- "The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. On the first floor with a lift. Very clean and well designed. The hosts have tried to think of everything guests might need. The bathroom, thougn small, had a shower with good water pressure and plently of hot water. Also a much appreciated washing machine. The location is excellent. Walkable (mostly under porticos) from the train/bus station dragging suitcases. On the edge of the University district and walkable to all parts of central Bologna. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Coop supermarket around the corner.The only disappoinment was that the canal over which the apartment has fine views from the two good sized windows, was empty. We did hear some crowd noise on weekend nights but it did not disturb sleep. Hosts are lovely people with some English. They responded quickely via Vrbo website. Communication was not a problem.
