Instead, we had to key in all our information outside the hotel which was not user friendly. We had to reenter information several times before we could get it to work properly, and also scan our passports etc. I called the number but did not reach anyone to answer our questions about how to solve the glitchy keypad entry issues. We were lucky that someone who works there happened to come by and helped us retrieve our key from a locked box that was different than all the other key boxes and she didn't know how to open it. She called someone and someone answered, and she got help. The room was fine, had a nice view, so were satisfied with our stay once we finally were able to check in. HOWEVER, now upon reviewing my credit card statement, I was charged TWICE for the stay! Please arrange a refund, and perhaps you should even consider refunding part of the cost of staying there due to this and the other problems I outlined! "

We visited the castello in the afternoon and did not wait around for restaurants to open at 8 PM. So we just picked up a sandwich at the shopping center and took it back to the hotel."

- "We were so glad to find Oriano and his accommodation in Urbino. It was our favorite spot of our trip. The photos don't do justice to the space which is a nicely upgraded historic home. It is comfortable and has many thoughtful touches. It is also right in the historic Urbino fortress and so very easy to explore the city from the inside out. Note that there is no parking right at the accommodation. There is paid parking closer by, or free parking (a bit of a trek) up the hill behind. We chose the free parking which worked well for us, but good to know before hand."

- "A lovely farmhouse with all amenities you need and plenty of space. It is peaceful with stunning views and the pool is relaxing. Fillipo and his family are very friendly and attentive. They came to clean the pool frequently and his father gave us some bottles of wine from the vineyard! It is a 15minute drive or so to the town and supermarket, although the road is very bumpy with loose stones and steep hills. Mosquitos were a problem when we went in August so it is best to bring some repellent. Also, the farmhouse had plenty of space but it is more open planned than we were expecting with not many doors between the bedrooms if you require privacy. This was not so much a problem for us as we were a large family. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay! Thanks!"
