The space
As our name suggests, Koura Bay Golf Resort has accommodation, restaurant, bar and pro-shop set on our own manicured 9-hole / 18-tee golf course. Panoramic views of the ocean and mountains from everywhere in the resort.
Reception and Pro-shop open 9am - 6pm. Barista and Bar open from 9am.
Restaurant opens September for lunch and dinner - bookings recommended.
All accommodation is course-side. Every room is set up for comfortable relaxation. Enjoy!

Guest access
Look for our sign on SH1 @ BayPaddock Road (just a couple of minutes north of Kaikoura). Then about 1km look for the Golf Course sign and entrance of Koura Bay Resort - and drive all the way into our guest carpark.
Either come to Reception or if arriving late, use the Guest Entrance and Room number you will have been provided.
If you think you will arrive after 6pm (or 5pm during Winter) - please call Reception for late access information. Thanks :)

Our new restaurant, Graze, launches September 2025 for lunch, long lunch and dinner - noon to 8pm.
Off peak season 1 May to 31 October open Thursday to Sunday.
Peak season 1 November to April 30 - open 7 days.
