Hunters Lodge is a beautifully furnished, one bedroom, detached luxury house, with a small exclusive pool and pool house and a substantial deck. The property is easily accessible via a white (stony) road and in a private setting. Surrounded only by green with mountain views, peaceful and secluded but not isolated. It's rare to find independent properties just for two without having to share a garden and swimming pool. The Lodge sits adjacent to the main house, Villa Antonio but the gardens surrounding the house and the Lodge are separated, screened and fenced to ensure privacy. Hunters Lodge is elegant, spacious and unique and fully equipped.
5 minutes drive to a historic old town with all amenities and only 15 minutes away by car from the bustling towns of Sarnano and San Ginesio with markets and restaurants. 45 minutes to the nearest beach and 25 minutes to the mountains.
We, the owners, occupy a building adjacent to Hunters Lodge and share the car park so we are available if you require any help or advice but we do everything to ensure that your privacy is respected at all times.

During the careful renovation of the stone house, we have taken care to preserve the original architecture. The house enjoys, located on the 1800 m2 of land, surrounded by fields, a wonderfully quiet location with stunning views. However, it has also the advantage of being able to reach the place with a restaurant and small supermarket in 5 minutes. A holiday home ideal for families. Feel comfortable in our Rustico. On 2 floors we have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You like to cook, not a problem in our well-equipped kitchen on the first floor. Make yourself comfortable in the living room on the ground floor. Enjoy the culinary delights of Italy in the shade of the pergola on the terrace or in the spacious living room with an open log fire in the cooler months. There is a pool, turn off in the rest of the large garden and for children a paradise to play and run. Here, everyone finds their favorite spot!

Alfresco dining, for relaxing breakfasts, languid lunches and dinner, is situated alongside a luxury kitchen. Five minutes drive from Sant' Angelo with its supermarket, bars, three restaurants, pharmacy and bank. Adriatic sandy beaches with safe bathing and fresh fish restaurants are less than an hour's drive. Mountain drives and walks, lake swimming, canoes, etc, all 50 minutes away. - "The apartment is just around the corner of the bars and restaurants of Gabbicce Monte, which have a great view of the ocean and resorts down below. The nice beach resort of Gabicce Mare is less than 5 minutes away." - "We stayed for a week here at the end of October. The location is perfect, we were able to walk to town or it is a quick 30 min drive to Rimini or Pesaro and so many other places. The views are spectacular from every room - even in the bathroom you can see the Adriatic.! Panoramas are within a mile and 5 minutes to the beach. The apartment itself was immaculate with everything you can imagine in the kitchen and sooo much space! Giorgia and Alessander were the perfect hosts. Hugs all around when we left. We will definitely return."

Elegant and comfortable recently built property, designed with good taste and attention to detail. The main entrance opens onto the living room divided into a dining area and a relaxation area with the presence of a beautiful fireplace. Adjacent to the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen. In the sleeping area there are two elegant double bedrooms, a bedroom with double beds, a study with sofa bed and three bathrooms, two of which are in the bedroom and a main one with a large whirlpool bath and a beautiful hydromassage shower.
The villa also has a large, fully illuminated outdoor area where you can enjoy the beautiful private swimming pool, from which you can admire the wonderful panorama of the Sibillini mountains.
