite late at night and we had a very noisy fridge which rattled a lot. Property felt neglected as we had to terminate the ants getting into the room, they were crawling all over the walls and sidewalk as you enter the suite. Staff were accommodating and upgraded our suite due to this issue. Staff was accommodating and knowledgeable about the area, they were very friendly and we definitely enjoyed hanging out with the villa kitties. Overall we would return to this location again with some ant poison. "

- "Great place for us near to Sant Elmo marina where we keep our boat." - "Unfortunatelly I've got an awful experience. I got to the hotel about 14:30hs rang the bell many times and no aswer, then I decided to call to them and no-one picked the phone! A helpful neigbour tolld me the owner doesn't live in and then call them back, it was back them 19:00hs! At 19:30 the owners arrived( AFTER FIVE HOURES WAITING) No appologies, no explanation was given to me; when I wanted to explain to them what just happend the lady stopped me and said " i don't speak English or Spanish Mr. the room cost £... in cash" That was all. That was my only day in Cagliari completely ruined.."
