Welcome to your home sweet home (for the duration of your stay at least)! We're the new kids on the block to Airbnb (hence the few reviews) but we're keen to impress!

Please note that this is an inner-city apartment, so don't be surprised by the usual city noises — pedestrians walking past, cars driving, and the occasional siren. But we've got you covered with blackout blinds in the bedroom for a restful sleep, however a bit of light does creep through the corners.

BEDROOM: Located upstairs, with a cosy queen-size bed and soft, high quality linen to ensure a restful sleep.

For the hotter nights, there is a portable standing fan in the bedroom wardrobe for your use. You'll also find plenty of storage for your luggage, and hangers for your clothes, so you can settle in and make yourself right at home.

The bathroom is conveniently located upstairs (next to the bedroom) and comes equipped with high-pressure water for that refreshing shower in the morning or before bed. And, find comfort while you're sitting on the toilet with a heated toilet seat and bidet!

Our fully functional kitchen/living area provides all the modern amenities you need, including a fridge, microwave, HD TV with Netflix, and even complementary coffee vouchers to our local café. And if you need to catch up on some laundry, make use of our washing machine/dryer located in the kitchen, along with laundry powder for your use.

My place is a sunny, charming bijou apartment in an 1880s villa, just a 10-min walk to the historic cathedral, cafés, alfresco dining, and the famous Nelson Saturday Market. It’s close to the Maitai River, with cycle paths, walks, swimming spots, and picnic areas.

There is a private outdoor garden with lounge chairs, a BBQ grill, grapes and feijoas.

My place comfortably sleeps two, with an en-suite bathroom. A fold-out chair bed and extra bedding can accommodate a third guest if needed. Enjoy!

My space is light and sunny, with a dining alcove, a roomy living area with a mid-century Swedish sideboard, and a cosy bedroom with ample wardrobe space. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook whatever you fancy.
