The apartment is really nice and spacious and pretty modern for Italian standards. It has 2 floors; on the "ground floor" (which is located on the 3rd floor of the building) there is the living room, kitchen, master bedroom and a really modern bathroom with a fantastic shower. On the 2nd floor there is another bedroom and another bathroom. The couch on the ground floor is a fold-out so you could even stay there with 6 persons but it might be a little crammed there. It was only the 2 of us so plenty of space. We also really liked the balcony where we had breakfast every morning and spent quite some time in the late afternoon and evening having a drink. A cooling bag, umbrellas and beach chairs are available which we thought was a great plus as it allows you to roam all the beautiful and quiet beaches in the area without having to rent sunbeds etc. The washing machine in the apartment was also a great plus for us. Porto Torres in itself isn't the most vibrant city in Sardegna but it's a really great starting point to explore the area as Alghero, Stintino, Sassari and Castelsardo are all within a 30 min. drive. All in all we had a great stay in Porto Torres and I'd recommend this place and Sardegna in general to everyone!"

Our mini-apartments, with a light rustic touch, consist of a small living room, equipped with a kitchenette under the stairs and a bathroom with services. A flight of stairs leads to the mezzanine which offers a comfortable attic sleeping area.

Porto Torres is a town on the northwest coast of Sardinia, in an area known for the beauty of its coastline and for its excellent sea connections that make it one of the main access points to the island from France, Spain and Genoa. It is located on the Gulf of Asinara, home to the natural park and marine reserve of the same name. This area of the island has a long history, from the Neolithic to the Phoenicians, from the Romans to the Spanish, who have marked this environment leaving very interesting historical, architectural and archaeological sites. The prehistoric site of Su Crucifissu Mannu or the Roman Domus of the Mosaics are definitely worth a visit. There are also ancient gastronomic traditions that you can get to know during the many festivals that take place especially in the spring and summer months, such as the fish festival, or typical musical events and of course the sailing regattas that take place in good weather and attract sailors from all over Europe. Also know that it has lots of stairs from the street. If you have trouble navigating stairs you do not need to stay here. After a couple of days, I had awesome gluts!
