This said, a generally disappintong experience. There is little to no internet in the room and around the premises. The only place that has stable internet is the reception area, and forget about a data connection most places. The beaches are way nicer outside of the resort so what's the point of staying here for the beach? Bike rental is advertised as free on expedia but they charge €25 day, which is €15 more than the competing resort of Asinara park hotel closer to Stintino. Breakfast is lackluster and does not meet expectations for this price point. Maintanance issues around the property. Our room was nice but a vastly overprized resort for what it delivers."

Restaurant next door was delicious and friendly staff. Choice of local small beaches, or get the €1 bus to pelosa or the beaches by stintino. She had many great suggestions of thing to do and was able to check availability and book. The residence was spotless and well equipped, very quiet location, ideal for a relaxed holiday. Nothing was too difficult to provide and when we found the plates and cutlery available was limited, this was all sorted very quickly. We were provided with hairdryer and toaster, special electrical plugs, etc. Just ask if you would want anything and usually it is available. The rooms are very spacious. The beaches nearby were also great small and many virtually private – snorkelling great, with many fish varieties. For some of the beaches it is best to have rubber shoes as they are a bit pebbly. We also did not have any serious problem with the mosquitoes – Claudia advised on what to do and also provided all the equipment. The bathroom had just been refurbished to an excellent standard. The mini market nearby is reasonable and has fresh bread daily. There are also other shops in the same shopping area. The swimming pool in the hotel next door had just opened and was good but if you need umbrella, etc the price for the day goes up to €15 per person, a bit steep for a family. For best internet, ask for a room nearer to the office. Also, ideally rent a car, as the bus services generally run hourly."

Garden: The house has a porch with a lovely private garden, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the old port of Stintino and its fantastic sunsets.

ACCESS FOR GUESTS
Guests can reach the house via Via Frecce Tricolori no. 9 (the road is signposted as a pedestrian zone, but guests can pass safely by car as they are authorised by a municipal permit).

The house has free parking, adjacent to the entrance gate, which guests will find open. Continuing along an avenue with flower beds and rose bushes, you will reach the front door of the house.

It will be possible to check in with the owner of the structure or in complete autonomy, thanks to a small safe (located outside near the entrance, with the keys inside).

In the case of self check-in, the host will send guests the opening code via phone call or chat upon arrival.
