This Studio unit has a SuperKing size bed, arm chairs, MySKY TV/Freeview, an ensuite with a good gas shower. There is NO capacity for extra guests in the unit no matter what this website offers - a maximum of TWO guests sharing ONE Superking size bed sorry. No extras at all sorry as there is no space. At no time will we allow anyone to sleep on our furniture for obvious health and hygiene reasons.

Although smallish (21 square metres) it is very clean and comfortable and offers an affordable alternative to our larger cottages. There is a fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee pod machine, kettle, tea, coffee and hot chocolate drinks and plunger coffee are provided. No kitchen is available. Please look at our other listings if you require a kitchen:) We advertise a Two Bedroom cottage but at times guests may be able to book just one bedroom/ensuite of that as an alternative to this non-cooking studio. A Weber Baby Q BBQ is available for your use but cleaning of it is the guest's responsibility please.

Ever wondered what it would be like to sleep in a caravan? Well come for a little romantic getaway in our cosy caravan just five minutes from Havelock North or Hastings and situated in a rural location next to apple orchards.

The caravan is well equipped and comfortable with a leather lounge seating area, a small but adequate kitchen, fridge/freezer, 22" flat screen TV with normal channels (no Sky sorry), a Queen size comfortable bed and a small ensuite with a small shower cubicle. There is heating throughout the caravan and extra blankets on board too.

Please note that the gap around the bed to get to the ensuite is small and there are overhead cupboards so be prepared to be careful please:)

The shower is NOT like a normal shower that has lots of hot water so please do not expect that - if you want a shower it will need to be very quick if you don't want to run out of hot water (4 minutes max probably!) Maximum 10 litres of hot water in a tank for each shower. Then wait a while for it to heat up again for the other guest to have one - like 15 minutes or more! Then that also will need to be a quick less than 4 minute shower too! It is better to stop and start the water as you need it to wash yourself off!

Also please note that it is just a chemical toilet with a flap to open and shut and a small flush so it isn't a full flushable normal toilet. It is camping with a bit of luxury:)

There is car parking just a short walk from your caravan. The caravan is just sitting on a lawn area at the moment.

Enjoy a relaxing trip to our lovely Cottage self contained and detached on the outskirts of Havelock North township, providing King size beds and sumptuous linens with extra bedding and a lovely lounge/dinning area to relax and enjoy a book or sit out on the deck and enjoy rural views up to Te Mata peak. The Cottage has its own entrance and back garden and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bench top stove, hot plates, toaster, microwave and all comes with the convenience of a continental breakfast. A large bathroom with shower and basin completes the Cottage for your use.
There are great restaurants within a short walk of the Cottage and we have St Georges Restaurant that is open from brunch to dinner across the road for your convenience.

- "My husband and another couple stayed here while we were in town to go to the six60 concert. The photos actually don't do this place justice. Its was so clean and beautifully decorated. The beds had such luxurious linen and the towels were lovely and fluffy. What made this place so special though, is all the little provisions that krissie had left for us. The fresh uncut loaf of bread was so tasty, The bottle of wine and beers in the fridge for us as well as honey, jam, oatmilk and chutney that im sure she makes herself. The icing on the cake was the tiramisu cheesecake in the freezer! There was more but im not going to list them all here. It was a very relaxing and peaceful location and just wonderful to stay at. I will definately be back to stay when i next want to be in hastings/ havelock north. 😍"

The lodge features 8 stunning bedrooms and sleeps up to 18 guests. All beds in the Lodge can be split into single beds or zipped together to make super king beds.

The large open plan kitchen, lounge & dining area can comfortably seat 18 guests around the huge dining table. The lounge is the perfect place to relax and includes a large smart TV with Sky. The large spacious kitchen includes 3 wall ovens, 5 gas hobs, dishwasher, 2 fridge freezers and beautiful bi fold windows than open fully to the backyard and tennis court and swimming pool; the perfect entertaining area.

The lodge includes a whooping 5 bathrooms, 2 of which are ensuites and 3 large shared bathrooms each with their own guest amenities.

Have you ever wondered what it may be like to stay in a motorhome? Come and stay in our static RV while you use your own vehicle to explore beautiful Hawkes Bay.

This is like a tiny house so isn't large but is comfortable. It has an ensuite with toilet, vanity and shower and a kitchen with fridge/freezer, grill, oven and four gas hob.

While small it is very comfortable and has a lovely comfy double (almost Queen really) size bed.

The motorhome has air-conditioning to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. There are also two small fans.

You are very welcome to swim in our own pool in front of our home just a very short walk from your accommodation. There is also parking for your vehicle just a short walk from our driveway too.

Built in 1971 the dwelling is set at the rear of a quiet urban development. A purpose built Lockwood dental clinic at the drive entrance is followed by three private residences behind. The guest accommodation is the third residence, is spacious and enjoys a generous rear garden. Perfect for sun and city lovers needing a sense of calm and seclusion whilst being in the CBD fringe and handy to the shops, supermarkets and Royston private hospital.
There is free parking available on the roadside if you are quick as office staff in the area enjoy the free parking too. There is room for two guest vehicles at the end of your driveway. The next street over is paid parking. Your accommodation is on the business hub fringe.

The open plan lounge (with heat pump), kitchen and dining areas are filled with natural light and the windows are draped in a retro styled James Dunlop fabric suiting the age of the home perfectly. A Nordic IMG recliner entices more than a little relaxation and the 1980's inspired genuine double mould water hyacinth armchairs set the scene. Very cool and original 1970's pendant lights are a welcoming feature in the lounge and dining rooms.

Also to be enjoyed is the large near new ‘Kitchen Studio’ kitchen which is completed with a barista's coffee machine and grinder. The perfect start to the day for coffee lovers.

A new Kwila clad deck with inset lighting and two overhead retro styled fabric covered awnings is the perfect place for the mild HB evenings. A baby Weber BBQ is onsite for guests to use and the Organic Farm butchery is nearby. The well fenced and gated private gardens are filled with hydrangeas, camellias and mature palm trees and definitely add to the 70's vibe.

The view to the gardens from within your accommodation complements the earthy feel of the Lockwood pine timbers. Near new quality floor treatments throughout, vinyl to wet areas have a cool retro vibe. The master bedroom's headboard end block wall has been reframed, soundproofed and then has double gib cladding to ensure a disturbance free sleep. A sense of fun is the citrus coloured NZ made wallpaper, a design which is inspired from 70's floor vinyl. This master bedroom also has a new heat/cooling pump to ensure both summer and winter comfort. The accommodation has the convenience of the bedrooms and dining area providing Iconic black power points with USB ports.

Separate new WC. The front loading washing machine is set within an engineered stone laundry station. The new bathroom vanity has a movement sensored light on the large circular mirror above.

This is the perfect professional’s base and we will consider negotiating a fair rate for those on longer work placements. The dwelling has a Healthy Homes Certification.

Great for wine buffs and if you are fit, it is close enough to cycle to the Gimblett Gravels, being wineries found in the Bridge Pa wine triangle. Walk to Craft and Social which is our favourite Friday night stopping place, the Gin Bar, Sazio for your Italian meal, Brave Brewing for an outstanding local brew, OTT for an Asian meal, Fun Buns for Asian street food or the very cool Cellar 495 which is a slick yet casual wine bar and bistro. Heretaunga Street East has an amazing selection of gastronomic places to visit including the Y'a Bon French bakery, Turkish from Cafe Anatolia and the Bambino Pizzeria. The list for foodies goes on and on. Also, there is interesting shopping in the East Block. If you like to browse second hand books, the Little Red bookshop is a must visit. Hutchinson's store for fabulous furniture and Coco & Co for handcrafts with a nostalgic twist.

Sunday mornings you may like to visit the Farmer's Market which is held in the Hawkes Bay Showgrounds on the fringe of Hastings and is another food related experience to be enjoyed. Perhaps is a game of golf at the Hawkes Bay or Hastings Golf course is on the radar? Both courses being close to wineries within the Bridge Pa Wine Triangle.

Whether it be for work, wine, food, sport, concerts or simply a holiday, this accommodation will likely be perfect for you.

Our place is located in a peaceful surrounding. We are very close to the shopping area, it's basically just walking distance to supermarket, banks, and public transport.

It's a newly built modern apartment type and the accommodation side is on the 2nd floor. Warm, cozy and very comfortable .

The entire place is yours to enjoy - equipped with modern, quality appliances and furnishings. There are 2 spacious bedrooms, both with built -in wardrobe; spacious bathroom; dining / lounge facility that opens and extends unto the balcony.

Everything you'll need for a comfortable stay is provided for your convenience.

You’ll love our place because of the quiet neighbourhood, your own car park by the front door, the comfy heated bed, choice of Bambillo or standard pillows, your own Smart TV, outside access from the bedroom to the garden as well as your own bathroom with heated towel rail & equally warm welcome from your hosts!

Your bedroom, bathroom and shared laundry are located on the ground floor right next to the front door for easy access and well away from your hosts sleeping quarters upstairs. All of the public rooms are downstairs.

We both have weekday jobs but we are open to enjoying time with you as available or letting you enjoy your privacy. We will do our best to help you all the same and make your stay a great memorable experience!
